90년대 중반에 이르러 세계는 정보화사회로의 진입이 예고되고 있으며21세기는 지 식과 정보로 이루어진 사이버스페이스(Cyberspace)가 지배하는 가상사회(Virtual Society), 그리고 나아가 가상세계(Virtual World)가 될 것이다. Cyberspace는 컴퓨터와 통신망을 통한 다양한 멀티미디어 정보통신 서비스에 의해 형성되는 가상의 공간을 의미한다. 이러 한 21세기 정보화사회의 특성은 사회적 그리고 기술적 Paradigm 변화의 추세와 속성이 변질되고, 정보사회의 변화에 대해 그 근간이 되는 21세기 정보통신기술은 각각 정보의 운반수단, 정보용량, 정보신호처리방식, 통신영역, 그리고 정보통신 자원 등의 영역에서 그 기준과 수준이 변화할 것이다. 본 논문에서는 21세기 사회의 변화에 적응하는 정보통신 기술의 진화 모델과 차세대 정보통신 기술의 예측항목들을 분석하여 지능화(Intelligent), 복합화(Multimedia), 개인화(Human) 등의 IMPH의 특성 요소를 정의 한다. 정보화사회에 있어서 인간 중심의 정보통신 체계(Human Oriented Information and Tele-communication Service System)는 인간의 성능과 특성에 가장 최적합한 서비스 기능 체계를 구축하기 위해서 인간의 각 정보통신 처리 영역인 Perceptual Processor, Cognitive Processor에 대한 구현 서비스들의 정의와 그와 관련하여 예측되는 연구 및 기반기술 과제를 기술한다. 또한, 광대역 멀티미디어 정보통신 서비스들의 형태, 응용, 정보 요소, 기술적인 대칭성과 연결형태 등을 분석하고 4단계로의 차세대 정보통신 기술의 연구개발 전략과 방안을 제시한다.

Since the estimate of the genetic relations between characters gave us effective basic informations about the selection of good strains of silkworm, the experiment was carried out to estimate the heritability and the genotypic correlation, etc. using the 21 combinations F1, 's by diallel crosses of seven strains of the silkworm. As the result of this experiment some conclusions obtained were as follows ; 1. The genotypic correlation is estimated highly positive in the heritability for all the 9 characters. 2. The correlations between all the characters are positive and the genotypic correlation is generally higher than the phenotypic one. 3. Since all the correlations between the have length and other characters are highly positive, it can be considered that the effects of the other characters on the have length are very important.

This paper proposes an efficient verification environment of PCI Express controller that is the future I/O interface. This verification environment consists of a test vector generator, a test bench, and two abstract memories. We also define the assembler set to generate the verification scenarios. In this paper, we propose the random test environment which consists of a random vector generator, a .simulator part, and a compare engine. This verification methodology is useful to find the special errors which are not detected by the basic-behavioral test and hardware-design test.

시맨틱 웹은 네트워크에 존재하는 자원에 의미를 부여하고 이를 컴퓨터가 자동으로 처리 할 수 있도록 설계된 차세대 지능형 웹이라 할 수 있다. 그러나 수많은 양의 문서를 대상으로 각각의 의미를 정의하기 어려울 뿐만 아니라 이미 정의된 의미를 바꾸는 데에도 문제가 있다. 또한 여러 종류의 의미를 중첩적으로 갖는 것이 힘들며, 문서 검색을 하는데 있어 전체 네트워크를 대상으로 검색해야 한다는 정에서 소모적인 면을 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 문서의 의미 정의에 있어 내재된 문제점과 다의성 문제를 해결하기 위해, 문서와 대응할 수 있는 의미를 구조화된 형식에 따라 분리하여 이를 통합적으로 관리 할 수 있는 SR(Semantic Repository)을 설계 하고자 한다. 여기서 SR은 각 문서에 대응되는 의미와 각 문서들 사이의 독립된 의미관계만을 나타내므로 검색에 따른 부하 감소를 기대할 수 있다.

광대역 무선 액세스 기술에 대한 관심이 증폭되면서, IEEE 802.16 워킹그룹에서는 광대역 무선 도시권 통신망을 정의하였고, 802.16j 태스크그룹에서는 높은 전송 속도와 넓은 커버리지 제공을 위해서 802.16 시스템에 중계기를 도입하는 작업이 진행중이다. 차세대 네트워크 환경에서는 단말의 이동에도 지속적인 서비스를 제공해야 하므로 본 논문에서는 이동 단말과 기지국 간의 통신을 정의하는 802.16e의 핸드오버 절차를 확장하여 802.16j 네트워크에서 단말의 이동성을 제공하기 위한 방안을 정의하고자 한다.

