The main purpose of this study was to develope the prototypes of on-line supervision system for maintenance to protect the confidence of operation of electric facilities in buildings. The influence of the harmonics on the electric facilities in building, which is recently growing more and more serious, were also analysed, and finally the essential techniques on the condition supervision, diagnosing method of facilities were proposed.

This paper presents a reliability and power quality taken account of the reclosing scheme on the power distribution system. To determine the optimal reclosing scheme, the simple radial distribution system is modelled, and analyzes quantitatively the effect of customer's load to the number of reclosing. The result of the analysis shows that the determined reclosing scheme can satisfy both the reliability and the power quality in the power distribution system.

In the system of underground transmission line, the rate of electrical failure is very low, but, if once occuring, the failure evolves into a paralysis of the system, the time of restoration is very long, the damage from stopping of power supply is very serious, and the cost of restoration is very great. Because of these problems, you must try to protect the system and equipment from every electrical failure by contributing much carefulness to the design and operation of the underground system. This study summerizes the results of simmulation tests about the effect of installing this protection device on the insulated joint box and the terminal end box.

모바일 매핑시스템은 차량에 GPS(Global Positioning System), IMU(Inertial Measurement Unit), CCD 카메라 등을 탑재하고 공간 및 속성 정보를 취득하는 효율적인 방법이다. 모바일 매핑시스템은 도로 시설물 관리, 지도 갱신 등 다양한 분야에 이용되고 있다. 국외에서 개발된 모바일 매핑 시스템을 업그레이드하거나 새로운 센서를 추가 하고자 할 때 기존 시스템의 센서 통합 및 동기화 방안을 알 수 없으므로 시스템의 개선 및 향상이 어렵다. 본 연구에서는 모바일 매핑시스템의 개선 및 센서추가를 위해서 모바일 매핑시스템에 기본적으로 필요한 GPS, IMU, 그리고 CCD 카메라 등의 효율적인 통합 및 동기화 구현 방안을 제시하고, 동기화에 필요한 각 센서의 요구사항을 파악한 후 동기화 장비를 설계 및 제작하였다. 또한, 향후 추가될 센서인 레이져, 오도미터(Odometer) 등을 센서가 추가될 경우를 고려하여 통합장비를 설계하였다.

최근 영상 매체는 3D와 인터랙션분야를 중심으로 크게 발전하고 있다, 이는 3D 영상 구현을 위해 필요한 기술의 발전이 이루어지고 사용자에게 보다 높은 몰입감과 현실감을 주는 3D 그래픽의 장점 때문이다. 3D 영상 콘텐츠의 발전과 다양한 영상매체의 개발은 필연적으로 지금의 인터페이스구조의 변화와 혁신을 가지고 올 것이며 이는 2D 인터페이스가 가지고 있는 한계를 3D 인터페이스의 효율성으로 극복할 수 있을 것이다. 그 장점은 3D 인터페이스가 자율성(Autonomy), 상호작용성(Interaction), 현재성(Presence)의 특징을 구현할 수 있기 때문이다. 따라서 위와 같은 3D 인터페이스의 발전 가능성을 검증하기 위해 동일한 내용의 정보를 2D와 3D의 두 가지 인터페이스로 구현하여 비교해 본다.

본 논문에서는 배전시스템에서의 재폐로에 의한 수용가측 영향을 정량적으로 평가하는 기법을 제시하였다. 제시한 평가기법은 재폐로시 발생하는 순간정전 및 순간전압강하를 예측하고, 전기적 외란에 대해 각 수용가측 민감 장비의 영향을 분석함으로써 수용가측 영향을 평가하였다. 시뮬레이션 결과에서는 재폐로 시도횟수를 늘릴수록 전력공급 신뢰도는 향상되는 반면, 수용가측의 전력품질은 저하됨을 정량적으로 나타내었다. 제시한 평가기법은 재폐로방식의 설정 및 계획수립에 활용할 수 있다.

In this study, the metastable state diamond thin films have been deposited on Si substrates from methand-hydrogen and oxygen mixture usin gMicrowave Plasma Enhanced Chemical Vapor Deposition (MWPCVD) method. effects experimental parameters MWPCVD including methan concentrations, oxygen additions, operating pressure, deposition time on the growth rate and crystallinity were investigated. diamond thin film was synthesized under the following conditions: methane concentration of 0.5%(0.5sccm)∼5%(5sccm). oxygen concentration of 0∼80%(2.4sccm). operating pressure of 30Torr∼ 70Torr, deposition time of 1∼32hr. SEM, WRD, and Raman spectroscopy were employed to analyse the growth rate and morphology, crystallinity and prefered growth direction, and relative amounts of diamond and non=diamond phases respectively.

Using the EMTP(Electro Magnetic Transient Program) for the analysis of lightning direct voltage on the railway system, the shielding effects of overhead grounding wire on the railway were studied quantitatively. Installation of overhead ground wire and sap-type arrester such as s-horn provides a 6.6kV HV distribution line with goof protection effects. Even severe lightning induced voltage were create, 6.6kV HV lines can be withstand.

Globally, oil-filled paper-insulated cables and cross-linked polyethylene-insulated cables have been mainly applied for a underground power transmission line. The oil-filled cable has the hydraulic system in which insulating oil, expanded and contracted by temperature changes, is absorbed and supplied. This system enable us to detect oil leakages from the cable. But it has some problems such as difficulty in detecting minor leakages and a relatively long period of fault detecting. And so, this paper introduce a new leakage detection system, improved from the current one.
