이동 컴퓨팅 환경은 유선망에 비하여 대역폭이 낮고, 호스트의 성능이 낮으며, 사용자의 이동에 따른 여러 가지 문제점이 나타난다. 이러한 이동 컴퓨팅 환경에서 멀티미디어 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 무엇보다 QoS 제어가 중요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이동 멀티미디어 컴퓨팅 환경의 동적 변화에 적응하고, 효율적으로 QoS를 제어하기 위하여 동적 우선순위를 기반으로 한 QoS 제어 기법을 제시한다. 동적 우선순위는 최초 연결성정 시에 결정되는 정적 우선순위와 보상을 기반으로 한 대역폭 변화값에 따라 결정되며, QoS 제어를 위한 기준으로 사용된다. 이러한 동적 우선순위는 낮은 QoS를 제공받은 MH(Mobile Host)가 핸드오프를 수행하여 새로운 셀로 이동한 경우에도 지속적으로 낮은 QoS를 제공받는 문제를 해결함으로써 공평하게 대역폭을 할당하는 장점이 있다.

본 논문에서는 LTE-A용 Carrier Aggregation 지원 단말의 IQ 불일치 (IQ Mismatch)를 분석하고 아날로그 블록 각각에 대해 IQ 불일치 모델을 수학적으로 유도한다. 그리고 이에 근거하여 디지털 보정 알고리즘을 제안하고 모의 실험을 통해 수신 성능을 평가한다.

Oil-filled power cables and XLPE power cables have been globally applied for extra-high-voltage underground power transmission lines. The application of XLPE cables for the transmission lines have been largely increased at the domestic and overseas projects because of some issues. O.F cables have some week points, related with the issues of the environmental pollution and the needed maintenance work, even though they have been applied for several ten years and their reliability has been proven. Meanwhile, the demands on XLPE power cables increase as their manufacturing technologies have been improved and their simplicity of installations has been focused on. In Korea, for the first time, the 275kV XLPE cable is to be applied at an overseas power plant project. This paper introduces the project profile, the design of the XLPE cable and its accessories, the cable system design and the installation design.

본 연구는 편백 에션셜 오일을 이용하여 치아우식증과 치주질환을 예방하기 위한 효과적인 구강양치액을 연구개발하고자 수행되었다. Streptococcus mutans에 대한 항미생물 효과 및 치면세균막 형성에 미치는 영향을 실험실연구(in vitro)와 전임상연구(preclinical observations)를 통해 조사하였다. 편백에센셜오일은 실험실 연구결과 S. mutans 성장 억제효과와 항미생물 효과를 보였고, 전임상시험 결과 자원자들의 치면세균막 지수가 감소하였다. 편백 에센셜 오일은 뛰어난 항미생물 효과와 치면세균막 억제를 보이는 것으로 나타났다.

The NO emissions at the exhaust manifo1d were investigated with a fast NO analyzer to investigate the cycle-by-cycle variations on NO emissions level and the dependence of NO emissions on combustion. The measurement was performed with a part load condition with respect to the mixture ratios and the changes in loads at 1800rpm. The averaged values were obtained during 200 cycles. We found that there is characteristic pattern in 70 emissions from exhaust port and it was possible to set a representative value with the data sampled during specific period. As the load increased, the characteristics of NO emissions were more dependent on combustion pressures. It was also analyzed that the correlation between combustion pressures and NO emissions for different equivalence ratios tends to increase as the mixture goes leaner, Furthermore, this correlation for the lean mixture near the lean limit seemed to be kept.

This study presents a study on modified algorithm to operating train simulation of AT feeding systems. In this study equivalent impedance is constructed by $Z_c,\;Z_r,\;Z_f,\;Z_{cr},\;Z_{rf},\;Z_{fc}$. The train current flows through the all auto-transformer corresponding to track impedance. To calculate train voltage from analyzing the railway systems, the algorithm is based on the K. C. L, K. V. L, superposition and circuit separation method. Multi-train's voltages are determined by calculating the catenary voltage at each train's position and adding up these train's voltage drop. Case studies use a field operational data, show that the proposed method is easily applied.

철도안전법의 제정 및 시행에 즈음하여 철도안전관리에 대한 인식이 제고되고 있는 시점에서 인적요소를 고려한 전기철도안전관리기법을 제시한다. 이를 위해서는 인적신뢰성분석이 필요하나 현재로서는 세계적으로도 이에 관한 규격이 정비되어 가고 있는 실정으로서 국내에서는 규격 적합성 인증 제도가 아직 구축되어 있지 못하고 따라서 규격 정비의 진행에 따라 위험성정보교환에 관련된 대책의 필요성이 증가하고 안전성의 확률론적 정량적평가가 보다 중요시 될 것으로 예상된다. 본고에서는 시스템 위험도분석을 통한 안전공학적 절차를 준수함으로써 위험도를 정량적으로 평가하고 정량적으로 평가된 위험도를 적정 수준으로 관리함으로써 철도시스템 안전관리체계를 향상시킬 수 있는 기법으로서 최근 주목받고 있는 인적신뢰성분석기법과 위험도정보교환에 대한 기본 개념을 제시한다.

The first 150lkV underground transmission line of Korea was installed between Danginri and Yongsan substation in 1974. Since then, the underground transmission lines of about 720 circuit-km had been installed up to 1995. As the national economy has been enlarged and the population of city has been rapidly increased, the demand of an electric power has been very increased. Therefore the first 345kV long-length transmission line of Korea was installed between Mikyum and Sungdong substation on Jan., 1997. This paper describes the design of the 345kV oil-filled cable and its accessories, the design of the system, the methods of installation, field tests, and the future trends of the underground transmission line in Korea.

This paper analyzes the effect of momentary voltage variation caused by auto-reclosing. The occurrence mechanism of momentary voltage variation caused by auto-reclosing is explained. Through the statistical analysis of the actual operation data over 4 years in a model substation the conventional reliability and the power Quality which considered momentary voltage variation are compared. This paper resents the toleration curves of each load types to investigate the affected degree of the loads carrying out the experiment.
