물류산업은 세계의 모든 정부 및 국가기관에 의하여 최고로 인식되고 있는 전략적이고 경제적 이윤추구의 전 세계에 걸친 거대한 산업이다. 싱가포르는 물류산업이 가장 발달하고 최고로 바쁜 항만을 갖고 있는 국가 중의 하나이다. 싱가포르의 강점은 아시아에서 훌륭한 문화여건, 금융과 상업적인 클러스터, 통신 및 운송의 연결성을 가지고 있는 가장 세계화된 도시라는 점이다. 싱가포르는 우수한 물리적인 산업기반 시설의 장점에 의하여 자유경쟁의 이득을 향유하고 있다. 그렇지만 이러한 것들만으로는 싱가포르가 우리들의 경쟁자로서 앞서 있다고 확신하기에는 충분하질 않다. 싱가포르는 적은인구와 지지배후지의 부족 등으로 도전에 직면하고 있어서 배후지를 다른 국가로 이전하고 있다. 싱가포르는 세계 경제 속에서의 국제화 중심이 되거나, 남동아시아 성장에 참여하고 배후지의 결속을 증가시키는 선택을 해야 될 것이다. 따라서 이 논문에서는 싱가포르 물류산업의 전략적 발전을 분석하기 위하여 수리통계학적 방법을 적용하였다.

경제활동의 세계화는 세계적 금융체계의 출현을 수반하고 있으며 금융부문의 역할은 현대 경제체계에서 중요성을 더하고 있다. 또한 정보통신기술의 발달과 금융기법의 혁신, 자본이동의 자유화는 새로운 조절양식과 이에 따른 조절공간의 변화를 수반한다. 한국의 경우 금융구조조정은 전세계적인 금융위기와 필요에 의한 대응으로 이해되며 제도적 변화와 함께 금융기관의 흡수.합병.퇴출을 통하여 기업부문, 정부부문뿐 아니라 공간적으로도 막대한 영향을 미친다. 일반은행 점포수의 변화를 금융구조조정 이전인 1997년과 이후인 1998년을 비교 분석한 결과 점포수의 급격한 감소와 함께 지역적인 특색이 나타났다. 금융구조조정은 서울.경기를 포함한 수도권에서 가장 활발히 일어나고 있으며, 도시 인구규모에 민감하게 반응하여 소규모 도시일수록 변화의 폭이 감소하고 있다. 구조조정 기간 중에 은행수의 변화는 인구규모와 밀접한 연관성을 나타내고 있다.

21세기의 사회적 환경변화는 크게 개도국의 인구증가, 선진국 인구감소, 인구의 노령화(2025년 전세계 인구의 20%가 65세 이상)와 연관된 인구통계의 변화와 경제발전으로 인한 세계화, 도시화(현재 전세계 인구의 45%가 도시지역에 생활하고 있으나, 2025년에는 60%로 증가) 등의 문제가 나타날 것으로 예측되며, 이로 인해 유동인구 및 물동량의 증가로 수송시스템에 대한 수요가 급격하게 증가할 것으로 예상된다. 특히 철도는 안전성, 정시성, 환경친화성, 대량수송성, 경제성 등에 장점을 바탕으로 국가교통의 핵심수단으로 확대되고 있다. 그러나, 미래사회는 각종 재해, 테러 등 다양한 위험원의 증가에 노출되면서, 안전에 대한 사회적 요구도 또한 증대될 것이다. National citizenship has been empathized by nation-state since modern times. But with recent wave of globalization, the force of national citizenship is gradually reducing. Globalization requires citizens of global citizenship needed in the global village on the one hand, and of cultural citizenship suited in multicultural society on the other hand. The trend shows that the geographical focus of citizenship is shifted or expanded from the political domain to the social and cultural domain. Moreover, with concerns of personal everyday life citizenship is extended from standard personality by Western view to inclusion and exclusion in micro everyday space, non-Western view based on social difference of gender, class, ethnicity etc. New spaces of citizenship, cultural citizenship and everyday citizenship which empathizes personal right and difference is emerging instead of national citizenship based on personal allegiance and duty of the state. This means that the state has not only a task of establishment of common national citizenship, but also a challenge to recognize of diversity of citizens.

