This study to find out key ingredients(KIs) of Six Sigma. Potential ingredients are selected from previous studies of success factors and ingredients of Six Sigma and TQM, and criteria of quality awards like MBNQA, EFQM, Deming and Korean National Quality Award(KNQA) are classified into 11 categories based on experts' opinion and affinity analysis. Irrelevant or ineffective potential ingredients are discarded by using factor analysis for the questionnaires answered by champions, MBBs and BBs of 90 Korean companies that have more than 3 years of experience in implementing Six Sigma. In addition, from the factor analysis, 3 factors are derived for each respectively except the managerial achievement category. Those 11 categories and 30 factors are defined as Six Sigma KIs.

다수의 사용자가 동일한 디스플레이 화면을 보면서 의사를 교환하거나 공동 작업을 수행하는 협업환경에서의 인터랙션 기술은 네트워크 기술, 디스플레이 기술만큼이나 효율적인 협업을 위해 중요한 요소 기술이다. 이러한 인터랙션의 성공적인 수행을 위해서 중요한 기능 중의 하나는 사용자의 상황인식을 들 수 있는데 이는 사용자의 돌발 행동, 사용자들간의 의사교환 정도 등을 측정하고 예측하는데 유용하게 사용될 수 있다. 협업환경 내에서의 사용자의 위치 파악은 사용자의 상황인식뿐 아니라 다수의 사용자가 동시에 레이저 포인터를 이용하여 디스플레이 장치를 가리키고 있는 경우, 어느 사용자가 디스플레이 화면 중 어느 위치를 포인팅 하고 있는지를 계산하는데 도움을 줄 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 제한된 환경 내에서 사용자의 3차원 위치를 추적할 수 있는 시스템을 제안한다. 개발된 시스템은 사용자의 위치 계산뿐 아니라 사용자의 제스처도 함께 인식하여 사용자가 협업환경 시스템을 제어할 수 있고 공중에서 글씨 쓰는 등의 인터랙션도 수행할 수는 기능을 지원한다.

In the weapon system development/operation stage, the goals of RAM activities are to support the cost effective performance optimization in design and operation supports. In the study, the main contents are as follows; 1) To establish the operational concept and circumstance of the subsequent tank, the combat/operation scenario, the operational mode summary and mission profile for subsequent tank development are analyzed. 2) To evaluate the administrative and logistics down time for subsequent tank, the prefigured logistics circumstance and maintenance system are analyzed. 3) To calculate the RAM object values, a mathematical model for the user are developed. 4) To examinate the propriety of the RAM object values, the combat readiness are reviewed. The obtained RAM object values are provided to predict and analyze for the combat readiness, staying power, mission reliability, equipment availability and the logistic support capability.

There are many defects when we're working on a project. Especially, if we don't have experience in similar field, defects have a strong influence on the system entirely. Therefore, management of risk such like defects is important the factor for success of project. Finally, efficient management of risk can guarantee handling problems such like fault tolerancy, unexpected quality and delay of schedule. In this paper, we propose checkpoint for improvement of reliability and are willing to improve the reliability of an entire system using it.

최근 컴퓨터비전 기술을 이용하는 새로운 패러다임의 마커프리 모션캡처 기술이 미국의 MIT, CMU, MS, 일본의 ATR, MERL, 영국의 Oxford 대학 등에서 개발되고 있다. 마커프리 모션캡처는 연기자의 몸에 마커나 센서를 부착하지 않으며 특별한 조명이 필요 없으므로, 애니메이션 제작뿐만 아니라 일반인을 대상으로 하는 동작 인터페이스분야로의 확대 적용이 가능한 모션캡처 방식이다. ETRI에서는 여러 응용 분야에 모션인터페이스로 활용할 수 있는 환경 변화에 강인한 마커프리 모션캡처 시스템을 개발하고 있다. 몸에 마커나 센서를 부착하지 않은 자유 복장 상태의 동작자에 대해 조명 조건 변화 및 배경 변화에 강건하게 실시간 모션캡처 할 수 있는 기술 개발을 목표로 한다. 본 연구 개발이 성공한다면, 2007년에 876억 달러 규모로 확대될 전망인 영화, 방송물, 게임 등을 포함한 세계 영상 콘텐츠 시장에서 핵심 요소 기술 역할을 할 것이다. 그리고, 차세대 3D OS에서는 직관적 3D 포인팅 수단으로 활용될 수 있을 것이며, 2004년에 18,600만 대가 출고된 PC 시장을 고려하면 폭발적 수요가 예측된다.

