As the development of wireless technologies continue, mobile stock trading has become a new channel for companies to reach their customers. This study examines the factors affecting customer acceptance of mobile stock trading services. The research model based on the previous studies was established and the research hypotheses were generated. The sample was divided into users and nonuser groups. The test results show that relative advantage and social influence are positively related to intention to accept mobile services as well as in intention to reuse, security risk is negatively related to intention to reuse, frequency of trading is positively related to intention to reuse, cost burden is negatively related to the probability of using mobile stock trading services, and social influence is positively related to the probability of using mobile services. The results also support that information quality and response time are positively related to relative advantage, and interface quality is negatively related to complexity. It is considered that the study results may help managers to increase customer use of mobile stock trading services.

The Internet is also fragmenting containers of goods that could have been custom cleared on a single entry into dozens of individual shipments that each require separate customs documents and clearance procedures. The policies of Korean government could promote the e-business environment and market conditions in legal and infrastructure terms, but not much of business itself. The facilitation of trade procedures is seen by all major international business as vital for economic development. The purpose of the study is to develop the e-Trade application, limitation and activation. This article intends to derive which factors are significant at information strategic planning stage as well as its evaluation stage. The study include the technical explanations under the ubiquitous computing.

There has been few researches on the variables that influence on goodwill of the store. The purpose of this study is to identify the determined variables which affect goodwill of the store in seoul empirically by examining the interaction between goodwill and risk sharing in the commercial lease contract. We have analyzed 1,463 retail unite of goodwill over August, 2015. A regression analysis model is constructed to test the significance of the variables on the goodwill per $m^2$ in Seoul. The results indicate that rent to total start-up cost of ratio and retail property characteristics variables explain a significant portion of the variability of goodwill. The results suggest that retail rents is comparatively more important than size of store. The study suggests that monthly rents to total start-up cost of ratio is the key variable affecting the goodwill of the store.

A contract for shipbuilding is usually a complicated process and involves a statement of rights, and obligations and responsibilities to which each party agrees vis-a vis the other. Most countries are now well settled with regard to liability of a manufacturer in tort for physical injury and on the other hand, for pure economic loss to remote owners of chattels. Where there is a breach of either contractual warranty or an implied warranty, there may be admiralty jurisdiction, depending once again on the situs of the event and its relationship to traditional maritime activity. First of all, this thesis deals with the contents of contract under English Law. Secondly, this thesis analyse ' s the liability of shipbuilders in Products Liability under English, United States, German and korean Law comparisons. In conclusion, the author gives some suggestions as countermeasures to Products Liability for the shipbuilders in Korea.

국내 주요 인삼재배 산지 기반을 가진 전북 진안지역의 인삼 홍삼산업은, 재배농가 895호, 재배면적 402ha, 생산량 1,628톤, 홍삼가공업체 80개소, 판매업소 50개소로 지역경제의 25% 이상을 차지한다. 그러나 재배농가의 계열화 미흡(22%), 산지수집상(포전매매)에 의한 인근 유사 도매시장으로 재배물량과 부가가치 유출(78%), 가공시설의 노후화, 가공업체의 영세성(매출규모 연평균 2억11백만원)과 함께 중국, 캐나다, 미국 등의 국제 가격경쟁과 국내의 대기업 및 인삼산업 주요지역과의 경쟁이라는 상황에 직면하고 있다. 이러한 상황을 극복하고 지역특화명품산업으로 발전할 수 있는 방안으로, 인삼재배산지로서 원료공급지를 기반으로 하는 재배, 유통, 가공, 품질관리, 시설분야에 이르는 발전방안을 연구하였다. 산업원료 확보를 위해서는 인삼계열화 확대를 통해 원물 확보력을 강화하여야 한다. 재배분야의 경우에는 친환경재배 확대와 GAP 확대를 통해 원물의 품질경쟁력 뿐만 아니라 시장수요에 따른 브랜드마케팅 요인으로 특성화해야 한다. 유통분야는 계열화 확대를 통한 원물확보라는 산업경쟁력을 바탕으로 원료중심의 수취, 매취, 보관, 가공, 대형거래, 도소매 등 유통활성화와 유통규격포장 및 선별등급표준화를 통한 유통표준화를 추진하여야 한다. 가공의 경우, 원료홍삼 공급기능을 중심으로 가공산업을 선택 육성해야한다. 품질관리는 원물중심관리(성분, 잔류농약, 식품위생), 유통중심관리(연근, 등급), 경작중심관리(재배지, 재배자, 경작), 프로세스중심관리(재배 유통 가공 판매정보)로 구체화해야한다. 시설분야는 유통시설(대규모 집하시설, 보관시설 등 종합유통처리시설)과 가공시설(가공설비현대화, 가공공장 공인규격화;ISO, GMP, HACCP)의 지속적인 시설개선과 현대화를 추진하여야 한다.

