A Study on Interconnectioned LAN of Token Ring Network (토큰링 네트워크가 상호 연결된 근거리 통신망에 관한 연구)

  • Token ring systems which control to switch the data stream of networks by passing the token have been widely used to medium access controls in many ring or bus topology LANs. The system could be modeled for analysis as single-server-multi-queue system of the cyclic service method. These concepts could be expanded to multi-token ring systems interconnected with single ring consisting of bridges implemented simply to be stored and transmitted. In the proposal for the performance analysis of the interconnected token ring system, in has been assumed M/G/1 queueing model that frame arrivals are the Poisson process at each station queue and frame sizes are independently and identically distributed. And the average time delays were analyzed mathematically for arbitrary frame transferred from source station to destination area. The time delay of the frame transmission could be explained as the sum of the average time which the token passed from arbitrary position to source station, such as the waiting time in the source station transferring the previous arrival frames, and the propagation time from source station to interdestinated point. These delays were given as the sum of the duration from inner and outer bridge queues, the time delays from inner and outer bridge queues, and the time from outer bridge queue to destination station. These results were investigated by varing parameters effected to total time delays. In the results, those factors to be effected to dominant the total time delays were increased were in the cases of the high arrival rates and the high ration of destination of the other outerring. The system were shown the time delays increased exponentially in spite of the priority service policy. In order to decreasing the number of outerrings and increasing the number of nodes in backbone relatively, so the systems could be decreased the total delay in the interconnected token ring system.

Behavior of Reinforcement Ratio on Concrete Beams Reinforced with Lab Spliced GFRP Bar (GFRP 보강근으로 겹이음된 콘크리트 보의 보강비에 따른 거동특성)

  • The use of glass-fiber-reinforced polymer (GFRP) bars in reinforced concrete (RC) structures has emerged as an alternative to traditional RC due to the corrosion of steel in aggressive environments. Although the number of analytical and experimental studies on RC beams with GFRP reinforcement has increased in recent decades, it is still lower than the number of such studies related to steel RC structures. This paper presents the experimental moment deflection relations of GFRP reinforced beam which are spliced. Test variables were different reinforcement ratio and cover thickness of GFRP rebars. Seven concrete beams reinforced with steel GFRP re-Bars were tested. All the specimens had a span of 4000mm, provided with 12.7mm nominal diameter steel and GFRP rebars. All test specimens were tested under 2-point loads so that the spliced region be subject to constant moment. The experimental results show that the ultimate moment capacity of beam increasing of the reinforcement ratio. Failure mode of these specimens was sensitively vary according to the reinforcement ratio. The change of beam effective depth, which was caused by cover thickness variation, controlled the maximum strength and deflection because of cover spalling in tension face.

Development of Ocean Data Buoy and Real-Time Monitoring Technology (종합관측부이 개발 및 실시간 관측기술)

  • It is desired to use a domestically manufactured ocean data buoy for the long-term operational ocean monitoring. The ocean data buoy manufacturing technology was introduced through the research cooperation with the Qingkong University of Taiwan. The introduced ocean data buoy system was further expanded and improved for more efficient application for the marine environmental monitoring in Korea. The size of the ocean data buoy is 2.5 m in diameter, which is smaller compared to the NOAA's 3.0 m discus buoy to allow easy land transportation and ocean deployment as well. From the dynamic response test of the buoy carried out numerically, it was shown that the measurement of waves with period greater than 4 seconds is acceptable. The measurement and control system of the data buoy were improved to increase the number of measuring parameters, to reduce power consumption and to enhance better data analysis and management. Each component of the improved data buoy system was described in detail in this paper. Water quality sensors of water temperature, salinity, DO, pH and turbidity were added to the system in addition to the marine meteorological sensors of wind speed and direction, air temperature, humidity, air pressure and wave. Inmarsat satellite communication system is used for the real-time data telemetry from the buoy deployed offshore. A field performance test of the improved and domestically manufactured buoy was carried out for a month at the open sea off Pohang together with DatawelI's Wave-rider buoy to compare the wave data. The results of the test were satisfactory.

