최근의 IT기술혁신은 단일 산업군을 넘어선 융합형 기술 혁신이 주도하고, 이동성, 내재화, 지능화가 극대화되면서 IT가 전 산업의 생산요소이자 인프라로 그 역할이 중요해지고 있다. 이에 그 동안 하나의 독립산업에 머물던 IT산업은 국가 전체의 경쟁력을 좌우하는 기반산업으로서 그 역할이 확대되고 있다. 미국, EU, 일본 등 선진국들이 IT 융합전략에 박차를 가하고 있는 것도 이 때문이다. 이러한 상황에서 우리나라도 'IT Korea 미래전략'이 발표되고, IT산업의 진흥을 총괄하는 정보통신산업진흥원(NIPA)이 출범하였다. 이는 그 동안 국가주력산업으로 기능해온 IT산업이 전 산업의 경쟁력 제고를 지원함으로써 국가경제발전에 기여할 수 있는 새로운 전기가 마련되었음을 의미한다. 이에 정보통신 산업진흥원은 2010년 IT산업의 새로운 도약을 위한 전략목표로 1) IT융합을 통한 타산업과의 동반성장, 2) 산업경쟁력 원천으로서의 소프트웨어 경쟁력 제고, 3) IT산업 성장기반 고도화를 선정하였다. 정보통신산업진흥원은 IT산업 정책의 총괄기획자 및 코디네이터로서 IT사업의 전(全)과정을 지원하는 입체적 산업지원 체계를 구축하고, IT정책 간 연계를 통해 정책시너지를 극대화함으로써 새로운 IT융합전략의 성공을 이끌어 갈 것이다.

One of the most critical success factor in introducing and operating an integrated information system is the performance management. In this study, we propose some SQL tuning techniques, applicable to optimize the performance of relational database systems. We showed effectiveness of the techniques by applying to a database system of a medium scale company.

최근 텔레매틱스 기술은 운전자와 차량, 차량과 외부의 정보들을 이용하여 다른 산업과의 융합이 급속히 진행되고 있으며, 다양한 서비스에 대한 요구 역시 점차 증가하는 추세이다. 최근에는 차량의 위치 및 궤적 데이터 정보 서비스뿐만 아니라 차량을 통한 차별화된 고객별 영업, 마케팅 및 서비스 제공에 대한 VRM(Vehicle Relationship Management)이 대두되고 있다. VRM은 차량의 주행 정보, 과거 이동정보, 운전자의 정보 등과 같은 차량에 관련된 다양한 정보에서 특정 규칙과 패턴을 추출한 후에 그것에 알맞게 영업, 서비스 생산, 마케팅 전략을 수립 및 적용할 수 있도록 해주는 것으로 CRM과 유사하다고 할 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 기존의 CRM의 성공 요인에 대한 선행 연구를 검토해 VRM의 전략적 관점에서 프로세스에 준거하여 고객자산가치관리와 VRM의 핵심기능인 고객자산가치 관리역량을 통해 차량의 주행정보, 차량 정검 정보, 운전자의 정보 등과 같은 차량에 관련된 모든 정보를 VRM 프레임워크가 갖추어야 할 요소를 도출하고 차량 기반 고객관계 프레임워크 모델을 제시해보고자 한다.

In this study, a scanning fixture for flexible parts such as large automotive panels is developed. For the minimization of the weight deflection of a hood outer panel, the N-2-1 fixture principle for flexible parts is adopted in the fixture design. The designed fixture for a hood outer panel is fabricated using the Alufix system. The springback of the entire hood outer panel can be measured successfully by the laser scanning with the developed fixture, which verifies the usefulness of the proposed design method for the flexible panels.

