Studies on the Sexing of Bovine Embryo by the Chromosomal Analysis and H-Y Antibody (염색체 분석 및 H-Y 항체처리에 의한 우수정란의 성판별에 관한 연구)

  • 우수정란의 이식전 성판별이 관한 연구를 수행하기 위하여 GTH와 PGF$_2$$\alpha$투여에 대한 난소반응과 회수난자의 발유단계별 동결융해후 생존성을 조사하였으며, 이식전 수정라느이 성판별을 위하여 H-Y항체 처리후 정상발육 난자의 염색체를 분석하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 웅성 비장세포(male, spleen cells)를 면역원으로 mouse와 rat에 투여, 항혈청의 항체를 확인한 결과 mouse에서는 C57 BL계통과 rat에서는 DonRyu 계통이 항체생산능력이 우수하였다. 공란우 87두에 hormone(2500IU PMSG, 25mg PGF$_2$alpha)처리하여 평균 57.8%의 채란유과 두당 4.9개의 난자가 회수되었으며, 전체회수란자(427개)중 moula(162개)와 blastocyst(190개)의 정상발육란자는 82.4%였다. 동결융해후 회수된 난자 (312개)중, 형태적으로 정상인 난자(241개)의 비율은 77.2% 발육단계별 성적은 blastocyst(83.4%)가 morula(71.0%)보다 우수하였다. 항체와 보체(Guinea pig serum)로 처리된 82개의 morula중 15개(18.3%)가 blastocyst로 발육되어 이중 5개(33.3%)가 성이 판별되었으며, 모두 xx형 성염색체를 갖는 자성수정란으로 판명되었다.

An Analysis of Elementary School Teachers' Identification Criteria and Nominations of Gifted Students (관찰추천 과정에서 초등학교 교사가 인식하는 영재학생 판별기준과 추천요인 분석)

  • What are the identification criteria elementary school teachers prefer? What are the characteristics of students that teachers consider when nominating them to gifted programs? Will those criteria of identification/nomination differ as to teacher experiences related to gifted education or teacher involvement in the professional development? This study aims to find the answer to these questions. For this purpose, a total of 511 elementary school teachers with a varying degree of experiences with gifted education were recruited from 23 schools in 11 school districts in Seoul. The results show that teachers generally preferred task commitment, creativity, curiosity, and domain specific talents as criteria for identifying gifted students, while perceiving achievement records, total grades, leadership, and general intelligence as less important. Teachers experienced in gifted education or having been involved in professional development perceived curiosity, task commitment, and creativity as more important than teachers without such experiences. The importance-performance analysis of identification criteria indicates that teachers reported high importance on task commitment, curiosity, and creativity, but those factors were less considered in actual nomination. On the contrary, teachers reported low importance on quick learning and achievement(total grades, subject grades), but those were highly considered in nomination. A similar pattern was found in both experienced and nonexperienced teachers although the importance-performance gap was higher for the latter. Implications for teacher nominations and professional development were discussed.

  • The advanced construction technology endorsement system(ACTES) has used the improper evaluation criteria. Because of its insufficiency of quantitative evaluation, it is difficult to attain the objective and fairness. This study used a survey to investigate a actual condition of ACTES. The survey found that ACTES needed a evaluation criteria and a quantitative evaluation method. In addition, This study proposes the evaluation model that uses a discriminant function. The model process consists of several phases that are brain storming, t-test and discriminant function analysis.

  • 소셜 네트워크가 발전함에 따라 인맥형성과 정보공유 의 목적뿐만 아니라 마케팅, 추천 등 여러 분야에 활용됨에 따라 정보를 단시간 내에 더 많은 사용자들이 공유하기 위해 영향력이 높은 사용자를 필요로 하고 이를 위해 정확한 사용자 영향력 판별이 요구된다. 그러나 누구나 정보를 공유할 수 있고 그 양이 너무 방대하기 때문에 신뢰성 없는 정보를 공유하는 문제가 발생한다. 이에 본 논문에서는 소셜 네트워크에서 신뢰성을 고려한 사용자 영향력 판별 기법을 제안한다. 제안하는 기법에서는 신뢰성에 의한 네트워크 간소화와 사용자의 직-간접적인 영향력을 고려하여 영향력을 판별함으로써 정확성을 향상시킨다.