Since the world's economic and political structures have changed, the term 'globlization' has shown up as a dominant power and as a necessity for regional and national development. Each nation is responding to the globalization process economically and politically in various ways. In general, however, the economic response to the globalization is economic restructuring from the Fordist industries to 'flexible specialization'. And the political response to the globalization is 'global localization' as a new type of local politics(i.e., local policy activism or growth-enhancing local development policies). The crisis of Fordism shifted the role of local governments towards more involovement with local economic development. Local governments are mobilizing for loca economic development, they are taken into a process of institutional change that tends to redefine their responsibilities inside the state. Local governments thus tend to act as an entrepreneur in order to restructure theiir local economies and to compete with other national and international regions. State restructuring towards enerepreneurialism and efficient regional policy pursuing a pro-growth coalition trategy is chosen as a new mode of regulation for the post-Fordism at the local level. The flexible specialization as the post-Fordist economy and the local government as an entrepreneur are the global choice for globalization and a post-Fordist society. The paper focuses on the regulation theory which comprises the political economic perspective on resturcturing. Economic restructuring and state restructuring will be discussed in detail. And the paper tries to combine the economic globalization and the global localization as economic and political responses to globalization.

세계화 원년에 치르는 첫 국제 도서전인 이번 전시회에는 독일 영국 프랑스 일본 등 해외 20개국 54개 출판사가 국제관 94부스로 참가, 실질적인 국제출판 교류의 장을 마련하고 있다. 특히 이번 도서전은 잔치성 위주의 성격보다 '저작권 시장'의 전문기능에 큰 비중을 두었다는 점, 멀티미디어시대 전자출판의 물결이 높다는 점에서 특징적인 면모를 보인다.

양계장의 닭들은 요즘처럼 무더운 여름 날씨를 어떻게 견뎌낼까? 모든 양계장에서는 혹서에 대비해 훌륭한 시설과 다양한 사양관리로 생산성 향상에 노력하고 있다. 혹서기에는 환기관리, 영양관리 등 닭에게 적합한 시설과 사양관리가 무엇보다 중요하다. 본고는 세계화 추세에 발맞추어 지난 27년간 세계적으로 성능을 인정받은 우수한 기자재만을 엄선 국내에 공급하면서 양계산업 발전의 일익을 담당해 온 과학시스템 박만후 사장을 만나 인터뷰를 하였다.

Under the recent trend of globalization, a new proposal on education has not been able to avoid the request for multi-cultural trend. Furthermore, education has been exposed to circumstances which are far different from the previous situations in which global cooperation and intercultural understanding have been more emphasized. 'Educational Nomadism'is a metaphor of creating new value and significance of education. In fact, transnational education which could be a crisis and opportunity at the same time has recently been the mainstream throughout the world. In terms of education, Korea has encountered base hollowing-out in which excessive dependence on the US education and autonomous education coexist. In fact, the world has spent a lot of time and money to have better educational background on a resume through redundant expense by the government and parents. Under this critical situation, it's urgent to change Korea's modern education into a creative educational system in connection with an advanced foreign educational system and further develop the advantage of Korea's education. A parent's investment in his/her child is a support to create new culture as well as an assistance for hope and better future of Korean education. A new direction of parents' education fever that has opened a door to global communitas can stir up infinite potential through which the flow of education fever can be changed to the resources of new civilization. The global cooperation and efforts for communitas means the communication with this world. Through this communication, the culture in which people are forced to zero-sum competition can leap into the education for change of civilization which creates pleasure of self sufficiency and donation.

현재 우리 사회의 큰 관심사 중에 하나는 FTA 관세 장벽 철폐에 따른 부분이다. 또한 이로 인해 가장 큰 타격을 받는 부분은 산업 분야보다는 농업분야가 가장 클 것이란 사실은 우리가 당면한 현실이다. FTA 문제는 어제오늘의 문제가 아니라 오랜 시간동안 등장해온 문제이지만 우리에게는 이 문제에 대한 정부의 대책은 미흡하기만 하다. 이런 주위의 여건에서 정보화와 자동화 관리 시스템은 우리나라 농업분야에서 빠질수 없는 부분이 되어가고 있다. 농업 분야에서 세계화에 발맞추어가기 위해 추진 중인 여러 사업 중에는 농민들의 자발적인 참여로 인하여 추진중인 여러 사업들이 존재하고 이를 위한 자동화 관리 모델들의 발달 또한 추진중에 있다. 과수부분에 서의 사업을 예를 들면 썬키스트, 델몬트, 제스프리 등과 같은 세계화 브랜드의 육성이라는 전제하에 한국과수농협연합회가 '썬플러스 (Sunplus)'라는 사업을 추진 중에 있다. 현재의 사업은 참여 농가의 자발적인 의사에 따라 행해지고 있지만 구체적인 브랜드 관리 지침과 선별기준이 명확하게 갖추어져 있기 때문에 이행 여부에 관한 규제 문제 또한 문제가 되며, 장기적으로는 농가의 확대와 더불어 효율적이고 체계적인 농업 기술 정보의 수집과 향후 농업지도에 필요한 생산성 증대를 위한 농업정보의 DB 시스템 도입의 필요성이 증가하고 있다. 이번 연구에서는 농업 과수 부분에서의 무인 측정 시스템의 설치와 이를 이용한 환경 정보 수집을 위해 연구를 하고자 한다.
