IT 조직의 활동에 대한 성과 평가는 과거 재무적인 평가방법이 주를 이루었으나 최근에는 정보시스템 기능과 활동 주체가 다양해짐에 따라 재무적인 접근방법과 함께 새로운 평가 방법 및 기준에 대한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 특히 균형 성과표 (Balanced Scorecard: BSC) 개념을 IT 활동 평가에 적용한 IT-BSC에 대한 연구도 이루어지고 있다. 그러나 정보시스템과 기업전략과의 관계에 대한 규명이나, 다양한 IT 성과측정지표들간의 연계성을 측정하는 연구는 이루어지고 있지 않은 실정이다. 이에 본 본 연구에서는 IT 조직의 성과평가를 위한 핵심성공요인(CSF)과 핵심성과지표(KPI)를 도출하고, 도출된 지표간의 인과관계를 검증하고자 한다. 본 연구의 결과로 도출된 영역과 지표들은 각 산업영역에서 IT 조직의 성과를 측정할 때 참고하고 적용할 수 있는 효과적인 지침으로 활용될 수 있다는 데에 연구의 의미를 둘 수 있다.

기업이 직면하고 있는 환경은 과거 어느 때보다 더 불확실하다. 생존을 위한 노력의 일환으로 강력한 예산통제를 실시하고 있는 기업의 최고경영자는 가장 우선적으로 마케팅활동부문을 고려대상으로 여긴다. 이러한 성향은 기업내에서 마케팅활동의 결과인 마케팅성과를 명확하게 파악하기 어렵기 때문에 나타난다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 마케팅성과의 지표인 마케팅효과성을 측정하기 위한 하나의 방법을 제안하고, 이 방법이 전략적 마케팅계획수립을 위한 다양한 도구중 하나로 사용가능한지를 실증조사를 통해 살펴보았다. 먼저 마케팅효과성의 지표로 사용 가능한 10개의 기준변수를 찾고, 발견된 지표들의 총가치를 계산함으로써 마케팅효과성의 수준을 나타내는 수치를 도출하였다. 식음료, 섬유/의류, 제약, 화학, 전기/전자, 기타 소비재 제조업체로부터 얻은 53개 설문자료를 통해 마케팅효과성을 측정하기 위한 4개의 방정식(마케팅믹스성과, 마케팅비용과 투자성과, 판매성과, 이익성과)을 도출할 수 있었다. 그러나 예비적 성격을 띄고 있는 본 연구는 표본기업의 수가 적고, 한정된 업종에 제한과 횡단적 분석 등으로 인해 일반화에 한계를 지니고 있다. 향후 효과성지표에 대한 정교한 목록개발과 종단적 연구를 통한 질적, 양적 지표의 성과간 비교와 가중치 변화추이에 따른 효과성측정 등의 추가적 연구가 수반되어야 한다.

Recently, the demand for performance evaluation and management at the industrial or corporate level has been increasing. From this perspective, this study has developed indicators to measure and compare construction company performances and we have analyzed various characteristics of those indicators. Throughout our thorough qualitative and quantitative analysis we first identified a set of indicators for performance measurement. These indicators have been shown to meet the requirements of validity, measurability, and comparability. Second, we calculated the performance index of construction companies by applying weightings of the performance categories. Then we performed correlation and regression analyses using the calculated performance index and identified the basic cause-and-effect relationships, as well as the statistical characteristics of the performance index. Drawing on the results of the analytical processes identified in this work, we discuss future research to be conducted.

In recent times, there has been a shift towards student-centered higher education policies, leading to a growing interest among universities to improve students' learning outcomes. To aid in this endeavor, this study aims to provide guidance for University K to enhance their learning outcome management by comparing and analyzing their learning outcome indicators with those of other domestic and foreign universities. The study examined detailed measurement questions from major learning outcome measurement tools such as AHELO, NSSE, and CLA+. Upon comparison and analysis of University K's major learning outcome indicators with those of other universities, it was found that most of the indicators overlapped. However, some indicators such as student support/facilities for learning, instructor quality, and communication were absent from University K. Therefore, it is crucial to decide whether to add these indicators to the existing learning outcomes or to confirm them through other surveys. Moreover, even for the same indicator, some indicators with different measurement need to consider changing the measurement.

Management performance of a construction company can be the sum of management performance of each different project. Therefore, the measurement of management performance following construction projects is essential for securing the competitiveness of a company. However, most research has been related to the performance measurement of the construction industry and companies and little has been conducted on individual project's performance. In particular, building projects have various characteristics depending on construction orderer, type and commissioning entity but no performance indicators have been selected based on this classification. This study aims to select performance indicators for subdivided areas based on project characteristics as well as those which can be commonly used to measure management performance at construction and trial run stages of building projects. In the future, those indicators proposed in this study can be used for developing methodology to evaluate them and later applied to actual building projects to generate quantitative data. In addition, they are expected to be used as reference for selecting indicators to measure management performance of plant and civil engineering projects.

