The information system outsourcing has been received considerable attentions in recent years. Despite it great potential, the execution of the outsourcing need to be guided to avoid any possible failure. This study shows how the difference in the resources and capabilities between the customer company and the service provider affects the quality of partnership, finally the success of information system outsourcing. From the hypotheses testings, it is found that If the financial ability of the customer company is higher than that of the service provider, the partnership is good. In addition, If the IT resource of the service provider is higher than that of the customer company, the qualify of partnership is high. As a conclusion, the partnership quality has an effects on the success of outsourcing. Especially, the trust has an greater effect on the success of outsourcing than cooperation does.

When the process of planning and production of Pororo is to be analyzed, scientific and meticulous contents planning which considered even cultural discount, and collaborative business partnership which maximized the strength of each participants are found to be the main success factors. Owing to them, Pororo has resulted in continuous profit making through various outlets, the production of series up to 4 seasons, and successful sales in foreign markets. However, OSMU strategy as the key business strategy was not intended from the stage of planning, but was resulted as the business process after good contents were created. In order to have more successful cases like Pororo, and to build a good animation industry ecosystem, efforts by the industry and effective supporting system by the governments should be met.

In this study, evaluation factors for effective operation are classified to goal-operation strategy, human and physical resources, incubating services, and networking program in business incubator. And, the success strategies of supporting these are classified to construction of industry-academy-laboratory networking system, specification and specialization, finance independence, and appointment of special operation staff in business. We are also presented the priority of success strategy based on the results of analysing by enterprises in business incubator, enterprises graduated form business incubator, and director of business incubator by applying the evaluation model using AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) technique proposed in this paper. Finally, we are suggested the concrete propelling schemes of success strategy.

The purpose of this study is to identify the participants' motivation, successful aging level, health behavior and depression level, and to find out the correlation in order to develop a self-management program that helps women successfully age after menopause and lower depression. The study data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, and one-way ANOVA for 252 postmenopausal women. The results of the study showed that the difference in the level of exercise participation motivation and successful aging according to general characteristics showed statistically significant differences according to health level, exercise type, exercise help, residence, etc. The level of health behavior and depression differed significantly according to age, health level, type of exercise, and exercise period, etc. In addition, the level of depression was significantly different according to cohabitation family. The correlation analysis result showed that the correlation coefficient between exercise participation motivation, successful aging, and health behavior was significant at the level of .001, and between depression and health behavior at the level of correlation coefficient of .05. We conclude that it is very important to develop a self-managed exercise program for postmenopausal women, as it will help successful aging and reduce depression.

실증적인 연구들에 의하면 고객회사(client firms)와 서비스 제공업자(vendor) 간의 파트너십의 질과 범위가 정보시스템 아웃소싱의 성공적인 구현에 결정적인 역할을 하는 것으로 알려졌다. 본 연구는 이러한 정보시스템 아웃소싱 구현에 있어서 파트너십의 역할을 좀 더 심층적으로 분석하려는 노력의 일환이다. 본 연구에서의 기본 명제는 파트너십 특성들의 아웃소싱 구현에의 효과는 아웃소싱 업무의 특성(task characteristics)과 같은 상황적 요인에 의해 영향을 받을 수 있다는 것이다. 구체적으로 본 연구에서는 자산특이성(asset specificity)과 파트너십 특성간의 상호효과(interaction effect)에 중점을 두고 조사를 하게되는데, 파트너십은 관계적거래 특성(relational exchange characteristics)에 의해 구체화되었다. 207개의 미국 회사의 아웃소싱 관계를 대상으로 한 설문조사를 기반으로 한 결과에 의하면, 전반적으로 비관계적거래(discrete exchange)보다 관계적거래에 기반을 두고 아웃소싱 관계를 운영하는 것이 아웃소싱의 성공적 구현을 위하여 필수적인 것으로 보인다. 한편 상호효과를 조사하기 위해서는 MRA와 하위그룹분석(subgroup analysis)을 시행하였는데, 자산특이성과 일부 관계적거래 특성들간에 상호효과가 유의성이 있음을 발견하였다. 발견된 상호효과를 근거로 상황 변수를 고려하지 않은 연구 결과 중 확실하지 않은 결과(inconclusive results)에 대한 해석을 시도하였다.

인공위성 개발과정에서 인공위성 개발을 지원하는 다양한 프로그램 개발이 요구되는데, 이러한 프로그램의 마지막 개발 단계는 프로그램 검증 단계가 된다. 프로그램 검증 단계를 통해 발견된 오류나 미비 사항이 발견되면 이를 보완하는 과정을 거치게 된다. 하지만, 기존의 프로그램 검증 방식은 프로그램 검증자가 문제 상황에 대해 수작업으로 일일이 보고하는 방식을 기반으로 하고 있어 정상적인 프로그램 검증이 실패할 수도 있다. 이러한 단점으로 인해 최악의 경우, 필요 기능 미비 또는 오류에 의한 인공위성 개발 일정의 지연을 가져올 수도 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 성공적인 인공위성 개발을 위한 기존의 비효율적인 프로그램 검증 방식을 자동화하는 효율적인 프로그램 검증 시스템을 새롭게 제시한다. 본 논문에서 제시한 효율적인 프로그램 검증 시스템은 프로그램 검증자가 프로그램을 이용하면서 발생하는 메시지를 저장하고 문제상황 발생시에 이를 중앙 서버로 전송하는 방식을 채택하고 있다. 이러한 인공위성 개발을 위한 효율적인 프로그램 검증 시스템은 기존의 비효율적인 보고방식을 자동화함으로 해서 프로그램 검증 시스템의 효율을 극대화하여 성공적인 인공위성 개발을 지원할 것으로 판단된다.

Recently, ITSM(IT Service Management) is adopted very widely among private and public organizations. The successful implementation of ITSM requires continuous improvement, not just implementation of IT processes and/or ITSM solutions. One of the major tools for the continuous improvement is 6 Sigma technique. This study compares success and failure cases at the project level, and identifies factors affecting successful application of 6 Sigma technique in the improvement of ITSM. To achieve the research objective, this study first identifies and classifies success factors for 6 Sigma application through literature review. Then, factors to be used in the study are determined. Based on the factors, success and failure cases are compared. The research results show that all 5 factors (participation of management, participation of project team, project selection and verification, customer and market orientation, strategy and goal focus) are significantly different between success and failure cases.