Kinematic Design of A Multi-Purpose Digger (다목적 굴취기의 기구학적 설계)

  • 본 연구에서는 간단한 조작을 통하여 작물의 특성에 따라 진동방향을 조절 가능하게 함으로써 물리적 성질이 서로 다른 감자, 고구마, 마늘, 양파, 생강 등 거의 모든 뿌리작물의 수확에 이용할 수 있는 다목적 굴취기를 기구학적으로 설계하고, 뿌리작물 굴취기의 성능에 영향을 미치는 진폭, 진동수, 작업속도를 변화시킬 때 각각의 조합에 있어서 굴취판상의 특정한 점들의 운동궤적을 분석하고 이에 기초하여 굴취기의 설계변수와 작업에서의 설정변수 를 결정하고자 하였으며, 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1) 작업위치에 따라 굴취판 뒷부분(선별부)의 진동방향 조절이 가능하기 때문에 진동방향을 조절하면 물리적 성질이 서로 다른 감자, 고구마 마늘, 양파 등 거의 모든 뿌리작물의 수확에 이용할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. 2) 굴취판의 궤적분석결과 진폭이 3mm일 때에는 캠 축의 회전속도와 작업속도에 관계없이 굴취작업이 불가능할 것으로 판단되었다. 진폭이 6mm일 때에는 작업속도 1.08km/hr에서 캠 축의 회전속도가 841rpm 이상이면 굴취작업이 가능할 것으로 판단되었고, 작업속도 2.16km/hr이상에는 굴취작업이 불가능할 것으로 판단되었다. 진폭이 9mm일 때에는 작업속도 1.08km/hr에서 작업할 때 사용한 캠축의 회전속도에 관계없이 굴취작업이 모두 잘 이루질 것으로 판단되었고, 작업속도 2.16km/hr에서는 캠축의 회전속도가 995rpm 일 경우에만 굴취작업이 가능할 것으로 판단되었으며, 작업속도 3.24km/hr에서는 작업위치나 캠축의 회전속도에 관계없이 모두 굴취작업이 불가능한 것으로 사료된다. 3) 작업속도를 1.08km/hr 이상으로 하려면 소요동력의 관점에서 볼 때 진폭은 크게하고 진동수는 작게 하는 것이 유리하기 때문에 진폭을 9mm이상 취하는 것이 바람직할 것으로 사료된다.회로 가장 많이 발생하였으며, 다음으로 밀양과 나주지역이 29회, 김제지역이 28회 등으로 많은 발생빈도를 보였다.생시 진화방법의 개발 등에 대한 기본data로서의 역할을 충분히 할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. 평가되었다.us에 대하여 높은 것으로 나타났다.bangular에서 subrounded에 해당한다. 이러한 현저한 차이를 보이는 이유는 남극적 빙하성 환경 조건과 이 지역의 해양 퇴적학적 특성에 그 원인이 있다고 해석된다.ea. A Study on the Elaboration of Request for Proposal of Localization Parts using AHP method (AHP 기법을 적용한 부품국산화 제안요청서 정교화 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to elaborate the request for proposal (RFP) for the localization parts development support project of core parts carried out by the Defense Agency for Technology and Quality. The RFP is the most important document throughout the localization parts project, including project announcement and developer selection, design and test of the development product, final evaluation, and standardization of the project. However, if the RFP is not established at the beginning of the project, there is an increased risk of business failure due to frequent changes by various reasons. In this study, we recognized the necessity of elaboration of RFP and applied the AHP method for quantitative elaboration. Eight requirements of the RFP related to the mechanical/electrical performance of localized development products and three elaboration methods for each requirement were designed in a hierarchical structure, and each weight was calculated by applying the 5-point scale AHP method. The AHP survey was conducted with 20 developers participating in the localization parts project, and the consistency ratio of the AHP survey result was less than 0.1. The elaboration method with the highest value among the calculated weights is classified, and the analysis results and future research directions of the elaboration method are presented.

