As it is keen competition of a construction market and the recognition that increases construction productivity for maintaining competitiveness, it is increased importance of an interest about productivity and efficiency in the construction industry. This study measures productivity through the instance of investigation that the existing productivity measurement method was utilized and presented a work improvement matter based on the measured contents. The proposed improvement matter is verified through a simulation technique. The purpose of this paper is for a field supervisor to have presented the way that a selection does the most suitable work method to be suitable for a situation, and can forecast production, though a simulation technique is not the most alternative that considered field condition in analyzing productivity measurement.

Recently marketing methods of small and medium exporting firms have changed from internet marketing using homepage, or e-catalogs, to search engine marketing. However, there is no specific proof of search engine marketing effectiveness. Therefore the purpose of this research is to explore marketing performance of search engine marketing(SEM) based on search engine optimization. In order to build an optimal SEM strategy, quantitative data are collected from the Google-analytics such as homepage visits, page views, and traffic source for three years. At the same time, this study has carried out a survey to measure the qualitative effectiveness. The result of this quantitative study suggests that the existing carryover effects and lag effects would be maintained through search engine optimization. Meanwhile, the qualitative survey shows that satisfaction and awareness of homepage have been improved after search engine optimization. This can support logically increase of homepage visiting ratio of quantitative analysis. Also exporting companies know very well, that traffic and page views have increased after search engine optimization.

시스템 가상머신 환경은 높은 하드웨어 효율성과 높은 보안을 요구하는 시스템에서 그 사용이 점차 늘어나고 있다. 최근 많이 알려진 하이퍼바이저 가상머신 시스템은 높은 아이솔레이션과 보안성을 보장하나 각 게스트 운영체제 별로 운영체제 이미지를 가지기 때문에 하드웨어 효율성이 떨어지는 반면, 컨테이너 기반 가상머신 시스템은 운영체제 이미지의 공유로 인하여 높은 자원 효율성과 확장성을 가진다. 그러나 메모리 자원의 아이솔레이션에 대하여 취약점을 갖는 문제점을 안고 있다. 본 논문에서는 컨테이너 기반 가상머신 시스템에서 동적으로 각 가상머신별로 메모리 사용량 증가에 따른 페이지 히트율-곡선(Hit-Ratio-Curve)을 측정하였다. 이 곡선을 관찰해 보면 각 가상머신의 메모리 필요량을 알 수 있으며 이를 기반으로 메모리 자원을 할당하게 될 경우 효과적으로 메모리 자원의 아이솔레이션을 제공할 수 있게 된다. 본 논문에서는 대표적인 컨테이너 기반 가상머신인 리눅스 VServer가 적용되어 있는 리눅스 2.6.17 커널에 직접 구현하였으며, Lmbench 및 리눅스 커널 컴파일 등을 통하여 오버헤드를 측정하였고 $1.6{\sim}7.2%$의 적은 오버헤드로 이를 측정할 수 있음을 확인하였다.

IT아웃소싱은 기업이 핵심 분야와 비 핵심 분야를 나눈뒤 전략적으로 비 핵심분야에 대한 기능을 서비스 제공자에게 위탁하여 특정 기능을 수행하도록 하는 경영기법으로 비용절감, 조직의 슬림화등 여러 가지 목적으로 실행된다. 그리고 최근에 들어 국내에서도 정보시스템을 서비스 제공자에게 아웃소싱 하는 일이 활성화 되고 있는 상황이다. 그리고 IT아웃소싱 계약서에는 서비스 수준이나 가치, 성과에 대한 보상 및 패널티를 부과하는 도구인 SLA를 도입하고 있고 그 측정 결과를 통해 제공받는 서비스의 품질을 확인하고 있다. 그러나 측정된 SLA지표를 통해서 확인되는 데이터는 하드웨어적인 측정치에 한정되어 아웃소싱을 통한 IT서비스의 수준 향상을 확인하기 어려우며 효과적인 SLA 기준 지표 선정이 쉽지 않아 실제적인 고객만족도를 확인하기 어려운 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 ITIL에 기반 한 SLA측정 결과와 사용자 만족도를 측정하여 제시하였다.

The illegal copy of Windows software is one of the problems, because Windows is the most popular operating system in the country. The illegal copy can be infringe a software copyright, and software birthmark is one of solutions which is protecting software copyright. Software birthmark is a technique to distinguish software piracy using feature information from software. The type of software birthmark can be differentiated between static birthmark and dynamic birthmark through an extraction method. Static birthmark and dynamic birthmark have strengths and weaknesses. In this paper, we propose similarity measurement technique using dynamic birthmark based on API, and we explain extraction process of dynamic birthmark. In addition, we have verified that the proposed similarity measurement technique meet resilience and credibility through experiment. Furthermore, we saw that proposed measurement technique better than existing measurement technique.