과학기술활동에 의해 창출된 발명은 주로 특허에 의해 보호되고 있으나, 특허통계ㆍ지표에 대해서 국제적인 기준이 마련되지 않아 국제비교가 어려운 실정이며, 측정요소들의 조합에 의해 특허통계ㆍ지표의 종류 또한 매우 다양하지만, 이 지표를 모두가 과학기술활동을 측정하는 데에 유용한지에 대해서는 의문시된다. 따라서 그 대안으로서 각국 국가연구개발사업의 성과평가지표 활용사례 및 활용되고 있는 특허통계ㆍ지표를 중심으로 분석ㆍ연구하고자 한다.

As performance measurement is important for systematic management, the key indicators for performance measurement have been consistently researched in the construction industry. However, there are only a few cases in which performance measurement is performed because it requires strenuous efforts to collect data for measurement. Unlike the public sector, which has been collecting project data through laws, the private sector has very little data to measure performance. In contrast, supervision work concerns important data necessary for the performance management on building construction sites in accordance with the Building Act. Therefore, in this study, we used the data from supervisory reports to measure the performance of private building projects. First, we derived 6 performance areas and 15 indicators through a few rounds of expert group discussions and 2 surveys. Then, we identified the performance indicators with high feasibility of data collection and computed their degree of significance via the analytic hierarchy process. It is expected that the performance indicators and their computational processes derived in this study can be used to systematically measure the performance and aid the speedy diagnosis of private building construction sites.

In order to achieve efficient and effective organizational information security objectives, for the level of information security to accurately evaluation and direction for improving that performance evaluation index and method of measurement for information security outcomes are needed. For information security activities of domestic companies to measure the performance or effectiveness, that standard method of measuring and the available evaluation Index are insufficient. company is difficult to investment for information security budget. Therefore, the purpose of this study was developing of performance evaluation index and method of measurement for information security outcomes applying BSC available in the company. The results of this study that companies can determine the level of information security itself. Analysis of the information security status and the strategy establishment of the information security investment can be applied.

대학의 지역 공헌활동에 대한 역할 증대, 학령인구의 지속적 감소와 이에 따른 재정문제에 대비한 대학의 수익원 창출 노력 등, 대학을 중심으로 재정, 지역연계 역할, 정부 및 연구기관과의 활동 등 대학과 지역의 상호발전을 위한 현실적 과제가 증가됨에 따라 대학 스스로 내부자원을 활용한 발전계획을 기획하고 시행할 필요가 있다. 뿐만 아니라 중앙 또는 지방정부의 대학재정 지원 시, 이러한 활동의 표준을 정해보고 활동에 대한 측정 등을 할 수 있는 지표 설정이 필요하다. 기존 대학의 지역연계 활동과 성과지표 선정 등에 대한 다양한 보고서와 논문 등을 선행연구로 하고 대학 중심의 창업지원과제 등을 중심으로 대학을 중심으로 한 다양한 창업혁신활동 주체를 도출, 이들과의 협력관계에 대한 내용을 선별하고 이를 투입, 활동, 실적, 성과 등으로 구분하여 보았다. 활동 및 주체의 타당성 확보를 위해 학계, 창투사, 연구기관의 창업관련 다양한 전문가를 대상으로 측정변수에 대한 타당성 측정 및 AHP 분석을 통한 변수의 적합도를 분석하여 창업활동 주체 및 평가지표 등을 도출 하였다. 본 논문을 통하여 대학은 지역의 기업, 정부/공공기관, 연구기관, 투자기관 등과 협업 연계할 수 있는 주체간의 연관가능 활동과 해당 기관의 자원을 연계하여 지역발전에 기여할 수 있는 모델 및 이를 측정할 수 있는 지표 및 주요 내용을 도출 할 수 있었다.

Many companies are adopting performance measurement systems(PMS) in order to acquire competitive advantage the promote long-term growth in Coping with the rapidly changing business environment. Prior research has focused on the relation between PMS and organizational performance. However, there is limited empirical research that examines the behavioural consequences of PMS. Further, there is little empirical research that examines whether measurement diversity have direct and/or indirect effects on work performance. As such, I examine how the relation between measurement diversity and managerial performance can be explained by the intervening variables of justice and organizational citizenship behaviour. This study is summarized as follows: this study finds that measurement diversity affect managerial performance indirectly through justice and organizational citizenship behaviour.
