The objective of this study is to explore attendees' motivation, satisfaction, and intention to revisit the World Knowledge Forum (WKF). The importance of this study is that it is the first to examine the WKF, which is a renowned, prestigious global forum in Korea. In this study, the goal framing theory is adopted to hypothesize a theoretical model to explain and predict attendees' motivation, satisfaction, and intention to revisit the forum. The hypothesized model is validated empirically using a sample of 305 attendees of the WKF in 2015. Ultimately, of eight hypotheses, seven are verified and one is rejected. According to the results of an empirical analysis, our study validates the usefulness of the goal framing theory and suggests an examination of its theoretical and practical implications.

‘유비쿼터스 세상을 논한다.’서울 신라호텔에서 개막된‘서울디지털포럼 2005·월드ICT 서밋’에서는 IT분야의 세계 석학, 기업경영자들이 한자리에 모여‘유비쿼터스 디지털시대’에 대한 담론으로 열기가 뜨거웠다. 앨 고어 전 미국 부통령과 어윈 제이콥스 퀄컴 회장, ‘메가 트렌드’의 저자인 존 나이스빗, 마이클 K. 파월 전 미국 연방통신위원회 의장 등의 참석으로 관심을 모은 이번 서울디지털포럼은 대체로 성공적이라는 평가를 받았다. 세계적 석학, 퓨처리스트, 글로벌기업의 최고경영자 등이 이처럼 한국에 모여 미래를 논의하기는 드문 일. 지난해에 이어 두 번째로 개최된 이 행사는 미래 비전에 목말라하는 IT 관계자들의 유익한 자리로 자리를 잡았다고 호평을 받기도 했다. 이번 행사는‘쿼바디스 유비쿼터스: 디지털 미래사회, 어디로 가는가’를 주제로 가까운 미래에 삶의 질이 어떻게 변할지를 놓고 디지털시장의 트렌드에 대한 지식을 공유했다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze how the debates on learning and learning outcomes in global education agendas have changed and to understand the discourses and issues about learning under the agendas, and finally based on the understanding, to know what is the implication we should take in international education development cooperation in Korea. To do this, this study critically analyzed 1) what is the main features and directions, and 2) the method and limitation in handling learning concept on three major global education forums which are Jomtien global education forum in 1990, Dakar in 2000, and Incheon in 2015. Major finding shows that there are little learning concept discussed in Jomtien and Dakar forums and in SDGs education agenda, learning is vaguely defined and discussed and there are problems of too much focus on learning outcomes itself and absence of study on proper assessment system. Major lessons and implications for international education development cooperation could be stated that postcolonial perspectives and learner centered approaches is required in developing countries's education ecology. And continuous support for sustainable development for learners' capacity should be underlined. We needs to focus on developing software not hardware from the first of educational ODA. Finally, it is needed to embed within pedagogical approaches.

The World Economic Forum and the Korean Ministry of Knowledge Economy have selected big data as one of the top 10 in core information technology. The key of big data is to analyze effectively the properties that do have data. Clustering analysis method of big data techniques is a method of assigning a set of objects into the clusters so that the objects in the same cluster are more similar to each other clusters. Similarity measures being used in the cluster analysis may be classified into various types depending on the nature of the data. In this paper, we studied upper and lower bounds for binary similarity measures with negative matches such as Russel and Rao measure, simple matching measure by Sokal and Michener, Rogers and Tanimoto measure, Sokal and Sneath measure, Hamann measure, and Baroni-Urbani and Buser mesures I, II. And the comparative studies with these measures were shown by real data and simulated experiment.

We need to study China, the country that's improving constantly, in perspective of economic, political, social integration, and area studies with expertise in some perspective. If we expand the range of view to studies at industry research, national organization, and academia, exact information and diversity with professional research information portal site is at the core of the region. Specialized information portal site in China through an analysis of Chinese studies at the research analyzes the usage of the content. Through the main advantage of the status and content attributes of a site visitor analysis, it has shown a relatively high user loyalty through last 10 years operating as a single topic of professional information website. Through the CSF, the national level with expertise in design construction information portal site can be used as a more efficient way to build the foundation planning. Furthermore, through the effective use of information in China, the two countries, South Korea and China laid the foundation for the economic development of area studies which is expected to contribute to the establishment of information systems.

As time is rapidly changing, the culture to represent an era is getting more subdivided and complex. Due to cultural diversity, the influence, cause, characteristics which could be understood in individual field centered by space in the past cannot be understood now only by the viewpoint of one field, and it has become difficult to predict and correspond to the change of the future. With the development of information and knowledge delivery system, various cultural contents to form a space are being created and lapsed, but there are a lot of parts which cannot be explained or understood by only one point of view. To inspect these situation, this study is aimed to draw the Tangibility and Intangibility Value causes that became the influence with Jongmyo Shrine, designated from UNESCO at February 1995, a traditional space with historical superiority, analyze the key factors that became the main factor to form the space, and consider the importance of the related factors. The unconstructured data technique which is applied as the method of analysis in this study can be said to be a new value judgement and viewpoint in interpreting the space. Therefore, this study is a new trial to provide a frame for multilaterally interpreting the various traditional space and culture of Korea from the past to the present.

The whole world enters the ageing era and 'lifelong education' is issued where the elderly can learn knowledge and techniques caused by era-change. Museum is a cultural public-facility and taking roles to provide education with spatial composition of contents and articles at exhibition. Therefore, museum can be a learning space for the elderly, performance of learning, environmental support to museum is required considering their physical characteristics. This study aims to develop a environmental design checklist at museum and to provide a frame for environmental plans to support the elderly for smooth watching of exhibition and education at museum. The environmental design checklist at museum was drawn for the spaces for entry, exhibition, public-service, educational activity and movement at museum, based on physical characteristics of the elderly or the criteria of 'sense (eye-sight, hearing and feeling by tough)' / 'exercise (skeleton, movement, physical strength and muscular strength). The environmental design checklist at museum for the elderly was composed newly by combining existing related acts, manuals, and preceded studies. For future studies, actual survey items at site and questionnaires for the elderly watchers were drawn.
