This study presents another effective way of ERP training and education for the successful deployment of ERP in public and private sectors. In general, there have been many researches on ERP implementation success factors. However, training methods and research related to effective ERP education/training are difficult to find. Several studies on the ERP implementation success factors state that the Chief Executive Office Interest in the project, education and training are one of the most important factors. In order to successfully implement an ERP, ERP education and training must preferentially be continuous and done by long-term plan. In Chapter 2, we examined the previous researches to determine the status of effective education and training in private and public sectors. Feedbacks from public enterprises, private enterprises, ERP consultants and production professionals from the survey are analysed using the Delphi method. Using the SPSS statistical analysis, survey results derived another effective private and public enterprise ERP education/training strategies and management guidelines.

Gyeonggi-Do launched the 'Achievement Royalty System(ARS)' in 2011 to promote the refund of excess profits from those firms to local system. The purpose of this study aims to analyze the effect of new royalty system in the public R&D program. From the analysis, commercially successful firms appear to have maintained the same level of innovation incentives even after introduction of ARS. It can be explained that they have given a priority in taking part in the next R&D projects as well as a benefit of systematic supports in technology commercialization and marketing. It is, therefore, fully expected that the policy makers can make ARS an additional funding source in the period of decreasing S&T budget, and have a better chance to gather evidences of successful policy practices to the firms. However, the institutional improvements are required to develop the ARS, which include the incentives of ARS payment and the lower total royalty expectation through the reduction of fix-payment ratio and the exemption of ARS.

결핵의 성공적인 치료는 적절한 약제의 사용에 달려 있다. 치료실패의 주요 원인은 불규칙한 약제복용이나 조기중단 그리고 부적절한 치료처방이지만 약제의 부작용으로 인하여 성공적인 치료에 지장을 일으키기도 한다. 결핵 치료에서는 최소한 2가지 이상의 약을 동시에 사용 하므로 부작용 발생시 그것이 어떤 약제와 관련된 것인지를 명확히 밝혀내어 적절히 처리할 수 있어야 한다. 물론 그러기 위해서는 사용하는 약제들의 부작용을 정확히 알아야만 할 것이다. 먼저 약제의 부작용에는 어떠한 종류들이 있는지 살펴보고, 그 다음에는 각각의 결핵약제에서 흔히 접하는 부작용들과 그에 대한 처리방법을 알아보도록 한다.

지난 10여년간 급속히 발전한 유전공학기술의 개발로 이제는 유전공학의 산물인 단백질에 인위적으로 변형을 일으키거나, 자연계에 존재하지 않는 새로운 단백질을 창제하고자하는 단백질공학 기술이 개발되고 있다. 또한 단백질공학기술의 성공적인 발전을 위해서는 유전자재조합기술에 의해서 대장균이나 효모로부터 생산되는 단백질을 대량으로 손쉽게 순수분리할 수 있는 기술이 개발되어야 한다. 그동안 한국과학기술원 부설 유전공학연구센터에서는 인체 인터루킨-2(rH 1L-2)의 클로닝과 대장균으로 하여금 이 인체 인터루킨-2를 합성, 과생산하게 하는데 성공하였으며, 이 대장균균주의 대량생산에 성공하여 이 균주로부터 rH 1L-2를 높은 수율로 정제하는 과정을 소개하고자 한다.

본 논문은 M-Commerce에 대해 주요 특징 및 장ㆍ단점을 살펴보았으며, 국 내외 M-Commerce의 현황에 대해서도 고찰하여 두었다. 국외 현황으로는 미국, 유럽, 일본을 중심으로 살펴보았고, 국내 현황으로는 기존의 문헌을 토대로 구찰하여 두었다. 이들을 근간으로 하여 M-Commerce구축 시 주요성공요인을 도출하였다. 주요성공요인으로는 비용적인 측면, 화상 및 음악, 게임위주 개발, 개인화된 컨텐츠, 보안을 고려한 개발, B2B와의 연계, 독자적인 M-Commerce모델개발 등으로 나타났다. 이들 주요성공요인에 대한 사례연구로 국내 K이동통신 회사를 중심으로 고찰하여 두었다.

지난 10월 13일부터 17일까지 개최된 세계 에너지 올림픽, 제22회 2013세계에너지총회가 90여 년의 총회 역사상 역대 최대 규모이자 최고로 성공적인 국제 행사로 평가 받으며 대단원의 막을 내렸다. 이번 대구 세계에너지총회에는 120개국에서 약 7,500명이 참가했으며, 일반 참가자들을 포함해 전시회 참관객은 약 3만 명이 방문, 73개국에서 272명의 연사가 참석했다. 금번 총회는 총회 역사상 최다 참가자, 최다 국가 장차관급 참석, 에너지업계의 최고위 연사 등 전 분야에 걸쳐 유례없는 기록을 남기며 세계에너지협의회 역대 최고의 총회로 꼽는 성공적인 총회로 평가 받았다.

오는 9월 21-24일간 대구EXCO에서 개최하는 '2011한국국제축산박람회(이하 KISTOCK)'를 앞두고 본회를 비롯해 추진단체인 한국낙농육우협회, 대한양돈협회, 전국한우협회, 한국축산환경시설기계협회 등 5개 단체가 성공적인 행사 준비를 위해 매진하고 있다. 이번호에는 2011 KISTOCK 추진공동대표인 한국낙농육우협회 이승호 회장을 만나 최근의 근황과 함께 박람회의 성공적 개최에 대한 기대 등 인터뷰한 내용을 정리하였다.

대학과목선이수제(University-level Program; UP)는 고등학생들에게 대학 수준의 과목을 학습할 수 있는 기회를 제공하고, 그 평가 결과를 대학입학 후에 학점으로 인정받을 수 있게 함으로써 교육의 수월성 및 고교-대학 간 학습연계성을 추구하는 제도이다. 이러한 대학과목선이수제는 교육인적자원부와 한국대학교육협의회의 주도로 2008년 1월부터 본격 시행된다. 이에 새로이 도입된 대학과목선이수제에 대하여 소개하고, 제도의 성공적인 정착을 위한 방안에 관해 살펴보기로 한다.

Software for the on-line feedback control of such variables as DO and temperature was developed and tested successfully for a real fermentation system. Several aspects like Pl, PID, DSC, and DDC were incorporated into the algorithm. Any kind of on-line computer control system can be successfully implemented without much difficulty.
