This study tried to find differences between housing lotting prices and sale prices owing to new multi-family housing price regulation. As the results of this study, they are as follows; First, this study shows housing market in Busan has a preferences of new housing which has a new housing form differing from the existing housing form. For example, the mixed-use apartment with higher stories shows steeper incline than the apartments with the existing forms. Second, the new housing prices are affected by the information that affect the price of the old existing housing. They are rates of green area of an apartment complex, the number of household, accessibility to downtown Busan and etc.. They are also confirmed factors that affect a rise of used-housing price in other studies. Third, brand value of apartments affects new housing prices. For example, if the major construction companies build the new apartment, it shows a rising trend than any other housing. Therefore, the local construction companies are expected to be put on a disadvantage places than major construction companies. Fourth, the lotting prices are the most important cause that lead to rise the new housing prices. Accordingly, the present lotting prices are expected that upward tendency the purchasing prices of the new housing will not continue, because the lotting prices have risen since the government removed lotting price regulations and exceeded the level of used-housing prices. And it denote that importance of housing sub-market which indicates rates of old existing housing market rising, frist preference Gu, second preference Gu, rate of multi-family housing.

인터넷 경매란 전자상거래 방식의 일종으로, 웹사이트를 통해 사이버거래 장소에서 구매자와 판매자간에 다양한 경매방식을 적용하여 물품의 경쟁매매가 이루어질 수 있도록 하는 서비스이다. 현재 국내외 인터넷 경매 사이트는 경매의 성격 보다 쇼핑몰에 경매를 부과한 형태의 복합적인 특징을 가지고 운용되고 있다. 이로 인해 가격을 기준으로 입찰 참여 및 경매 완료를 진행하기에는, 다소 현실성이 떨어진다는 문제를 내포하고 있다. 따라서, 본 논문은 구매하고자 하는 상품에 대하여 현재 진행 중인 경매의 상황을 예측 및 판단하여 구매자에게 경매 정보를 제공함으로써 합리적으로 물품의 구매를 도울 수 있는 알고리즘을 제시하고, 예측 알고리즘을 구현한 경매 예측 에이전트와 사용자의 패턴을 기록하고 상품구매, 입찰 등을 대리하는 에이전트들로 구성되는 에이전트 기반 경매 시스템을 소개한다.

Seller shall deliver the goods with a perfect condition of packing or container in international trade. Unless otherwise seller shall warranty that the goods arrive at destination with a safe and economic value. Buyer may ask packing is to be made in specific condition or refuse to accept when the packing is not made in accordance with trade customs between among merchants. Especially packing is to be considered under the local law and process. Sometimes tax will be added to specific condition of packing for example glasses, metal sheet or others. Warning signs shall be included as form of both words and diagrams, and be in form of ensuring understanding in the local market. Wide range of warning signs can be used for communications and understanding of packing. Packing of a product can usefully symbolize a range of product information, or any relevant warnings, and give an opportunity for displaying messages of promoting the company and the goods. The seller may choose the best method to maintain its value but find a way to reduce packing cost, size for convenience during delivery, design, and local customs. There are many things to be considered for packing to seller. The purpose of packing is to protect the goods itself and to maintain its economic value during storage, delivery, transshipment, and distribution to end users.

Electronic commerce offers the opportunity to integrate and optimize the global production and distribution supply chain. Rapid response to changes in demand and customer preference, and the ability to exploit new technologies, are becoming critical. The computer of the various corporations communicate with each other to determine the price and the availability of the components, to place and confirm orders, and to negotiate delivery time scales. In this paper, We describe a trading system that is based on mobile agent technology, called aglet. Aglets for the buyer and sellers are dispatched to the various marketplace, where they negotiate autonomously orders and deliveries, returning to the buyer and seller with their best deals for approval. We show that the electronic commerce system is feasibly built by using the Java aglet technology to demonstrate for simulating a traditional retail marketplace.