최근에 데이터베이스 기술에 이은 차세대 사무업무 전산화의 핵심 기술일 뿐만 아니라 CALS/EC의 핵심기술인 워크플로우 기술에 많은 관심이 집중되고 있다. 워크플로우 기술은 사무업무의 흐름을 자동화하기 위한 일종의 운영체계 역할을 수행하는 워크플로우 관리 시스템분야와 그 워크플로우 관리 시스템의 이론적 기반일 뿐만 아니라 사무업무의 흐름 자체를 정의하고 분석하는 워크플로우 모델 분야로 나뉘어 진다. 본 논문에서는 대표적인 워크플로우 모델중의 하나인 ICN (Information Control Nets) 모델을 기반으로 하는 모델링 도구의 설계 및 구혀에 관하여 기술하였다. 본 워크플로우 모델링 도구는 자바 기반의 워크플로우 정의 및 분석 환경을 제공함으로서 컴퓨터 시스템에 의존적인 기존의 모델링 도구가 갖는 단점을 개선하였으며, 또한 ICN으로 정의된 사무업무 워크플로우를 국제표준의 워크플로우 정의 언어인 WPDL(Workflow Procedure Description Language)로 변환시킴으로써 워크플로우 관리 시스템에 독립적인 워크플로우 모델링 환경을 제공하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 결론적으로, 본 ICN 모델링 도구는 사무업무 흐름과 리엔지니어링을 위한 분석 도구로서 확장될 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 분석된 결과인 사무업무 프로세스를 다른 워크플로우 관리 시스템에 직접 적용할 수 있게 하는 Streamlining 워크플로우 정의 업무의 기반이 된다.

This paper defines test methodologies and performance indices for SIP server system, and describes elements that can have influence on the test of SIP network equipments. Moreover, we implement a tester to evaluate the performance of SIP Servers such as Registrar and Proxy server. The performance indices for testing SIP servers are message processing rate, transaction delay, and call success probability. The parameters that can have an effect on the performance of SIP servers are user population, transport protocol, method of database access, method of DNS, call creation pattern, definition of transactions, and size of packets. We tested several SIP servers that act as Registrar, Proxy, and Redirect server using the implemented SIP tester, and, as a result, verified functions of the tester and performance indices and input parameters defined in this paper. Performance indices and methodologies presented in this paper can be used to evaluate SIP servers in NGN

Parent isolates and $first-generation(F_1)$ progenies from single-sporangium of Phytophthora infestans were investigated for the acqusition of metalaxyl and streptomycin sulfate(SM) resistance. The parent isolates, KM10, U6, CDB6 showed resistance to metalaxyl, and F817, DNC303, DN107 to SM. Especially, the average mycelial growth of $F_1$ progenies of F817, CDB6, JD1 was more than 51% than parent isolates on 25ppm metalaxyl added V-8 juice agar, whereas those of KM10, U6, JD1 were extended more than 51% similar on 200ppm SM treatment. They acquired resistance on the basis of the standard in this experiment. There were positive correlations between parent isolates and $F_1$colonies in resistance. The $F_1$ colonies obtained from parent isolates showing above interinediate resistance on metalaxyl amended agar acquired much resistance.

The purpose of this study is to identify gamification techniques and characteristics of digital marketing based on the main information communication, learning, and play of the current consumer group, and to present effective gamification digital marketing plans for the MZ generation. The summary of the research process is as follows. First, the characteristics and definitions of MZ generation and gamification were described and the concept was clarified. Second, domestic and foreign gamification cases were compared and analyzed. Studies show that we should be wary of gamification digital marketing, which fails to reflect the characteristics of the fun-seeking MZ generation by failing to organically connect the mechanisms and structures of gamification, focusing only on visible elements, such as Point, Badge, and Leaderboard. In addition, customers who lose the fun of obtaining rewards and leave because they feel that the rewards (points, badges, leaderboards) they provide are worthless should be prevented.

Based on Rawl's Justice Theory, the author examines the rationales for educating older adults and advocates for their needs for just distributions of educational resources and opportunities. The author also seeks policy implications for establishing just educational systems for older citizens. On the basis of Rawl's Justice Theory, the essential principles for realizing social justice are presented. The author points out the Veil of Ignorance and Rational Indifference. As the practical methods for achieving social justice, the author presents Exclusion of Coincidence, Difference Principle, Democratic Equality, and Common Asset. Implications for establishing just education systems for older adults include: 1) The least advantaged groups such as older adults, females, and the disabled should not be discriminated in the distribution of educational resources; 2) People with higher capacities are obliged to serve less capable people; and 3) Older adults should mobilize all resources to empower themselves and to develop their potentials. The author concludes that Rawl's Justice Theory can be tapped into as a useful ideological framework in order to expand educational resources and opportunities for older adults.
