The concentrations of tocopherols and compositions of fatty acids during germination and maturation of soybean seeds were determined by HPLC and GC. In germination stages, when the length of seedling axis was about 10 cm, the contents of total tocopherols and lipids were the highest. At the early phase of pod filling on field condition, the concentration of ${\delta}-tocopherol$ in soybean seeds was the highest, but, in further pod filling, the content of ${\delta}-tocopherol$ decreased continuously, and ${\alpha}-$ and ${\gamma}-tocopherol$ increased. Accumulation of oil during pod filling seems to be determined at the beginning. There seem positive correlations between several tocopherol homologues and fatty acids.

The changes of sugar content and invertase activity during maturation of plum fruits, and properties of the enzyme were investigated in this study. The soluble sugars in plum fruits were mainly sucrose, glucose and fructose. The sucrose content in the fruit increased slowly at the early stage of maturation and then decreased slightly. At the final stage, the sucrose content increased remarkably with maturation. The contents of glucose and fructose increased slowly at the early stage of maturation following decrement at middle stage. At the final stage, glucose content decreased continuously while fructose content increased again following decrement. Invertase activity in the fruit increased during maturation showing maximum at the onset of color change and after that, decreased remarkably. The optimum pH and temperature of invertase activity were pH 5.0 and $65^{\circ}C$, respectively. The enzyme was most stable at pH 5.0 and retained 75% of its activity after incubation at $70^{\circ}C$ for 15min. The enzyme was activated by $Cu^{{+}{+}}$, $Ca^{{+}{+}}$, but inhibited by $Hg^{{+}{+}}$ remarkably.

This study dental hygiene and immersive experience of students affects the career attitude maturity by looking at how dental hygienists and students about careers and further rational attitude equip career decisions and that can be used in career counseling was to establish baseline data. As a result, the area of academic experience and commitment to a career attitude maturity was found to be adequate to explain, immersive experience in the dental hygiene students and career attitude maturity was affected. Career attitude maturity of the readiness of the underlying factors, certainty, determinism, finality, independence was affected by the order. Thus, major classes of students in dental hygiene and can facilitate an immersive experience and take advantage of this by taking steps reasonably career exploration and career attitudes-will need to make groups.

The purpose of this study is to identify the relationships among Social maturity(SM), Self-directed learning(SDL) and Self-concept of professional nursing(SCPN), and influencing factors of SCPN of nursing students. The survey was performed on 221 nursing students in two universities. Data were collected using a structured questionnaires and analysed with PASW 22.0. Study findings revealed that SCPN has a significant correlation with SM and SDL. Major satisfaction(${\beta}=.179$), Meaning on nursing(${\beta}=.274$), SM(${\beta}=.118$) and SDL(${\beta}=.211$) about SCPN were significant predictive variables. This variables accounted for 34.4% of the variance in SCPN. The findings indicate the necessity of developing educational programs to enhance nursing students's SM and SDL for increasing positive SCPN.

The effect of maturity and marbling score on meat quality properties in fattening Hanwoo loin was investigated. No differences attributable to maturity and marbling score were noted in pH, $L^*$ value (lightness), $a^*$ value (redness), $b^*$ value (yellowness), cooking loss. Myofibrils extractability, hardness, springiness, cohesiveness, gumminess and chewiness. In the case of water holding capacity, a maturity score of 6 and 7, and marbling score of 8 and 9 were the highest among the groups (p<0.05). The shear force become higher when maturity score increased and marbling score decreased (p<0.05).

This study analyzes the effect of CoP(Community of Practice) influence factors on satisfaction and learning culture activation in R&D groups. Research model and hypothesis is designed the relationship the effect factors for CoP which are consist of personal factor, interacting factor, support factor and environmental factor and satisfaction and the learning culture activation focused on comparing between maturity and immaturity CoP member group. It conducted an analysis based on 371 survey responses significantly. Hence, interacting, supporting and personal factor have a significant positive effect on satisfaction but environmental factor was negative effect to it. CoP Satisfaction has a positive effect on the learning culture activation. However average between two groups has not a statistically significant difference in all of the factors. At the result, interacting between members is the most important factor to the successful CoP development of R&D groups.

Generally, project audit provides the service which accomplishes a project successfully by checking the management activity of information system project, indicating a controversial point and reflecting the improvement issues based on project audit check list. In addition, the projects are managed by using the project management maturity model based on process. However, the effect is not big as we except projects performance of real world. In this paper. to solve these problems, the project management maturity evaluation model which is connected with project audit check list and organizational maturity model survey items is designed. Thus, we propose the model which can improve the project performance through the project evaluation of customer's project and development part and the evaluation of organization level as we design that it is possible to not only audit the project but also evaluate it before and after the project.

This study aims to show what influence a career group counseling program has on the career attitude maturity in female college students and their career preparation behavior. As a result of the study, it was discovered that there was a statistically significant difference in determinacy and readiness in the sub-areas of career attitude maturity while there was no significant difference in reality. Also, there was a statistically significant difference in exploration and preparatory behavior in sub-areas of the career preparation behavior. Such results indicate that the career group counseling program had a significant influence in the career attitude maturity and their career preparation behavior. Therefore, this study suggests that to enhance the career attitude maturity in female college students and their career preparation behavior, further organized research on career group counseling programs is needed and its utilization should be increased.

The aim of this study is to analyse the effects of a career group counselling program on career attitude maturity and career decision self-efficacy in adolescents under probation. As a result, it was discovered that the career group counselling program had statistically significant differences in reality and preparedness among the sub-areas of career attitude maturity while there were no significant differences in determinacy. Also, the career group counselling program had statistically significant differences in goal selection, job information and future plans among the sub-area of career decision self-efficacy while there were no significant differences in problem solution. These results suggest that the career group counselling program had significant effects on career attitude maturity and career decision self-efficacy. For better career attitude maturity and career decision self-efficacy in adolescents under probation, more organized studies on career group counselling programs are needed and their usability should be reinforced.

The purposed of this study was to evaluate the effects of psycho-social maturity personality improvement program for university students. This program based on the book written by Lee et al.(2010) to improve the personality for university student was used. The program consisted of a total of 13 session and every session consisted of a 50 minutes lecture and 100minutes activity program. The researcher carried out the pre-test, post test and follow up test regarding psycho-social maturity and conducted Mann-Whitney U test and the ancova. The results showed who had participated in counseling groups reported significant improvement of psycho-social maturity total scores and sub scores, while the control group did not report any significant improvements. After 10 weeks follow-up point, these changes experienced by the experiment group on the improvement of the psycho-social maturity. Finally the personality program helped improve the psycho-social maturity.