최근 온라인 경매나 오픈 마켓 같은 온라인 전자상거래가 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 더불어 사용자가 PDA와 같은 단말기를 휴대하고 이동하는 동안 전자상거래가 이루어질 가능성이 높아지고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 온라인 전자상거래의 구매자와 판매자를 대신해서 협상을 수행하고 매매를 성사시키는 에이전트에 대한 연구가 시도되고 있다. 이를 확장하여 지능형 에이전트를 휴대형단말기에 적용함으로써, 모바일 환경에서 구매자와 판매자간의 전자상거래를 대행하는 협상 에이전트의 필요성이 부각되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 모바일 전자상거래환경에서 에이전트가 협상에 대한 합리적인 판단할 수 있도록 게임이론을 사용하여 모델화 하였고, 휴대형단말기가 블루투스를 통해 인근에 있는 상점을 탐색 및 블루투스 네트워크를 구성하도록 하였다. 또한, 사용자가 협상 항목을 단계적으로 변경할 수 있는 전략을 사용할 수 있게 하였으며, 이를 평가함수를 사용하여 협상해서 최종 거래 결정은 자동 또는 수동으로 성사되게 하였다. 기존 협상 모델은 가격과 배송 방법 같은 협상 항목에 대해 가중치만을 변경하여 만족도를 판단함으로써, 실질적인 항목의 변화는 없고 초기에 설정된 협상 항목이 변경되지 않는 문제점이 있었다. 본 연구에서는 다단계 전략을 사용하여 단계마다 사용자의 요구 사항을 변경시킬 수 있기 때문에, 초기에 설정한 협상 항목의 값이 단계별로 변경될 수 있어 사용자의 의도가 협상에 실질적으로 반영되는 효과가 있다. 더불어 오프라인 전자상거래에서는 구매자가 직접 상점을 방문하여 상품을 검색하고 협상하였다. 그러나, 본 연구에서는 이동중인 사용자의 인근에 위치한 상점 에이전트로부터 상품 정보를 받는다. 그 후에 에이전트가 구매 협상을 하기 때문에 사용자가 이동 중에 상가에 직접 들어가지 않고도 상품을 검색 및 협상 할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 제안한 모바일 쇼핑 에이전트를 구현하고, 협상 과정과 결과를 비교하여 모델의 타당성과 성능을 평가한다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify factors to predict of condom use for the prevention of sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) among sex workers in a Korean community. The theoretical ground of this study was the Interaction Model of Client Health Behavior. Method: A descriptive, cross sectional and retrospective research design was employed in this study. A total of 100 sex workers who take a clinical check-up on STDs regularly at W Public Health Center were recruited by convenient sampling, and with consent to participate in this study. All of the measures were piloted, and the reliability of each scale ranged from 0.7 to 0.9. Data were analyzed using discriminating function analysis with SPSS-PC. Results: Five independent measures (partner preference for using condoms, subjects desire to prevent STD, age, type of relationship and sexual self-determination) contributed significantly to the best discriminating function. The discriminating function analysis resulted in correct classification of 83.1% of the respondents into their corresponding groups. Conclusion: Condoms are a main means of STDs prevention. Risk-reduction interventions that enhance communication skills and intrinsic motivation will be effective in increasing condom use to prevent STDs among sex workers.

As a building aged, overall performance considering structural safety, equipment safety and fire safety is lowering gradually. Since the building performance and the overall value of the building change as time elapse, exact safety performance of the building should be evaluated not only maintaining the building efficiently and also preventing disputes between buyer and seller of the building. We suggest major elements for assessing building's safety performance through surveying literatures, interviewing experts, reviewing existing assessment models, The assessment elements proposed here ate comprised of structural safety, equipment safety, fire safety, fire protection and fire escape, etc. This study helps to make a safety performance assessment criteria for a building.