이상의 고압중스트레인 측정실험으로부터 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. (1) 고압중에서 스트레인을 측정할 경우, 압력효과스트레인이 생기므로 스트레인의 지시치를 보정할 필요가 있다. (2) 고압 효과스트레인은 같은 종류의 게이지에 있어서도 흩어짐이 있으나 흩어짐의 폭은 압력효과스트 레인의 값보다 작다. 특히 300 기압이상에서는 브릿지의 평형을 취해가지고 측정하며는 이 흩 어짐은 한결 작아진다. (3) 고압수중에서 측정 할 경우, 대후론, 시리콘고무, 이중피복선을 도선 으로 하여 사용하고, 게이지의 부분은 시리콘고무코우팅을 되도록 두껍게 하며는 3,000 기압 정 도까지의 수압중에서도 절연저하를 초래하지 안고, 스트레인측정을 할 수가 있다. (4) 상기의 절연방법은 도선인출부에도 적용할 수 있다. (5) 원통형 하우징 모형의 내외면의 스트레인를 측 정한 결과, 유한요소법해석결과의 타당성을 확인 할 수가 있었다. 본실험은 1974년도 일본통산 성공업기술원에서 위탁받아 동지종합연구소에서, [대식도 원읍조작해저석유굴삭장치의 개발]에 관한 연구성과의 일부와 Waterloo 대학의 G.S. Kular 교수연구실의 연구결과임을 밝혔다.

In the midst of the current turbulent global economy, traditional investment metrics are undergoing a metamorphosis, signaling the onset of what's often referred to as an "Investment cold season". Early-stage startups, despite their boundless potential, grapple with immediate revenue constraints, intensifying their pursuit of critical investments. While financial indicators once took center stage in investment evaluations, a notable paradigm shift is underway. Organizational culture, once relegated to the sidelines, has now emerged as a linchpin in forecasting a startup's resilience and enduring trajectory. Our comprehensive research, integrating insights from CVF and OCAI, unveils the intricate relationship between organizational culture and its magnetic appeal to investors. The results indicate that startups with a pronounced external focus, expertly balanced with flexibility and stability, hold particular allure for investment consideration. Furthermore, the study underscores the pivotal role of adhocracy and market-driven mindsets in shaping investment desirability. A significant observation emerges from the study: startups, whether they secured investment or failed to do so, consistently display strong clan culture, highlighting the widespread importance of nurturing a positive employee environment. Leadership deeply anchored in market culture, combined with an unwavering commitment to innovation and harmonious organizational practices, emerges as a potent recipe for attracting investor attention. Our model, with an impressive 88.3% predictive accuracy, serves as a guiding light for startups and astute investors, illuminating the intricate interplay of culture and investment success in today's economic landscape.