  • 자동음성인식 시스템을 이용하는 사용자 입장에서 보면 음성인식시스템을 사용하기 위하여 음성을 입력할 때마다 버튼을 눌러야 하는 Push-To-Talk (PTT) 방식은 여간 번거로운 일이 아닐 수 없다. 그리고 사용자가 원거리에서 음성을 입력하는 경우처럼 PTT 방식 자체가 용이하지 못 한 음성인식 응용분야에서는 Non-Push-To-Talk (NON-PTT) 방식의 필요성이 대두되게 된다. NON-PTT 방식의 음성 전처리를 위해서는 입력신호로부터 음성신호만을 구분해내는 음성판별기술이 필수적이다. 하지만 일상적인 잡음환경에서 음성신호만을 구분해내는 일은 매우 어려운 일이 아닐 수 없다. 본 논문에서는 일상적인 가정잡음환경에 강인한 음성판별방식을 제안한다. 여기서는 음성판별을 위해서 음성의 유성음 특성을 이용하였다. 즉, 일정구간 이상의 음성신호에는 일정구간이상의 유성음 구간이 존재하며 만약 잡음환경에서도 유성음 구간을 잘 검출할 수 있다면 이러한 음성의 특성을 이용하여 검출된 신호가 음성인지 아닌지를 판별할 수 있다. 이를 위하여 여기서는 가정잡음환경에서도 유성음을 잘 검출할 수 있도록 11 가지 유성음 특징들과 이를 이용한 음성판별방법을 제안하였다. 제안된 방법의 성능 평가를 위하여 음성의 끝점검출방법과 통합하여 음성/비음성 판별 테스트를 수행하였으며 테스트 수행결과 열악한 잡음환경에서 80%이상의 비음성을 거절하는 성능을 보였다.

  • This paper proposed new approach for the information gifted discrimination test usign EPL. We tried to distinguish high level thinking in the information gifted through test of this study. We designed discrimination test by the features of EPL and developed testing item tool like single-sprit and multi-sprite. These items are divided into adding block, changing the block order, modifying value io block, and changing a block. We designed this testing tool that the elementary students can solve items without an experience on learning programming language. We expect the testing tool io proposed this study will help to discriminate the information gifted effectively.

  • This research has a purpose to help academic high school students to choose their own career by developing an examination that distinguishes between liberal arts and natural sciences. Besides an aptitude test, I identified the necessity of a tool for distinguishing liberal arts and natural sciences, using an examination tool that uses puzzles to distinguish liberal arts and natural sciences and conducted the first examination. On the basis of the result of the first examination I made the second examination test, and the algorithm. After conducting the second examination to a variety of target subjects, like academic high school students, university students, and graduate students through the second examination paper and algorithm for distinguishing liberal arts and natural sciences, competent results have been deducted.

  • This paper present a method for abnormal traffic behavior, or trajectory, detection in static traffic surveillance camera with user-defined trajectories. The method computes the abnormality of moving object with a trajectory of the object and user-defined trajectories. Because of using user-define based information, the presented method have more accurate and faster performance than models need a learning about normal behaviors. The method also have adaptation process of assigned rule, so it can handle scene variation for more robust performance. The experimental results show that our method can detect abnormal traffic behaviors in various situation.

  • Based on the huge baseball game records, the steal plays an important role to affect the result of games. For the research about success or failure of the steal in baseball games, logistic regression models are developed based on 2007 Korean professional baseball games. The analyses of logistic regression models are compared of those of the discriminant models. It is found that the performance of the logistic regression analysis is more efficient than that of the discriminant analysis. Also, we consider an alternative logistic regression model based on categorical data which are transformed from uneasy obtainable continuous data.