최근 들어, 기업의 내재 가치를 평가하여 투자에 활용하는 이른바 가치투자에 대한 많은 분석과 전략들이 나오고 있다. 그러나 현존하는 대부분의 투자 지원 툴들은, 단기적으로 등락을 반복하는 주가에 매매 조건을 제시하여 차액을 얻는 방식인 기술적 분석 툴로서 기업의 내재 가치를 평가하여 투자를 지원하기 에는 제한이 있다. 때문에 가치 투자자들은 기업의 가치를 체계적이고 객관적으로 판단하기 보다는, 몇몇의 공시된 자료들을 보고 개인의 판단에 따라 평가하는 경우가 대부분이다. 따라서 감정과 선입견을 배제한 기존의 기술적 분석 툴과 같이 기업의 가치를 정량적으로 추정하여 다양한 전략개발을 할 수 있는 툴이 필요한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 기업의 가치를 정량화하여 가치투자 전략을 개발할 수 있는 가치투자 시스템(이하 KPU-VISS)의 설계 및 구현 내용을 기술한다. 즉, 본 시스템은 주식가격을 포함한 기업의 다양한 정보와 경기 지표 등을 이용하여 기업의 가치 모델 개발을 지원하고, 이 모델에 근거하여 저평가된 종목을 검색하는 전략 개발을 지원한다. 또한, 개발된 전략을 과거의 특정 시점에 반영시킨 투자 시뮬레이션을 통하여, 전략의 실효성을 검증하는 기능도 지원한다. 본 논문에서 제안한 가치투자 지원시스템은 최초로 가치투자전략의 개발과 검증을 지원하는 시스템으로, 향후 가치투자 시스템 개발을 위한 선도적인 방향을 제시할 것으로 예상한다.

본 연구에서는 유동층반응기를 이용하여 왕겨의 탄화반응을 수행하였다. 탄화반응은 내경 40mm, 높이 1.8m의 유동층을 사용하였으며, 분산판은 다공성 스테인레스스틸을 사용하였다. 탄화반응은 질소를 이용하여 수행하였다. 왕겨 주입입자 크기는 직경 2.0mm, 0.715mm, 0.359mm, 0.194mm를 각각 사용하였으며, 유동층의 온도는 $400^{\circ}C$, $500^{\circ}C$, $600^{\circ}C$, $700^{\circ}C$에서 탄화특성을 측정하였다. 또한 유동층의 매질로는 직경 1.0mm의 Co-Mo-Fe/$Al_2O_3$ 촉매를 사용하였으며, 탄화물은 유동층상부에 설치된 사이크론에 의하여 포집분리되었다. 탄화시 유동층 내부의 현상을 압력요동을 이용하여 해석하였으며, 압력신호로부터 평균압력, 압력요동의 표준편차, 주진동수, power spectrum density function을 계산하여 층내현상을 해석하였다. 층내온도, 유동화속도, 공급 입자크기에 따른 층내현상을 압력요동특성치를 이용하여 해석할 수 있었다.

This study primarily concerns the seller's duty to deliver the goods in conformity with the contract under the United Nations Convention on International Sale of Goods(1980) in comparison with the Draft Principles of European Sales Law. It describes and analyzes the provisions of the CISG as to the seller's duty, focusing on main controversial issues among scholars in their application. It also attempts to compare the rules of the CISG with those of the Draft PESL and to evaluate them in light of the discipline of comparative law. This is for the purpose of facilitating the systematic development and reform of one jurisdiction by any solution from the other jurisdiction found by the comparative study. In addition, this study provides legal and practical advice to the contracting parties when they intends to insert the CISG or the Draft PESL in their contract as a governing law. The comparative study particularly focuses on the following aspects; first, requirements for conformity with the contract which deals with the concept of conformity with the contract, contractual requirements agreed between contractual parties, and implied requirements otherwise not agreed between contractual parties, second, the time when the goods must be in conformity with the contract, third, exclusions of the seller's duty to deliver the goods in conformity with the contract.
