The purpose of this study is to analyze any hinderance factors for successful attending system of Korean National Assembly and to provide improvement plans of legal systems to ensure security of National Assembly. First, the conceptualization and functions of Korean National Assembly attending system were discussed and related regulations and laws were also examined. Second, hinderance factors, such as sharp increase in 1) illegal behaviors, 2) bring in prohibited items, and 3) possibility of National Assembly terror, for successful attending systems were analysed. Third, improvements of legal system for security enhancement of National Assembly Attending System were discussed: 1) new legislation for providing National Assembly's security officers with special judicial police power is needed to deal with criminal behaviors and to protect human rights, and 2) legal reforms are required to provide right to command to National Assembly's Security Planning Office rather than National Assembly security office under Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency in order to unify commanding system.

인공위성이 발사체로부터 분리되면, 인공위성은 가장 먼저 태양 전지판을 전개한 후 전력을 생산한다. 전력은 인공위성의 운영에 반드시 필요하므로, 태양전지판의 성공적인 전개는 인공위성의 성공적 임무 수행의 필수 요소이다. 따라서, 태양전지판 또는 태양전지판의 전개장치 개발시에는 태양전지판이 이상없이 전개되는지를 확인할 수 있는 태양전지판 전개해석을 반드시 필요로 한다. 현재 개발중인 저궤도 지구관측위성의 경우, 3장의 태양전지판이 사용이 되며, 각 태양전지판의 전개 및 고정은 힌지 및 스트럿으로 이루어진 태양전지판 전개장치에 의하여 이루어진다. 이 논문에서는 다물체 동역학 해석프로그램인 Recurdyn을 이용하여, 상세 태양전지판 전개해석을 수행하고자 한다. 이전 연구에서는 기본적인 전개해석 모델을 수립하여, 태양전지판의 기본 전개거동을 확인할 수 있었다. 그러나, 태양전지판이 완전히 전개된 이후에 고정되는 부분의 모델링이 복잡하여, 단순하게 가정하여 전개해석을 수행하였다. 이러한 가정은 태양전지판의 전개 입장에서는 좀 더 극한상황이 되었으며, 이러한 환경하에서도 충분히 태양전지판이 잘 전개됨을 확인할 수 있었다. 이 논문에서는 간략화된 태양전지판 고정장치 및 기타 다른 부분들을 좀 더 상세모델링 하여, 전개 거동이 좀 더 실제에 가깝도록 하였다.

Agile methodologies in software development, including the development of artificial intelligence software, have been widespread over the past several years. In spite of the popularity of agile methodologies in practice, there is a lack of empirical evidence to identify determinants of success of software projects in which agile methods are used. To understand the role of clients in software project where agile methods are used, we examine the effect of client-side factors, including lack of user involvement, unrealistic client expectations, and constant changes of requirements on project success from practitioners' perspective. Survey methods are used in this study. Data were collected by means of online survey to IT professionals who have experience with software development methodologies, and ordered logit regression is used to analyze the survey data. Results of our study imply the following managerial findings. First, user involvement is critical to project success to take advantage of agile methods. Second, it is interesting that, with an agile method, constant changes of client's requirements is not a negative factor but a positive factor of project success. Third, unrealistic client expectations do negatively affect project success even with agile methods.

흔히 사람이 살아가면서 없어선 안 될 요소로 의식주를 손꼽곤 한다. 그런데 이 3가지 요소 중에서 의류가 맨 앞에 포진함은 의미심장하다. 먹고 자는 행위보다 입는 행위가 더 중요해서 일까. 아마 잠시라도 사람의 곁을 떠나지 않으면 안 되는 필수적인 요소이기 때문에 의류를 제일 앞에 포진시킨 것이 아닐 까 한다. 사실 인간이 옷을 입지 않고 존재하는 시간은 얼마 되지 않는다. 은밀한 사적인 공간에서 아니면 인간은 입어야 하는 게 숙명이다. 반면 삶에 있어 반드시 필요한 입는 행위의 이면에는 빠는 행위, 즉 세탁의 행위가 숙명처럼 존재한다. 한번 입고 옷을 버리지 않은 이상 세탁은 삶에 있어 필수 불가결한 요소이다. 이러한 행위를 가장 편하게 만드는 이기가 세탁기이다. 세탁은 가정에서 하는 게 일반적이기만 상업용 세탁용 시장도 존재한다. 돈 주고 세탁을 맡기는 세탁소가 대표적인 업종이다. 그런데 최근 상업용 세탁 시장의 틈새시장으로 셀프 빨래방이 확대되고 있다. 셀프 빨래방은 말 그대도 소비자가 혼자 세탁기 및 건조기를 이용해 세탁을 하는 업태이다. 셀프세탁 문화의 확대가 전제되어야 하는 이 신업태가 과연 얼마만큼의 시장 파급력을 형성할 수 있을 까. 이 신업태의 중심에 있는 코인업사는 셀프 빨래방의 급속 확산과 성공을 자신하고 있다. 무인매장으로 24시간, 365일 운영을 할 수 있다는 사업 본연의 장점에다 최근 매장 경쟁력을 강화할 야심에 찬 제품군까지 준비했다. 바야흐로 셀프 빨래방의 전성시대를 열어가려하는 코인업의 신사업 추진 현황을 따라가 봤다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate factors of film aesthetics, a core of creative power for works, and reference indicators to establish the successful model for works by analyzing Mise-en-scene through case works focused on domestic digital 3D short snimation that has developed consistently in recent years. As to the frame of analysis for Mise-en-scene, this study applied to the concept of triple articulation under discussion in U. Eco's film semiotics, but each factor is semes, figures, and cinemorphes. The case works were focused on by a film director Park Se Jong who was nominated for the Academy Award in 2005, and secured its objectivity.