This study is a case study of overseas banana farms as a global agricultural startup that has hardly been attempted so far in terms of paradigm shift in the industry, beyond regional limitations. It was researched for the purpose of revealing the success factors of 'global agricultural startup' in terms of business process, entrepreneurship, and management dimensions learned through direct participation and observation at the local level. In order to study global agricultural startups, this study also conducted a comparative analysis of global startups (global startups) and global agricultural startups(global agricultural startups). In fact, the analysis consists of 'definition', 'components', and 'success factors', and we want to confirm the difference between the two concepts that can be distinguished. The case analysis tried to maximize the advantages of 'participatory action research' by directly observing and experiencing banana farms. In the case of banana farm cases, by dividing them into preparation process for farm development and farm development and management process, various variables considered in farm management were explained through the whole process of farm management. Through the process of overcoming and responding to specific failure cases, we tried to secure the reliability and validity of the research, and the case studies related to entrepreneurship, management, and organization analyzed by applying them by subdividing them into theoretical areas belonging to components and management that were theorized in existing preceding studies. This study is almost the first study on the process of creating a local entry business by directly moving the head office overseas rather than entering overseas agriculture as a subsidiary, joint venture or overseas corporation. In particular, it is a unique case that corresponds to agriculture in terms of region(Africa), scale(startup), and industry that have not been introduced so far as a global agricultural startup. In terms of entrepreneurship, it also concretely exemplified how entrepreneurship components such as innovativeness, risk-taking propensity, proactiveness, vision sharing, social contribution, leadership, etc., which have not been attempted so far in agricultural cases, are manifested and effective. The management and cultural aspects also went beyond the argument that only cultural aspects are important in overseas business, and also confirmed individual failure cases and their responses in recruitment, job, wage, retirement, development, organizational structure management, etc. As a result, there is significance and implications of this study in that it provides theoretical confirmation as well as practical and responsive basis for 'entrepreneurship', 'farming management', and 'management' aspects in overseas agricultural startup business operation.

최근 연이은 3D 영화의 성공에 힘입어 영화 산업계를 중심으로 3D 콘텐츠 생성이 늘고 있으며, 이를 가정 내에서도 즐길 수 있도록 다양한 3DTV가 출시되고 있다. 그러나 3DTV의 특성 상 3D 재생 시 밝기 저하에 따른 색 재현 문제로 인하여 입체감과 공간감을 느끼는 대신 2D에서의 화려한 색감을 만끽할 수 없게 되었다. 이에 본 논문은 3D 시청 시에도 2D에서와 같은 색감을 최대한 제공하기 위한 방법에 대해 연구하였다. 이를 위하여 3DTV를 활용하여 입력 RGB 영상에 대하여 2D와 3D 재생 시 재현되는 RGB intensity를 측정한 후 입출력에 따른 관계 모델링을 실시하였고, 모델링에 근거하여 3D 재생 시 2D 대비 보정되어야 할 색상 요소에 대한 매핑 테이블(mapping table)을 생성하였다. 생성된 매핑 테이블은 기존 3DTV 시스템의 출력부에 3D 색상 보정 모듈로써 추가하도록 하여 일반 2D 재생 시에는 입력영상이 바이패스(bypass)되도록 하고, 3D 재생 시에는 본 논문에 의한 3D 색상 보정용 매핑 테이블을 통해 색상 보정 과정을 수행하도록 하여 3D 재생 시에도 2D에서 느낄 수 있는 색감을 재현할 수 있도록 하였다.

China will replace the global governance of the 21st century in 2050. The rise of China provide the Chinese development model to other developing countries. There are positive element and disability element in China's 'peaceful rise' strategy at the same time. Success of the reform and opening up, market liberalization, economic interdependency, economic globalization, stability of ruling power, consolidation of one-party rule and soft power increase are the promotions of peaceful rise. China's rise as a power nation begins by regaining the superpower status in East Asia. East Asia is a lebensraum assuring a continuing growth to China. For this lebensraum, China shows an interest in institutionalization of regional economic cooperation. The core values of ASEAN, namely the mutual respect, harmonious coexistence, co-prosperity, egalitarianism and pluralism are in conform to China's policy of harmonious world and peaceful coexistence. Through this common value the tension in East Asia will be alleviated. By the regional hegemony strategy based on soft power and economic success, China will try to regain the past glorious position. Attaining status as a coordinator of the world rule will be based on the success of the East Asian strategy. Korea and other neighboring countries will be the best beneficiary countries of the China's rise strategy. China's rising strategy will have a profound effect on neighboring countries especially, Korea. The scale of the movement of goods, labor, and capital between the two countries will become much larger than present. Through regional trade agreements, economic interdependency between Korea and China will increase.