최근 신재생에너지 발전시스템 등 분산전원 시스템을 활용하는 경우가 증가함에 따라 마이크로그리드의 효율적인 제어와 안정성에 대한 연구가 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 분산전원 발전설비를 마이크로그리드에 연계하기 위해서는 계통연계 인버터가 필수적으로 요구된다. 계통연계 인버터를 구성하기 위해서는 계통전압과 인버터 출력 전류 등을 측정하기 위한 센서가 요구되며 이는 계통연계 인버터의 생산비용을 상승시키는 원인이 된다. 본 논문에서는 계통연계 인버터의 경제성을 향상시키기 위해 전압센서를 사용하지 않는 새로운 인버터의 제어기법을 제안한다. 제안된 기법은 전압센서를 사용하지 않고 인버터 출력전류 정보와 외란관측기를 이용해 계통전압을 추정한다. 하지만 외란관측기로 계통전압을 추정하는 경우 관측기의 한정된 대역폭으로 인해 추정 계통 전압에는 위상 지연이 발생하며 이는 제어 성능 저하의 원인이 된다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 추정 계통 전압의 위상지연을 보상하기 위한 위상 보상기법이 설계된다. 제안된 기법의 안정성과 성능이 시뮬레이션 및 실험을 통해 입증된다.

비디오 데이터에서 움직임 객체에 대한 움직임 경로는 내용-기반 검색을 위해 비디오 데이터를 색인하는 데 있어 매우 중요한 역할을 한다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 비디오 데이터에서 움직임 객체의 움직임 경로를 모델링하기 위한 새로운 시공간 표현 기법을 제안한다. 비디오 데이터를 위한 보다 효율적인 내용-기반 검색을 위해, 제안하는 기법은 시간, 공간 관계성과 더불어 일정 시간 간격 동안 움직인 객체의 이동 거리(moving distance)를 고려한다. 아울러, 제안하는 표현 기법에 기반하여 단일 움직임 객체의 움직임 경로와 다수 움직임 객체들의 움직임 경로를 위한 새로운 유사성 측정 알고리즘을 제시하며, 이들 알고리즘은 검색 결과에 대해서 유사성에 준하여 순위(Ranking)를 부여할 수 있다. 마지막으로, 성능 평가를 통하여 제안된 시공간 표현 기법은 기조의 Li 방법과 Shan의 방법에 비해 동등한 재현율을 유지하며, 정확율 측면에서 약 20%의 성능 향상을 보인다.

IPTV와 같은 멀티미디어 트래픽의 이용량이 증가함에 따라, 멀티미디어 서비스의 품질을 향상시키기 위한 스트리밍 전송 기법들이 연구되고 있다. 기존 연구들은 네트워크 상태를 고려한 스트리밍 전송으로 네트워크의 효율성과 공정성을 향상시켜 서비스 품질(QoS)을 보장하지만 사용자가 인지하는 체감 품질(QoE)을 동시에 보장하지 못하는 한계를 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 스트리밍 서비스의 체감 품질을 향상시키기 위해 비디오의 품질을 단계적으로 변화시키는 스트리밍 기법을 제안한다. 제안하는 기법은 수식 기반의 TCP(Transmission Control Protocol) 전송률을 기반으로 네트워크 상태를 측정하여 단계적으로 품질을 조절하고, 일정시간 동안 품질 조절의 수행을 제한한다. 이를 통해 급변하는 네트워크 상태 변화에 따른 잦은 품질 변화를 피하여 체감 품질을 향상시킨다. 실험을 통해 제안하는 기법의 유효성을 확인하였다.

The business environment that affects the management performance can be characterized by each Strategic Business Unit (SBU) since construction companies win overseas contracts due to the fairly good construction situations while experience a decline in the local housing market. Environmental changes can alter the strategic importance of the SBU when measuring the management performance. However, large construction companies apply BSC (Balanced Score Card) for collective calculation to determine the management performance, making it difficult to reflect the strategic importance of SBU. This method may create a distorted image of management performance that fails to take environmental changes into consideration, and as such it needs to be improved. Yet, there are no studies on the weight of each SBU considering environmental changes. Thus, the current study intends to analyze the weight of SBU for company-wide measurement of the performance of large construction companies. In addition, a model for analysis of SBU importance is proposed to respond to the constantly changing environmental situations and to modify the weight. For analysis of SBU weight, a questionnaire was conducted with 23 experts and hands-on workers, and the questionnaire result was quantitatively analyzed by applying the FD-AHP method. It is expected that the result will enable a model to be proposed to calculate the weight per division in a manner that reflects environmental changes and minimizes strategic distortion when measuring the management performance of large construction companies.

The purpose of this study is to reveal their satisfaction procedures from users of information service expectation-disconfirmation theory. To achieve this goal, we use the NDSLQual model to measure the quality of NDSL service. The results were as follows: First, while the expectation has a negative effect on the expectation-disconfirmation, it has a positive effect on the perceived performance. And perceived performance has a positive effect on the expectation-disconfirmation. Second, the expectation-disconfirmation has a positive effect on the overall satisfaction and loyalty. However the explanatory adequacy of the regression model is very low. Third, perceived performance has a positive effect on the overall satisfaction and loyalty. In order to increase the overall satisfaction and loyalty for NDSL, it is necessary to seek ways to improve the perceived performance and lower the expectation-disconfirmation.