  • In this paper, an analytical model using equivalent magnetic circuits for the PMA-SynRG is presented. The lumped parameter model (LPM) is developed from machine geometry, stator winding and machine operating specifications. By the LPM, magnetic saturation of rotor bridges is incorporated into model and it provides effective means of predicting machine performance for a given machine geometry. The LPM is not as accurate as finite element analysis but the equivalent magnetic circuits provide fast means of analyzing electromagnetic characteristics of PMa-SynRG. It is the main advantage to find the initial design and optimum design. The initial design of PMa_RSG is performed by LPM model and FEM analysis, and the final PMA-RSG design is optimized and identified by FEM analysis considering actual machine design. The linear LPM and the nonlinear LPM are programmed using MATLAB and all of machine parameters are calculated very quickly. To verify justification of the proposed design of PMa-RSM, back-EMF is measured.

A study on the Operation Algorithm for Bi-directional Sectonalizer in Distribution System Interconnected with Distributed Generations (분산전원이 연계된 배전계통의 양방향 구간개폐기의 동작 알고리즘에 관한 연구)

  • Abstract The typical distribution systems have the power flow from distribution substations (sources) to customers (load) only as one direction. However, in the case where distributed generations (DG) such as PV system and wind power systems are connected to distribution systems, the DG output variations to distribution systems, so called reverse power flow, may cause the bi-directional power flow. So, the reverse power flow has severe impacts on typical power system, for example power quality problems, protection coordination problems, and so on. Especially, protection devices (sectionalizer) in primary feeder of distribution system interconnected with distributed generations may cause problems of malfunction, and then many customers could have problems like an interruption. So, this paper presents the bi-directional operation algorithm of protection devices to overcome the problems like mal-function. And, also this paper shows the effectiveness of proposed method by using both PSCAD/EMTDC software and test facility of protection devices to simulate the field distribution systems.

Design Concept of Beams Reinforced by Deformed Bars and Non-Prestressed Strands in Combination (비긴장강연선과 철근이 혼용된 보의 설계방안)

  • A new precast concrete (PC) beam and column connection system using non-prestressed wire strands was recently developed. The system is composed of one unit of two-storied PC-column and PC-beams with U-shaped ends. The connection part of the column and beams is reinforced by deformed bars and non-prestressed wire strands in combination for the improvement of workability. Structural performance of this system was verified by several experimental studies. The purpose of this study is developing a design concept of the beam reinforced by deformed bars and non-prestressed wire strands in combination, in terms of the cross-sectional analysis, based on the preceded experiment. A minimum and maximum reinforcement ratio and the calculation formula for the strength of flexural member reinforced by reinforcements having different yield strengths are derived based on KBC2009. Under consideration existing research results for the application of high strength reinforcement bars, the design yield strength of the non-prestressed wire strand is suggested. An example for the cross section design, satisfying the serviceability requirements, demonstrates the applicability of the design concept developed in the study.

Probabilistic Service Life Analysis of GGBFS Concrete Exposed to Carbonation Cold Joint and Loading Conditions (탄산화에 노출된 GGBFS 콘크리트의 콜드 조인트 및 하중 재하를 고려한 확률론적 내구수명 해석)

  • Carbonation is a deterioration which degrades structural and material performance by permitting CO2 and corrosion of embedded steel. Service life evaluation through deterministic method is conventional, however the researches with probabilistic approach on service life considering loading and cold joint effect on carbonation have been performed very limitedly. In this study, probabilistic service life evaluation was carried out through MCS (Monte Carlo Simulation) which adopted random variables such as cover depth, CO2 diffusion coefficient, exterior CO2 concentration, and internal carbonatable materials. Probabilistic service life was derived by changing mean value and COV (Coefficient of variation) from 100 % to 300 % and 0.1 ~ 0.2, respectively. From the analysis, maximum reduction ratio (47.7%) and minimum reduction ratio (11.4%) of service life were obtained in cover depth and diffusion coefficient, respectively. In the loading conditions of 30~60% for compressive and tensile stress, GGBFS concrete was effective to reduce cold joint effect on carbonation. In the tensile condition, service life decreased linearly regardless of material types. Additionally service life rapidly decreased due to micro crack propagation in the all cases when 60% loading was considered in compressive condition.

