This research developed a strategy for mobile banking services based on the important factors deduced from quality assessment of mobile banking service that is experiencing rapid growth of user. SERVQUAL model and importance-performance tool were used. First, SERVQUAL model uses the important factors of mobile banking service selected from literature reviews. As a result, four dimensions that affect user satisfaction are found; assurance, customer orientation, tangibility, and reliability. Second, importance-performance analysis is to develop the strategy using the four factors. The final results revealed that assurance dimension had the strongest influence on user satisfaction. Assurance dimension of high expectation and yet low real performance needs immediate improvement. Customer orientation dimension of low expectation and performance should be reconsidered definition of satisfaction. On the other hand, tangibility dimension of higher performance than expectation is simply to maintain current level. Reliability dimension of high expectation and performance is recommended consistent management.

This study aims to propose technical trading rules for Bitcoin futures and empirically analyze investment performance. Investment strategies include standard trading rules such as VMA, TRB, FR, MACD, RSI, BB, using Bitcoin futures daily data from December 18, 2017 to March 31, 2021. The trend-following rules showed higher investment performance than the comparative strategy B&H. Compared to KOSPI200 index futures, Bitcoin futures investment performance was higher. In particular, the investment performance has increased significantly in Sortino Ratio, which reflects downside risk. This study can find academic significance in that it is the first attempt to systematically analyze the investment performance of standard technical trading rules of Bitcoin futures. In future research, it is necessary to improve investment performance through the use of deep learning models or machine learning models to predict the price of Bitcoin futures.

The objective of this research is to find out how strategy development and deployment effect on patients satisfaction, employee satisfaction, and work process in Korean hospitals. Previous researches suggested when establish a strategy had to reflect internal ability which are work process, employee satisfaction and others and external ability which are patients satisfaction and others. As a results, strategy development positive influence on patients satisfaction, employee satisfaction and work process, and strategy deployment positive influence on patients satisfaction, employee satisfaction and work process as well. Patients satisfaction positive influence on hospital performance and work process influence on hospital performance but employee satisfaction is not.

Using strategy group theory, this thesis reviewed the status of program providers analysis and the performances it has made so far, and sought measures to improve its limitations. The constraint of program providers analysis based on existing concept of strategy group is that the strategy group was derived from the statistics, and therefore only applied the characteristics of program provider's channels to the analysis, on account of which a systematic and sophisticated classification as well as generalization of strategy or strategy group were hard to obtain. Moreover, the PP strategy variables used to be selected at the firm level and business level, and in relation with resource and competition scope. In future, more appropriate procedure should be followed to obtain objectivity in selecting variables to avoid controversy over intentionality. The measures in this thesis to improve the study of PP strategy group can be summarized as follows: firstly analysis of variables for strategy group classification should be made to single out key variables which are to be classification criteria. Secondly, variables are to be cross-checked by industry experts to increase generalizability. Thirdly, proxy variables should be sublated, and strategy group model which enables the reflection of subsistent properties of PP industry, and the cognitive perception of the executives(CEO) needs to be established. Fourthly, the concepts of mobility barrier and isolating mechanism should be applied to the classification criteria of strategy group to reveal the gap of performance between different strategy groups. Lastly, chronicle study on PP strategy group should be done to perceive the dynamic changes of PP strategy group.

The importance of project performance management as an alternative for solving problems is rising, which are followed by the hardships of managing construction project in the construction industry. This research classifies and applies the improvements made by the operator's work, in order to apply factors of success on the construction project, as performance management factors. In addition, in order to predict the results reflecting the project characteristic of performance management factor un-improvable by the operator in the initial stage of construction, the effect of project characteristic to the performance was drawn by performance difficulty. Also, in order to improve the predicted performance, researches on setting valid best practices according to the performance territory through a correlation analysis between the best practices improvable through the operator's work, and the performance was made.

인쇄문화산업이 지난 1월 2일 드디어 국가 전략산업으로 지정됐다. 이에 따라 인쇄인들은 해당 조건을 충족할 경우, 정부로부터 시설, 운전, 환경개선에 필요한 자금을 장기 저리로 우선 지원받게 됐다. 인쇄문화산업진흥 5개년 계획에서 인쇄문화산업을 국가 전략 산업으로 육성한다는 계획에 따라 대한인쇄문화협회를 중심으로 다양한 활동을 전개하고 문화부가 관계 부처와 협의하여 이루어낸 성과다, 이에 본지는 해당 사업을 집행하는 중소기업청이 발표한 중소기업 정책자금 융자계획의 세부내용을 정리해 게재한다.

The feature of the hotel business as a labor intensive industry and its heavy dependence on man power is relatively bigger than other industries. the important factors influencing the customer`s decision making are tangible facilities and intangible service qualities. however, the changes in economic situation are also seriously influencing them. So hotels are started to find other IT(information technology) systems. BSC which has been recognized as one of barometers to establish management performance is one of them. The purpose of this study was to develop KPI(key performance indicator) by using the BSC(Balanced Scorecard) for evaluating hotel management performance. This thesis presents customer performance, inner process performance, learning and growing performance as non-financial factors and tries to examine the cause and effect in the hotel industry. Hotels have to know nonfinancial performance which has positively relate to financial performance. To introduce BSC system is not to lead increasing income and bettermenting service quality, satisfacting customer needa for hotels, But to lead developing value enhancement to hotel enterprises and present process.

