This paper presents a novel simulation of dynamic voltages in AT-fed railway power supply. Proposed algorithm is efficient and simple by using the circuit decoupling and iteration method. To verify the proposed method, we used real condition operating data and performed a several case studies. Under train is constant power, we separated each AT section to calculate a loop current, train voltage on any position. Finally, this result utilizes a planning and operation of electrical railway systems.

This paper presents the economic evaluation of battery energy storage system(BESS). Application target of the BESS was decided to both the distribution substation and single customer. 1MW/4MWh BESS under research and development in KERI was used for example. We analyzed and compared BESS with conventional combind cycle. The result shows that BESS is more economic than conventional combind cycle.

This paper describes developement of on-line system for vibration signal analysis. In the power system, the main reason of transformer fault is due to a large amount of current by a short-circuit and a ground-fault. The electromagnetic force caused by fault-current deforms transformer windings and results in vibration pattern change. Therefore if the continuous on-line vibration monitoring on transformer is performed, an incipient failure can be detected. The developed system is composed of data acquisition devices, user interface program, signal processing program, diagnosis and trend analysis program, self diagnosis program and communication program.

2009년 말, 시작된 '아이폰 쇼크'는 아직도 진행중이다. 아이폰은 기존 무선단말기에서는 상상할 수 없을 정도의 다양한 콘텐츠와 소프트웨어를 손안의 휴대폰에서 사용 가능하다. 전 세계로 창이 열린 앱스토어에는 사용자들을 현혹시킬 만한 게임, 멀티미디어 동영상, 프로그램들이 날마다 넘쳐난다. 이메일, Wi-Fi 등 업무효율을 극대화 할 수 있는 솔루션도 모두 지원된다. 아이폰이 제공하는 혁신적인 기능과 앱스토어 앞에 그동안 초고속인터넷 강국이란 명성과 폐쇄적인 무선망 정책을 구사해왔던 통신서비스 업계는 모두 큰 충격에 빠져 있는 듯 하다. 본 고에서는 늦었지만 이제부터라도 이동환경에서의 앱스토어의 기술 전반을 살펴보고, 우리 고유의 무선인터넷 생태계 복원을 위해 개방형 모바일 앱스토어를 위한 서비스 프레임워크를 제안하고자 한다.

본 연구에서는 횡 방향으로 속도구배를 타내는 a=.part.W/.part.z에 대한 방정식을 3차원 운동량 방정식으로 부터 유도한 준 3차원 수학적 모델을 성정하여 해석하였다. 또한 수치 해석을 위하여 Chen에 의하여 고안된 유한 해석법과 2-방정식 저 레이놀즈 K-.epsilon. 난류모델, 그리고 Maeng에 의해 제시된 경계 공정 좌표계를 사용하였다. 그리 고 프로그램의 검증을 위하여 G.Ber geles가 수행한 실험치와 비교하여 그 타당성을 입증하였다.

The Ministry of the Energy and Resources is planning to invest a great deal of public funds in the energy conservation measures in order to conserve the energy. This study aims at applying the project scheduling model, especially to the energy conservation measures. In the study, we develop the project scheduling model, which is based on the modified Rorie-Savage problem. And the model is applied to the X-enterprise, which is one of the leading metal industry in the nation. The result shows that the model enables the top management to choose the set of projects which promises the largest profit among the entire projects. It appears that the proposed policy of the study is more profitable than the existing policy which is namely based on the qualitative consideration.

The purpose of this investigation is to seek the concepts of the Nature and the Emotion in the Sasang Constitutional Medicine. The results summerized as following. 1. When feelings like joy, anger, sorrow and happiness are kept in heart this state is the Nature. When they are expressed this state is the Emotion. In this point Confucianism and the Sasang Constitutional Medicine are same each other. 2. The Nature and Emotion of Confucianism are the psychic concepts. But the Nature and Emotion of the Sasang Constitutional Medicine are the psychosomatic concepts. 3. QI(氣) of joy, anger, sorrow and happiness, each of them share with qi(氣) of the Nature and Emotion. Qi(氣) of the Nature and Emotion directly influence the formation of Sasang Constitution, physiological and pathological state. As mentioned above, though the Nature and Emotion of the Sasang Constitutional Medicine come from Confucianism they are used the more opened conception.

TPS의 현실적인 대안으로 새롭게 부각되고 있는 IPTV 서비스가 세계적으로 빠르게 확산되고 있다. 본 고에서는 현재 서비스되고 있는 국가별 IPTV 서비스 추진 현황 및 벤더들의 동향에 대해 살펴봄으로써 국내의 IPTV의 추진 방향에 대해 가늠해 보고자한다. 미래의 IPTV 시장은 현재와 같은 walled garden 형태의 서비스가 아니라 글로벌 형태의 서비스로 진화될 것이며, 이를 위해서는 IPV 서비스의 상호운용성이 중요한 요소가 된다. IPTV 서비스의 상호운용성이 지원되기 위해서는 IPTV의 표준화가 시급하다. 본 고에서는 현재 세계적으로 추진되고 있는 각 표준 단체들의 IPTV 표준화 동향에 대해 살펴보고 IPTV 표준화 방향을 가늠해보고자 한다.

High voltage electrical injury can cause considerable damage to the nervous system including spinal cord, but, the pathophysiology of myelopathy remains to be studied. A 44-year old man with paraparesis after electrical injury was diagnosed as electrical injury induced- myelopathy by normal spine MRI and somatosensory evoked potential showing central conduction abnormality. It implicates that the presumed mechanism of the myelopathy prefers the electroporation or electroconformational protein denaturation to the joule heating.