이 논문에서는 유료 콘텐츠 시장을 위한 양방향 멀티미디어 전자책의 개발 동향이 기술된다. 먼저 기존 전자책의 문제점과 실패 원인이 분석되었으며, 전자책이 최근 고부가가치 산업으로 인정받고 있는 이유가 실제 사례와 함께 기술되었다. 전자책의 성공을 위해서는 수준 높은 콘텐츠의 제공이 필수적이며, 사용자와의 상호작용도 매우 중요한 요인으로 반영되고 있다. 단순한 형태로 구성된 기존의 전자책과는 달리 양방향성 멀티미디어적인 요소를 이용하여 콘텐츠에 대한 흥미와 학습효과를 극대화할 수 있는 차별화된 전자책들이 고가에 소비되고 있다. 앞으로 유료 전자책은 단방향성 지식전달을 위주로 하는 콘텐츠보다는 양방향성 멀티미디어 콘텐츠로 개발되는 것이 바람직하며 3D 및 증강현실 등 최신기술이 적극 활용될 필요가 있다.

In the information flooded situation having many thing to do, the efficient scheduling of energy and time is regarded as a very important thing for the busy modern people. Because the efficient time scheduling already became a very important key factor for a successful life, the more elaborately designed intelligent system than the previous simple event oriented scheduling system should be supported. Accordingly in this paper we propose Classified Job Scheduling System in which jobs are classified by Time value & Importance and allocated to Time frame efficiently. Especially the new method is proposed with the policy that processes the job with high time value first and concurrently allocates the job of low time vale & high importance to the preempted fixed area of time frame for continuous processing of job which has a key of success in the future.

The certification for Smart Factory supoort successful management of organization while providing strategic plans to the issue of manufacturing process. In Korea, these standards are prepared as the national standards since 2015, and also, there are actions being taken to adpot the certification for Smart Factory. However, to adopt such certification, it is required that the certification operation system needs to be organized, as well as that the society in general should understand about Smart Factory. Accordingly, it is even more required an review on the adoption of the system. This study has the purpose in surveying a variety of atakeholders' perception for the adoption of Smart Factory certification given the circumstance that the cetitification is implemented through literature review and in-depth interviews. This study will be provide significant implication to build a successful plan for the adoption of Smart Factory certification by reviewing perception of professional and problem, strategy of this certification.

University library evaluations have previously put emphasis on how many collections a library has, what kinds of services it offers, and how satisfied its users are with the services. But these evaluations are not enough to show how much impact university libraries have on their stakeholders and how they can contribute to the mission and purpose of the parent organization. This study is a starting point of discussion for the impact and value measurement of university libraries. The aim is to identify a university library's impact in terms of various stakeholders and accordingly determine its measuring element. The impact of a university library on students can be measured by the students' study, success and accomplishments. The impact on professors can be measured through the success of their teaching and research productivity. Finally, the impact on a university can be realized by understanding how a library affects university's reputation and success.

Despite the fact that culture and the industrial market is growing rapidly and becoming competitive, Disney animation studio has kept its reputation. They have their own know-how accumulated for a long time to stimulate the audience's sensibilities beyond time and space. This study is looking for the strategy of Disney animation using effects and forms of Hero's narrative. As a result, the original works have been adapted by 3 spaces of hero's narrative and songs was prepared according to the journey. Characters was constructed by combining original and it made an antithetical Antagonist and the triangle of helpmates. These strategies satisfy contemporary needs, as well as Disney's ideology using transformational resilience. Research will be needed to utilize the elements of culture through the analysis of the common strategy for success in spite of the time change.

ICT technology development has led to a breakthrough change in government decision making by improving mutual communication between various stakeholders. The formation of ICT-based cooperation network between public organizations and civic tech developers to solve the problem of masks in the COVID-19 pandemic serves as a milestone. The purpose of this study is to examine the properties of e-Governance and analyze the dynamic network structure of the communication process for chat rooms created during the development of public mask apps. First, as a result of the analysis, the possibility of online-based e-Governance can be identified. In addition, the combination of expertise to solve social problems interacted organically within the network. Emotional communication for cooperation between key actors was marked as important for the successful operation of the network.
