pH 조정후 Transglutaminase로 처리한 원유의 전자현미경적 관찰

  • 본 연구는 원유에서 지방을 제거한 탈지유의 pH를 5.5, 7.0, 8.5로 조정한 다음 TGase를 첨가하여 0, 1, 2, 4, 8시간 반응시킨 다음 단백질 입자들을 동결건조하여 조직의 성상에 대해 주사 전자 현미경을 이용해 관찰, 비교하였다. pH와 TGase를 처리하지 않은 원유의 탈지유는 단백질 입자들이 규칙적으로 회합해 있었다. 그러나 pH 조정 후 TGase를 처리한 다음 반응시간을 달리한 시료에서는 pH를 5.5로 조정한 시료에서 현저한 변화가 있었는데 그 변화 양상은 단백질 입자들이 0시간에서 조각을 이루워 회합되어 있다가 1시간 반응시킨 경우 단백질 입자들이 서로 결합하여 넓게 회합을 하였다. 2시간 반응시킨 경우 단백질 입자들이 다시 뭉쳐서 회합하였으며 4시간 반응시킨 경우 뭉쳐져 있던 단백질 입자들이 조그만한 구형 성상으로 넓게 회합하였다. 8시간 반응시킨 시료는 구형 성상으로 회합되어 있던 단백질 입자들이 사라지면서 다시 넓게 회합하는 것을 관찰할 수 있었다. pH 7.0과 8.5 조건하에서는 단백질 입자들이 조각 형태를 이루고 있었으며 반응시간이 증가할수록 입자들이 넓게 확대되는 현상을 나타냈다. 이와 같은 단백질들의 변화 양상은 pH와 TGase처리 그리고 반응시간에 영향을 받고 있는 것으로 사료된다.

  • 개의 전립선에서 경직장 초음파상에 나타나는 미만성 저에코영역의 성상과 경직장 초음파 검사법의 유용성을 알아보기 위해 히스토그람 분석방법과 color doppler 초음파를 이용하여 전립선 맛사지에 따른 전립선 실질의 에코변화를 비교하였다. 전립선 맛사지 후 히스토그람상의 휘도치는 전립선 요도부 기준 상부측 실질내에서 유의성(p<0.01) 있게 고에코로 변화되어 나타났으며, 전립선내에 분포하는 혈관은 저에코영역에서 보다 고에코영역에서 발견되었다. 이상의 결과로 보아 경직장 초음파 검사법은 전립선의 미세한 변화에 대해 보다 상세한 실질내의 정보를 제공할 수 있는 효과적인 검사 방법이며, 맛사지에 따른 휘도치의 변화는 전립선의 물리적 자극에 대한 전립선액의 분비에 따른 결과로 사료되고, 저에코영역은 혈관보다는 전립선액이 점유하고 있는 것으로 생각된다.

Shrinkage Properties of Blast Furnance Slag Cement Mortar by using Frost-Resistant Accelerator (내한촉진제를 사용한 고로시멘트 모르타르의 수축성상)

  • In this study, the effects of blast furnance slag cement and frost-resistant accelerator on shrinkage properties and shrinkage properties of mortar were examined. As a result, the addition of the frost-resistant accelerator to both OPC and BB has a small effect on the flash properties of mortar and the compressive strength increases from the early ages. In addition, when a frost-resistant accelerator is used in excess of the standard usage amount, it is necessary to examine the relationship of the expansion behavior at the early age, especially, between the compressive strength development and the expansion property. And it was confirmed that the addition of the frost-resistant accelerator tended to increase the shrinkage of mortar using the OPC and BB. With the addition of the frost-resistant accelerator, the amount of pores with a diameter of under the 30nm, especially, the amount of pores with a diameter of 20 to 30nm and the amount of pores with an ink-bottle decrease, and the shrinkage increases. And it is considered that a change in the amount this range of pores has a large effect on the shrinkage property.