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between sustainable PLM(Product Lifecycle Management) activity and performance. To ensure this purpose, we designed the S-PLM Framework which is consisted of traditional PLM activity and sustainable PLM activity. We also conducted path analysis to investigate PLM success factor on manufacturing company and to understand the relationship between these success factors. First the result of analysis of the relationship between traditional PLM activity and sustainable performance. Second, there is significantly positive relationship between sustainable activity and performance. Third, traditional PLM activity and sustainable PLM activity factor have an influence on the innovation performance factor. Fourth, sustainable performance have an effect on the management and business performance. In conclude we analyzed and verified the influence sustainable PLM establishment mechanism and the sustainable PLM activity factors. Therefore this study is to create innovative performance and to improve efficiency of Convergence PLM establishment and operation.

In the UV-NIL process using an elementwise patterned stamp (EPS), which includes channels formed to separate each element with patterns, low-viscosity resin droplets with a nano-liter volume are dispensed on all elements of the EPS. Following pressing of the EPS, the EPS is illuminated with UV-light to cure the resin; and then the EPS is separated from several thin patterned elements on a wafer. Experiments on UV-NIL were performed on an EVG620-NIL. 50 - 100nm features of the EPS with 3m channels were successfully transferred to 4 in. wafers. Especially, the wafer deformation during imprint was analyzed using the finite element method (FEM) in order to study the effect of the wafer deformation on the UV-NIL using EPS.

This paper proposes a model to analyze the fault factors of air-to-ground weapon delivery utilizing software fault localization methods. In the previous study, to figure out the factors to affect the accuracy of air-to-ground weapon delivery, the FBEL (Factor-based Error Localization) method had been proposed and the fault factors were analyzed based on the method. But in the study, the correlation between weapon delivery accuracy and the fault factors could not be revealed because the firing accuracy among several factors was fixed. In this paper we propose a more precise fault analysis model driven through a study of the correlation among the fault factors of weapon delivery, and a method to estimate the possibility of faults with the limited number of test cases utilizing the model. The effectiveness of proposed method is verified through the simulation utilizing real delivery data. and weapons delivery testing in the evaluation of which element affecting the accuracy of analysis that was available to be used successfully.

본 연구는 사용자가 캐릭터 에이전트에 대한 신뢰를 높이는데 도움이 되는 메커니즘을 제공하고자 하는 전체연구의 첫 단계로서 모바일이라는 환경에서의 효율적이고 성공적인 캐릭터 에이전트를 위해 사용자가 캐릭터 에이전트에게 가지는 신뢰를 정의하고 이를 구성하는 요소를 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 경영함, 심리학, 인공지능, HCI 등 다양한 분야에서 문헌 연구를 진행하고, 문헌연구의 결과를 토대로 사전설문을 진행하고, 본 설문을 진행하였다. 이러한 방법을 거쳐 신뢰를 구성하는 '1.성격', '2.장기적 관계', '3.이해타산성', '4.업무 처리 능력', '5.호감', '6.의사 수용성', '7.도덕성'의 일곱 가지 차원을 확인하고, 이를 모바일 환경에서 사용자가 캐릭터 에이전트에게 가지는 신뢰의 구성 요소로서 제시하였다.

The purpose of this research lies in analyzing the corelation between the eco-friendly management activities of a cosmetic company and customers' decision making in terms of purchase. In this research, 355 copies of questionaire from general customers were analyzed using the statistic package program of SPSS v.18.0. Based on the research analysis, the attributes of eco-friendly management activities can be categorized into three factors such as 'energy saving', 'contribution to communities', and 'environment-oriented services' and have the statistically meaningful positive influence on the three factors of customers' decision making; 'purchasing intention', 'assessment of purchase', and 'repurchase'. This research shows that the eco-friendly management activities of a cosmetic company is an important factor for its successful marketing strategy. This research has a significance in that it has studied the eco-friendly management activities of a cosmetic company through stereotyping. We can expect successful marketing effect if a cosmetic company uses eco-friendly products, information, and services in its eco-friendly marketing.