진화프로그래밍(Evolutionary Programming : EP)은 최적화 문제에 있어서 매우 유용한 기법으로 자연선택의 원리를 모방한 탐색알고리즘이다. EP는 기존의 최적화 알고리즘에 비하여 여러해를 동시에 탐색하는 전역탐색(global search)방법이므로 국부수렴(local convergence)의 가능성이 줄어들고, 최적화 파라메터 영역의 연속성과 미분치의 존재성과 같은 조건이 필요 없는 장점을 갖는다. 이러한 장점에도 불구하고, EP의 탐색영역이 초기조건 및 최적화 파라메터들의 랜덤 생성 그리고 최적화에 필요한 전략적 파라메터들에 의하여 탐색 영역이 결정되고, 수렴성이 느린 단점을 갖는다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여, 본 연구에서는 빠른 수렴성과 다양성을 갖는 개선된 EP을 제안하고, 제안된 방향성 벡터를 갖는 개선된 EP를 함수 최적화 문제에 적용하여 그 성능의 유용성을 보이고자 한다.

와이파이(Wi-Fi) 기술은 무선 데이터 트래픽 폭증에 따라 사업자에게는 트래픽 우회, 이용자에게는 통신요금 부담 완화의 대안으로 중요성이 부각되고 있다. 이에 우리나라에서는 이동 통신사업자 중심으로 와이파이를 지속적으로 확충하여 세계에서 가장 많은 와이파이 존(zone)을 보유한 국가가 되었다. 그러나, 특정 장소에 와이파이를 중복적으로 구축함에 따라 투자 효율성과 서비스 품질이 저하되고, 서민 소외계층 이용시설에는 구축이 상대적으로 저조하다는 문제점도 상존하는 상황이다. 본 고에서는 우리나라의 와이파이를 효율적으로 확산하고자 3가지 개선방향을 제시하였다. 첫 번째는 경쟁구축 차별화에서 투자효율화 공동이용 전략으로의 전환이며, 두 번째는 수도권 도시 지역 중심에서 서민 소외계층 지역으로 확산시키는 것이다. 마지막으로 Legacy Wi-Fi에서 차세대 Wi-Fi로 전환하는 것을 주요 방향으로 제시하였고, 이러한 개선방향을 바탕으로 4가지 전략을 제시하였다. 첫 번째 전략은 PPP(Public Private Partnership) 방식의 공공와이파이(Public Wi-Fi) 구축으로, 전통시장, 복지시설 등 서민 소외계층이 주로 이용하며 와이파이 구축이 열악한 이용시설에 정부, 지자체, 통신사가 공동으로 투자하여 공공와이파이를 구축함으로써 정보격차를 해소시키는 것이다. 두 번째 전략은 통신사의 와이파이 개방을 통한 공용화로, 통신사가 공공장소에 기 구축한 와이파이의 개방을 유도함으로써 중복투자 및 서비스 품질 저하 방지 등 공용화를 통한 투자효율성을 제고하는 것이다. 세 번째 전략은 차세대 와이파이 선도도입을 통한 글로벌 경쟁력 강화로, LTE 등 이동통신 기술의 급속한 보급에 맞추어 무선랜 서비스의 경쟁력 확보를 위해 광대역화 광역화를 선도하고, 응용서비스 발굴 및 산업활성화를 유도하는 것이다. 마지막은 공공와이파이 인식제고로, 공공와이파이의 이용편의성과 홍보활동을 강화하는 것이다. 이러한 전략의 핵심은 공공와이파이 확산과 차세대 와이파이 선도 도입으로, 이를 통하여 통신복지를 실현하고, 산업활성화를 통한 국민행복을 실현시키는 것에 대하여 간략히 설명한다.

그 동안 바코드와 POS 시스템은 SCM이나 ERP 및 CRM등 여러 가지 기법의 경영성과를 얻는 데 이바지해 왔다. 그러나 지금 널리 사용되고 있는 바코드에 상품의 제조연월일 등에 관한 정보를 포함한 새로운 개념의 타임 바코드(Time stamp barcode)를 도입한다면 보다 나은 경영성과를 얻을 수 있을 것이다. 이 논문은 이와 같은 동태적 SCM 즉, 타임 바코드를 이용하여 개선된 SCM에 관한 이론적 배경과 그 기법 및 적용범위 등에 관하여 논의하고 있다. POS 시스템에서 타임 바코드를 통하여 경과시간별 판매/재고정보를 실시간으로 제공하여 각 매장에서 판매되고 남아 있는 경과시간별 재고량을 토대로 생산량을 최적화하고 또 최적의 머천다이징도 가능하다. 그리고 유통기한 경과에 따른 폐기손실의 규모를 줄이고 재고처리 전략도 큰 성과를 기대할 수 있다.
