Chung-ju enterprise city was selected as a model enterprise city in 2005, and the city is planned to finish the construction in 2020. The main purpose of this study is to suggest the developing strategy and activation plan for Chung-ju enterprise city based on the enterprise city of developed countries. Chung-ju enterprise city will grow into well-being self-sufficient city due to the cutting edge knowledge, industry-centered cluster which is the new growth industry of Chungchungbuk-do and the surrounding excellent nature. For the success of Chung-ju enterprise city, the cooperation between developing agents such as companies, universities, local government, and central government is important. The leading companies and researching facilities should be attracted as well. Also, non-profit exclusive organization must be installed. The successful development of Chung-ju enterprise city means the success of balanced region development policy which will solve overpopulation of capital region and unbalance of Korea.

Natural gas is an explosive fluid and can cause severe human/material damage when buried high-pressure pipeline is failure, and there have been reported cases of considerable human life damage to actual buried pipeline failure. In domestic cases, the length and duration of pipeline operating are short due to rapid growth. Therefore, it is a fact that the establishment of effective accident data is insufficient for the cause of the accident. In order to systematically construct an accident database, the operation history of natural gas pipeline is longer than domestic, and the cause and frequency analysis of recent natural gas pipeline related accidents occurred in overseas major countries with a long pipeline network was conducted. Then, after grasping the trend of occurrence frequency by incident cause, we tried to establish the foundation for securing the stability of the domestic high-pressure gas transport pipeline network.

China's rapid economic growth is continuous but the country still has a long way to become a center for creativity. Leaders have no idea how to encourage their employees to work more efficiently in Chinese companies. Meanwhile the majority of employees are not fully engaged in their work, sometimes they think their work is not meaningful. The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between transformational leadership and employee creativity, through perceptions of meaning in work and work engagement among employees working in XunLei Networking Technology Corporation. 140 valid data were collected and were analysed using SPSS and AMOS. Results showed that transformational leadership has a positive and significant influence on meaning in work and work engagement. Meaning in work has a significant effect on work engagement, and work engagement has a significant influence on employee creativity. This study provides both academic and practical implications about transformational leadership and employee creativity through meaning in work and work engagement.

Historically, internet is the fastest growing media together with the ICT development and the key of the development is contents. Digital contents indicate information which covers voice, DB, game, publications and music etc. and the areas have been creating new technology business opportunities. The value chain of digital contents consists of production, collection, processing, services, connection and navigation and is expected to be reorganized around business players of production and distribution areas. This paper presents on those changes occurring in business environment and examples of business models, and further provides industries and academias with technology commercialization strategies.

This study attempted to analyze background and industrial difference of RO and SO. RO was launched for solving a problem of terrestrial broadcasting. After solving a problem of terrestrial broadcasting system, RO has played a roll as a local media. On the other hand, SO was launched by government's policy so SO has been protected and brought up by government. Because market of RO and SO is overlap and competitive, RO has been restricted by government for issuing new license and renewal of permission. Presently, environment of media has been changed very dramatically, so various niche media are needed for various customer's needs. In addition, local media are in trouble of playing a role as a public broadcasting service in Korea. Therefore, RO might be a good solution. In this study for the analysis of the user's needs a survey was conducted. This study shows possibility of RO's roll and function as a local media.

The Hallyu, or Korean Wave, has recently been proliferating around the world focusing on Asia. With the development of China's economy and the improvement of their people's living standards, Chinese consumption has been growing quickly. In cosmetic industry, Chinese consumers tend to prefer international brands including Korean cosmetics. There are various ways for Chinese consumers to purchase international brand cosmetics. One of them is overseas purchase via buying agent. This study is designed to exam various determinants of the overseas purchase. Based on empirical findings, product price and functionality can play an important role in terms of the overseas purchase. Also, moderating effects of an external factor(importing country's favorability) was empirically investigated. The results of SEM(Structural Equation Modeling) show that the relationship between consumer openness and overseas purchase via buying agent can be positively moderated by the favorability.

The contract farming scheme of today is a new system that allows the forward and backward linkage of the agribusiness through vertical coordination while also leading the changes within the agri-food system. As contract farming of agricultural products becomes routine in both advanced and developing countries alike, it is gaining the attention of researchers in various fields, including geography. This research discusses the research trends and problems regarding contract farming through literary research on the research progress of foreign researchers on contract farming. The content of the research specifically includes explanations regarding the relationships between the rise of contract farming and changes in the agri-food system and discusses the basic theoretical foundations of contract farming. The research also defines the economic and environmental effects of contract farming and its purpose in regional development policies and concludes with discussions of the possible future research subjects on contract farming.

Most of lap jointed aircraft structures encounter the fretting damages, which provoke fretting cracks prematurely and lead to significant reduction of fatigue life. In the case of ageing aircrafts especially, this fretting fatigue problem is a fatal threat for the safety and airworthiness. Recently, as the service life extension program(SLEP) of ageing aircrafts has become a hot issue, the prediction of fretting fatigue life is also indispensable. On these backgrounds, a series of experimental tests of fretting fatigue on bolted lap joint specimens, were performed. And the fretting crack initiation and propagation life of each specimen were evaluated using existing and newly proposed prediction models with the fretting parameters obtained from the FEA results for elasto-plastic contact stress analyses. The validations of prediction models were also discussed, comparing the prediction results with experimental test ones.

This article or study subjectively explores actual experiences of a human book from a phenomenal viewpoint and is based on considerable amounts of reference literature and the collecting/analyzing of precedent theses data. Selecting specific research samples and conducting in-depth interviews were made to elicit the phenomenal marks or responses in human book experiences. Samples included a total of three human book practicing teachers belonging to Gyonggi Provincial Office of Education, who were picked out or chosen according to their rich performance experiences/activities over a two year period. They were interviewed in four different basic topic areas or parts sectioned out to the following: 1) actual needs of a human book; 2) experiences in human book; 3) changes of cognition to the human book; and, lastly 4) improvement in the application of a human book. As a result, the number of schools, the number of readers, and the number of people who participated in human book activities continued to expand. In addition, human book activities have become an opportunity for growth not only for participating readers, but also for the human book itself.

Abnormal situation caused by aggressive behavior of pigs adversely affects the growth of pigs, and comes with an economic loss in intensive pigsties. Therefore, IT-based video surveillance system is needed to monitor the abnormal situations in pigsty continuously in order to minimize the economic demage. In this paper, we propose a new Kinect camera-based monitoring system for the detection of the individual pigs. The proposed system is characterized as follows. 1) The background subtraction method and depth-threshold are used to detect only standing-pigs in the Kinect-depth image. 2) The moving-pigs are labeled as regions of interest. 3) A contour method is proposed and applied to solve the touching-pigs problem in the Kinect-depth image. The experimental results with the depth videos obtained from a pig farm located in Sejong illustrate the efficiency of the proposed method.
