Medium and Small Firms have faced complex and dynamic environments that have been attributed to increases in the globalization and competitiveness of the global economy. To success in this environments, Medium and Small Firms should set up management strategy and introduce strategic performance management system. And, the strategic performance management system are modified to fit in management strategy. The purpose of this study is to find out firstly, whether management strategy types affect the organizational performance and the intensity of the types makes a difference on the performance and secondly, whether the evaluation system or the degree of utilizing the system affects the organizational performance and finally, whether the interaction between management strategy types and strategic performance management system makes a significant influence on the organizational performance. In this paper, we categorize the type of strategy for Medium and Small Firms in Gyeongsangbuk-do and Daegu areas, and study whether Firm's performance can be improved by designing appropriate strategic performance management system.

This study is intended to look into the effects of SCM(supply chain management) competency and process improvement on operational performance in small and venture companies. To achieve this, a survey was empirically carried out to 179 small and venture manufacturing companies. The findings showed that the SCM competency had a significant effect on the process improvement and operational performance in small and venture companies, adopting all hypotheses. And the process improvement had a significant mediating effect on the relationship between SCM competency and operational performance in small and venture companies, adopting hypothesis 4. As for the findings, strategic alliance, technology development, competency concentration as SCM competencies and starting preparation, detailed planning, implementation management as process improvements were factors that have positive effects on quality performance, cost reduction and profit increase as operational performances in small and venture companies. In other words, the better process and performance by the maximized SCM competencies require selective input strategies for strategic alliance, technology development and competency concentration in small and venture companies. And for its early application and settlement, the starting preparation and detailed planning of business process within small and venture companies need to be jointly put in action under clear company-wide goal management. Consequently, the expected performance can be maximized when strict management and implementation lead to these attributes.

And we need strategy for practical use of outcome. This is research for the application of research and development outcome. Specially, this research studies about way for construction standard. And this proposes a institutional improvement. First, it catch a problem point with present condition analysis. Second, It executes a survey and analysis. Finally it presents some policy suggestion. Bitcoin prices have been soaring recently as investors flock to cryptocurrency exchanges. The purpose of this study is to predict the Bitcoin price using a deep learning model and analyze whether Bitcoin is profitable through investment strategy. LSTM is utilized as Bitcoin prediction model with nonlinearity and long-term memory and the profitability of MA cross-over strategy with predicted prices as input variables is analyzed. Investment performance of Bitcoin strategy using LSTM forecast prices from 2013 to 2021 showed return improvement of 5.5% and 46% more than market price MA cross-over strategy and benchmark Buy & Hold strategy, respectively. The results of this study, which expanded to recent data, supported the inefficiency of the cryptocurrency market, as did previous studies, and showed the feasibility of using the deep learning model for Bitcoin investors. In future research, it is necessary to develop optimal prediction models and improve the profitability of Bitcoin investment strategies through performance comparison of various deep learning models.

This study researched the relationship of effect of management awareness of corporate members, system buildup and strategic operation on corporate performance through industry-university collaboration networking. The result of the study are as follows. First, as the importance of industry-university collaboration, system buildup networking was proved to provide the greatest influence on the corporate performance. Second, it presents to form the bond of sympathy with members on corporate management which is built through industry-university collabora-tion. Third is the importance of strategic operation. Strategic operation was prove to have high influence on corporate performance. Fourth is to prove the relationship between system buildup and strategic operation of industry-university collaboration networ- king. The system buildup provides an important impact on corporate strategic operation. Fifth is the system buildup through management awareness by through industry-university collaboration. Lastly, the relationship between management awareness and corporate performance was found to be significant. Management awareness of members can be presented as an important variable on corporate performance. This study is to present the fact that it is important to secure competitiveness of small and medium-sized businesses, to develop a way for creative improvement and to secure a way for strengthening the competitiveness, and to strengthen the corporate competitiveness through reinforcement of industry- university collaboration networking.

균형성과표는 기존의 재무적인 성과를 포함하는 다양한 영역의 측정이 가능할 뿐 만 아니라 각 지표 사이의 인과관계를 관리할 수 있으므로 정보화 성과의 원인을 파악할 수 있고 이에 따르는 개선방안과 목표치를 설정하여 성과 개선 방안을 마련할 수 있다는 장점이 있다. 본 연구에서는 대학의 종합정보 시스템을 도입하면서 얻어진 정보화 성과에 대하여 균형성과표(BSC)에서 제공하는 4 가지 균형 잡힌 관점을 통해 평가하였다. 이를 위하여 먼저 BSC 이론을 바탕으로 최근 대학주변의 경쟁 환경에 대응 할 수 있는 전략적 목표 및 비전의 평가 지표를 선정한 후, 대학의 공공성과 효율성을 조화시켜 정보시스템의 성과 평가에 적용하는 방법을 제안하였으며, 현장에서 구현된 실무사례를 대상으로 제안된 방법을 적용 및 평가하였다.

Korean foreign direct investment (FDI) firms procure cheap raw materials, produce goods in developing countries featuring low rent and labor costs, and sell goods in world market. In this regard, global supply chain management is important to Korean FDI firms. The objective of this study is to analyze gaps in the performance of reliability and quality of supply chain orientations. To achieve this objective, this study confirms theoretical relationships between variables through prior research, selects measuring variables, and analyzes data collected from Korean FDI firms. Results are as follows; First, there is a gap in reliability performance among the levels of supply chain orientation. Managers should check the level of their supply chain orientation and make strategic and structural efforts to improve reliability performance. Second, there is a gap in quality performance among the levels of supply chain orientation. To improve quality performance, managers should identify the level of their supply chain orientation. In addition, managers can enhance quality performance on the basis of strategic and structural efforts.

Currently, The failure of construction project is increasing to be caused by a changing construction environment. According to this circumstances, Researches of project success factors affecting performance have been presented to develop strategies for efficient construction project management in the construction industry. However, Conducting efficient construction project management is difficult because project manager could not know which project success factors can be improved or not. Especially, although the project characteristics were derived the level of difficulty for performance, research of the project characteristics which could not be improved as influence factor to performance is lacking. Therefore, This paper has developed the Performance Predicting System(PPS) with Fuzzy set theory to establish. PPS has been developed to establish efficient project management strategies and to save time and effort. As Contractor inputs the project characteristics, PPS can predict the level of difficulty of performance.

The business environment that affects the management performance can be characterized by each Strategic Business Unit (SBU) since construction companies win overseas contracts due to the fairly good construction situations while experience a decline in the local housing market. Environmental changes can alter the strategic importance of the SBU when measuring the management performance. However, large construction companies apply BSC (Balanced Score Card) for collective calculation to determine the management performance, making it difficult to reflect the strategic importance of SBU. This method may create a distorted image of management performance that fails to take environmental changes into consideration, and as such it needs to be improved. Yet, there are no studies on the weight of each SBU considering environmental changes. Thus, the current study intends to analyze the weight of SBU for company-wide measurement of the performance of large construction companies. In addition, a model for analysis of SBU importance is proposed to respond to the constantly changing environmental situations and to modify the weight. For analysis of SBU weight, a questionnaire was conducted with 23 experts and hands-on workers, and the questionnaire result was quantitatively analyzed by applying the FD-AHP method. It is expected that the result will enable a model to be proposed to calculate the weight per division in a manner that reflects environmental changes and minimizes strategic distortion when measuring the management performance of large construction companies.
