Pixel classification is one of basic issues of image processing. The general characteristics of the pixels belonging to various classes are discussed and the radical principles of pixel classification are given. At the same time, a pixel classification scheme based on image information scales is proposed. The proposed method is overcome that computation amount become greater and contents easily get turned. And image directional scales has excellent anti-noise performance. In the result of experiment. good efficiency is showed compare with other methods.

최근 이상구 박사의 건강론이 소개된 이후 축산물, 특히 돼지고기의 수요에 큰 타격을 받았고, 건강에 대한 욕구가 병적으로 평배하고 있다. 그런데 우리 국민들은 채식과 육식에 대한 식생활 문제에 있어서 올바른 인식이 부족해 매스컴 등에서 어느 것이 좋다고 하면 과학적인 검증도 없이 무조건 그쪽으로 솔리는 경향이 있다. 이에 따라 지난 3월 4일 KBS 스튜디오에서 생방송으로 방영한 "국민건강의 올바른 방향은"이란 프로의 내용을 지상중계해 건강 및 식생활에 대한 새로운 방향을 조명하고, 독자 여러분의 이해를 돕고자 2회에 걸쳐 연재하기로 한다. 참고로 본회에서는 노영한 전무이사, 성정표 울산울주지부장, 이재억 회원(이천지부), 정봉수 홍보부장이 참석하여 이 프로를 방청하고 토론에 참여했다.

This paper presents an adaptive reclosing scheme to improve the reliability in power distribution systems. For an originated faults, this scheme can determine the number of reclosing attempts, so that minimizes the affect of electric facility and customers' load. To verify the effectiveness of the proposed scheme. numerical simulation which calculates a various indices to consider the reliability and the effect of electric facility, is carried out with actual field data. Results show that the proposed scheme can be applicable to field operation.

Using the EMTP(Electro Magnetic Transient Program) for the analysis of lightning direct voltage on the railway system, the shielding effects of overhead grounding wire on the railway were studied quantitatively. Installation of overhead ground wire and gap-type arrester such as s-horn Provides a 6.6㎸ HV distribution line with good protection effects. Even severe lightning induced voltage were create, 6.6㎸ HV lines can be withstand.