  • 과학기술 및 산업의 발달로 인하여 실험 중 또는 공정 상에서 in situ, 실시간으로 측정하고 분석하며 이를 되먹임하는 품질제어의 중요성이 대두되고 있다. 반도체 공정 또는 박막제조 공정 중에서 박막의 두께, 굴절율, 물질의 조성비 등을 알아내는 것이 긴요한 과제로 대두되고 있으며, 이를 위하여 공정중인 제품의 품질을 실시간으로 평가하는 장비가 요구되고 있는 것이다. 나아가 공정중의 예상하지 못한 시료의 특성변화를 그대로 감지하여 적절히 보정해 주는 되먹임 기법은 높은 수율을 보장하는 첨단기법이라 할 수 있다. 이러한요구에 부응할 수 있는 본 제품(Elli-situ 2000)은 박막의 두께 표면변화를 sub 의 정밀도를 가지고 in situ, 실시간으로 정밀 측정할 수 있는 첨단 계측장비로서 빛의 편광상태 변화를 측정하기 때문에 공정 중의 시료에 영향을 주지 않는 비간섭 특성과 비접촉 특성의 장점 뿐만 아니라 공기중에서는 물론 진공이나 액체 등의 매질에서도 사용될 수 있어서 매질에 대한 제약이 거의 없다는 장점도 가지고 있다. 편광상태의 제어 및 측정을 필요한 광학장비의 경우, 제작이 까다롭기 때문에 대부분 가격이 높은 편이고 사용방법이나 측정 데이터에 대한 해석이 어렵다는 단점이 있으나, Elli-situ 2000의 경우 상용화된 외국제품(국내제품은 없슴)과 비교하여 성능 및 가격경쟁력에 있어서도 우위에 있으며 간단, 명료한 장비조작 및 컴퓨터를 사용한 구동의 전자동화를 이룸으로써 초보자도 쉽게 측정하고 데이터를 처리할 수 있도록 하였다. 또한 취부대의 경우, 진공포트 플랜지의 표준규격(2-3" Del-Seal 플랜지 규격)에 맞춤으로써 기존의 진공챔버에 부착하여 진공에 전혀 영향을 주지 않는 상태에서 시료의 변화를 in situ, 실시간으로 정밀 측정할 수 있도록 하였다. 하였다.O 박막은 산소 가스압력과 기판온도, 인가 전류를 변화시켜가며 증착하였으며 이에 따른 박막의 결정성 변화를 알아보았다. 기판온도를 실온에서 점차 증가시켜나가면 $\Delta$$\theta$50은 급격히 감소하며 30$0^{\circ}C$에서는 결정성이 우수한 막을 얻을 수 있었다. 또한 산소 가스 압력이 0.5~1mTorr에서 $\Delta$$\theta$50은 양호한 값을 나타내었지만 그 이상에서는 c-축 배향성이 나빠짐을 확인하였다. 따라서 대향타겟식스퍼터 장치를 이용하여 ZnO 박막을 증착시 가스압력 0.5~1mTorr, 기판온도 20$0^{\circ}C$이상의 막 제작조건에서 결정성이 우수하게 나타나는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. gluten이 단단해졌음을 알수 있었다. 유화제 stearly 칼슘, 혹은 hemicellulase를 amarans 10% 대체한 밀가루에 첨가하면 확연히 비용적을 증대시킬 수 있다는 사실을 알 수 있었다. quinoa는 명아주과 Chenopodium에 속하고 페루, 볼리비아 등의 고산지에서 재배 되어지는 것을 시료로 사용하였다. quinoa 분말은 중량의 5-20%을 quinoa를 대체하고 더욱이 분말중량에 대하여 0-200ppm의 lipase를 lipid(밀가루의 2-3배)에 대하여 품질개량제로서 이용했다. 그 결과 quinoa 대량 7.5%에서 비용적, gas cell이 가장 긍정적 결과를 산출했고 반죽의 조직구조가 강화되었다. 또 quinoa 대체에 의해 전분-지질 복합제의 흡열량이 증대된 것으로부터 전분-지질복합제의 형성 촉진이 시사되었다.이것으로 인하여 호화억제에 의한 노화 방지효과가 기대되었지만 실제로 빵의 노화는 현저히 진행되었다. 이것은