오늘날 정보와 정보서비스 나아가 정보거래는 경제의 중심에 그 자리를 잡아가고 있다. 이러한 변화중의 하나가 방법의 다양화이다. 현대적 시장의 수요를 충족하는 정보제품을 제작하고 이를 배포함에 있어 그 방법의 다양화가 이루어지고 있는 것이다. 개인용 컴퓨터의 사용이 일반화됨에 따라 범용컴퓨터소프트웨어가 일반소매시장에서 거래되는데, 사용자는 이를 대부분 소프트웨어 상점에 매매의 형식으로 구입한다. 그러나 이 소프트웨어를 사용하기 위해서는 사용자가 동 소프트웨어의 출판인(publisher) 으로부터 라이센스를 득해야 하고, 이를 위해 출판인과사용자 사이에 라이센스 계약이 체결된다. 이러한 라이센스계약의 체결에 있어 소위 "쉬링크랩" (shrink-warp) 방식이 널리 사용되는데, 이 방식의 라이센스계약, 즉 쉬링크랩 라이센스 혹은 쉬링크랩라이센스계약이 미국 계약 법하에서 완전한 효력 즉 강제력을 가지는 지가 문제되어 왔다. 쉬링크랩라이센스는 소프트웨어거래의 효율성을 높이고 거래비용을 감소시킴으로써 규모의 경제를 가능케 하고 나아가 다양한 지적재산권의 보호를 받는 소프트웨어의 탄력적인 라이센스를 가능케 함으로써 결국 소프트웨어출판인과 최종사용자 모두가 그 혜택을 누리게 된다. 쉬링크랩라이센스에 의한 소프트웨어 거래의 경우 라이센스이용자에 의한 대금지급이 선행하고 그 이후에 비로소 계약조건의 검토가 행하여진다는 사정에 기하여 종래 판례법에서 그 강제력이 부인되어 오다가 정보 산업의 급속하게 성장하고 이에 따라 그 사용에 불가피하다는 현실적인 요구에 응하여 판례법은 물론 UCITA 라는 제정법에 의하여 그 강제력을 인정받게 되었다. UCITA 는 컴퓨터소프트웨어 등의 컴퓨터정보거래와 관련하여 체결되는 라이센스 계약의 모호한 법적 상태를 명확히 한다는 점에서 중요한 입법이라 평가된다. UCITA 는 쉬링크랩라이센스의 효력 문제와 동 라이센스에 적용될 법의 해결이라는 통일법으로서의 주요한 목적 중의 하나를 달성하고 있다. 더욱이 오늘날 우리 경제는 소위 정보혁명(information revolution) 이라 하는 또 다른 근본적 변화를 경험하고 있다.

The purpose of this paper is to examine the viewpoints of the different legal systems for the validity of LD Clause and the possibility of gap-filling function of UNIDROIT Principles in International Sales Contract. The results of comparative study between common law system and civil law system, and between CISG and UNCDROIT Principles is as follows: First, common law system distinguishes LD Clause and Penalty Clause, but civil law system including Korean law does not strictly distinguish the difference between them, provided that the liquidated damages are not grossly excessive. Second, CISG does not concerned with the validity of LD Clause but entrust this matter to the law applicable by virtue of the rules of private international law; conversely the Principles follow similar position of civil law system. The possibility of gap-filling of the Principles is more positive in the case of arbitration than in the case of litigation. On the basis of above study, I also checked the LD Clauses of ICC Model International Sales and the Model Contracts of Korean Commercial Arbitration Board. The LD Clauses of there two Model Contract seem very appropriate and reasonable for the reference in practical application. The appropriate, not excessive, LD Clause will contribute not only to eliminate the burden of proof for the actual damages, but also to enforce both parties to perform their obligations in their contracts. Therefore, When we make contract, we should keep in our mind to insert the reasonable and appropriate LD Clause in the sales contract. If not, so to speak, litigated damages are grossly excessive, the Clause may be invalid in some legal system.

An O2O-based real estate brokerage web sites or apps are increasing explosively. As a result, the environment has been changed from the existing offline-based real estate brokerage environment to the online-based environment, and consumers are getting very good feelings in terms of time, cost, and convenience. However, behind the convenience of online-based real estate brokerage services, users often suffer time and money damage due to false information or malicious false information. Therefore, in this study, in order to reduce the damage to consumers that may occur in the O2O-based real estate brokerage service, we designed a false property information filtering system that can determine the authenticity of registered property information using artificial intelligence technology. Through the proposed research method, it was shown that not only the authenticity of the property information registered in the online real estate service can be determined, but also the temporal and financial damage of consumers can be reduced.

Since the stock price is a measure of the future value of the company, when analyzing the stock price, the company's growth potential, such as sales and profits, is considered and invested in stocks. In order to set the criteria for selecting stocks, institutional investors look at current industry trends and macroeconomic indicators, first select relevant fields that can grow, then select related companies, analyze them, set a target price, then buy, and sell when the target price is reached. Stock trading is carried out in the same way. However, general individual investors do not have any knowledge of investment, and invest in items recommended by experts or acquaintances without analysis of financial statements or growth potential of the company, which is lower in terms of return than institutional investors and foreign investors. Therefore, in this study, we propose a research method to select undervalued stocks by analyzing ROE, an indicator that considers the growth potential of a company, such as sales and profits, and predict the stock price flow of the selected stock through deep learning algorithms. This study is conducted to help with investment.

In the context of Sharing Accommodation has become a new type of accommodation choice for customers. The purpose of this study is to improve the existing defects of Sharing Accommodation Services through insight into the pain points of customer experience, so as to improve customer satisfaction. In this study, Airbnb and Tujia were selected as the subjects for comparative study. By collecting and sorting out references, the research background of Sharing Accommodation is analyzed in depth. Research methods of Service Design, such as Customer Journey Map and Service Blueprint, are adopted to gain insight into customer needs, identify pain points and propose hypothesis of service optimization. Tools such as Kano Model and Potential Customer Satisfaction are used to test and determine three schemes for optimizing the service. Finally, the results are displayed through Service Scenario. The research results can help operators of Sharing Accommodation to identify and improve the elements of service and provide a higher quality customer experience, thus promoting the healthy development of Sharing Accommodation market.