  • The purpose of this study is analyzing the fire behavior according to the fire load for G underground shopping mall located in Daegu city. when predict fire behavior, fire load and ventilation coefficient are important factor who dominate fire temperature or fire continuance time. Therefore, size of unit room, opening size and inflammable investigated on the field. Fire load calculated using unit calorific value by each material of inflammable that investigate. And reduction model experimented fire load about 6 models with variable. Fire behavior analyzed by heat flows of inside space that temperature rise and temperature change by time of fire source.

A Study on the Problems of Incinerating Facility and Plans to Improve in Regard to Separate Discharge of Food Waste (음식물류폐기물 분리배출에 따른 소각시설의 문제점과 개선방안에 관한 연구)

  • Due to separate discharge of food waste, large incinerating facilities for municipal waste show the phase change that combustible contents have been increasing while the concentrations of water have been decreasing when wastes are brought in. This phase change of wastes leads to the increase of exothermic value when wastes are carried in, which causes the problems to make the durability of incinerating facilities weak and lower the capacities of them. In accordance with these problems, this study was carried out to present effective plans to operate incinerating facilities as the quantities of municipal wastes of Incheon have been gradually increasing. We examined the problems caused by the phase change of municipal waste in Incheon and managing plans to control the amounts of heat output when intermixed incineration of food waste is conducted. It is concluded that we could carry out the optimized operation of incinerating facilities as well as produce economic effect to reduce processing costs when we conduct the intermixed incineration of food waste and municipal waste, in the trend that the amounts of heat output generated by wastes are gradually increasing. This is because this operation of intermixing incineration contributes to reducing the amount of exothermic heat.

Properties of Mortar Adhered to the Recycled Coarse Aggregate in Cement Paste (시멘트풀 속에서의 순환굵은골재 부착모르타르의 성상변화에 관한 연구)

  • Vicker's hardness and pore size distribution of mortar adhered to the recycled coarse aggregate were tested according to the strength level of original concrete of recycled coarse aggregate to find the change of mortar adhered to the recycled coarse aggregate in cement paste. The strength levels of original concrete of recycled coarse aggregate were 25.5MPa, 41.7MPa and 60.1MPa and the aggregates were used at the state of saturated surface dry condition and oven dry condition. The results of this experimentation indicated that the mean value of Vicker's hardness was increased according to age and strength of original concrete of recycled aggregate. Porosity of $100nm{\sim}10{\mu}m$ size was reduced and porosity of 6nm~100nm size was increased in cement paste.

  • When MBT(Mechanical Biological Treatment) facility is designed, the management system adequate for domestic circumstance in Korea has been insufficient and power plant's load on seasonal variation has not been resolved yet. Thus, this study introduced MBT facility and MSW(Municipal Solid Waste)'s seasonal emission characteristics were investigated in order to establish new MBT management system. and additional thermal buffer-materials's calorific values were also considered to reduce the power plant's load. The results showed that the screening efficiency of MBT facility and the physical characteristics of each waste can be identified, and the calorific value by seasonal variation for MBT facility can be kept constant all the year round by using an additional thermal buffer-materials.

  • 양식과정중에 사육어류가 받을 수 있는 스트레스 요인은 상존하며, 이러한 스트레스 요인에 의해 어류는 체내 생리적 불균형이 일어날 수 있다(Chang et al., 2001). 환경적 스트레스 요인중 수온은 어체의 생리적 변화를 야기시키고 스트레스 요인으로 작용하여, 생체내 대 사와 혈액성상의 변화를 일으키는 것으로 알려져있다(Barton and Iwama,1991). 여름철 한국 동해안에서 수온이 급격하게 변화할 수 있는 경우는 해양의 저층수가 용승하여 발생하는 냉수대 현상과 임해 발전소의 냉각수로 배출되는 온배수에 의한 주변수역의 수온상승 현상에 직면하였을 때라 할 수 있다.
