오늘날 치열한 경쟁 속의 한정된 시장에서는 대기업이든 중소벤처기업이든 판매단가 인하, 원가절감, 품질개선, 디자인 변경, 연구개발 등 기존의 경영전략만으로는 지속적인 성장이 어려운 상황이다. 이에 Cisco, MS 등 글로벌 선도 기업들은 글로벌 고객과 자원(원료, 고급인력 등)을 신속히 확보하기 위하여 경쟁사와의 제휴는 물론 M&A(Mergers and Acquisitions; 인수합병)전략을 적극적으로 활용하고 있다. 하물며 대기업보다 기업 외부환경이나 기업내부자원(자금, 인적능력 등)측면에서 상대적으로 열위에 있는 중소벤처기업들이 M&A를 통하지 않고 자체사업만으로 지속적으로 성장하기는 어려운 일이라고 생각된다.

최근 정보통신부에서는 IT839 전략 추진을 통하여 국민소득 2만불 시대를 견인하고자 노력하고 있다. 이러한 IT839 전략을 성공적으로 추진하기 위해서는 모든 분야에 공통적으로 필요로 하는 정보보호 기술의 성공적인 개발이 절대적으로 필요할 것으로 판단된다. 이는 IT839 전략추진시 정보보호 측면의 기술과 개인의 정보를 활용하는 기술이 가장 기초적인 분야를 담당하고 있기 때문이다. 따라서 본 기고문에서는 현재까지 나타나고 있는 IT839 정보보호 요구사항 및 표준화 현황과 전망을 살펴보고자 한다.

Recently, Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) systems are widely used. Many organizations exchange the documents by using EDI, and EDI is used in various industries such as physical distribution, export and import business, custom, and medical care. However, there have been little attempt to empirically investigate the success factors of EDI system. In this paper, we identify the influencing factors which determine the success of typical information system and then suggest the additional factors characterized to the EDI system. Our research model, mainly based on the system success model, is tested by analyzing the empirical data acquired from the companies in the medical industry. As a result, the system quality, information quality, service quality, and the perceived sacrifice turned out to be significant to the success of EDI system while data security does not. The result of this research is likely to help providing useful guidelines for the successful EDI implementations.

This research was conducted to explore the influences and factors that are related to the preparation for successful aging life after retirement of Koreans living in Philippine. The subject of survey is the generation of baby-booming(born from 1955-1963) and it was done from June 1 to August 15 in 2011. 150 survey questionnaire sheets were distributed and 126 answered sheets returned. Among them 105 that are to be recognized were analyzed using SPSS 18.0 program. The purpose of this research and the survey is to provide basic sources and information for setting up policies and programs of aged life of the generation. The survey shows that the answers are in comparatively good financial level including average level of physical readiness and mental stability. Relative impacts are also strong in mental attitude and emotional preparation.

Because of operating and ordering vessels over 10,000 TEU, the strategic alliance between liner shipping companies will be diversified and activated more briskly to secure cargo quantities, minimize costs, secure profits, improve service quality and manage stable business. Many of prior studies concerning strategic alliance are carried out to clarify success factors, motives or to explain how to select a good partner for success. But over 70% of strategic alliance has been resulted in failure. Because failures of strategic alliance occur much more frequently than success, negative effect factors in strategic alliance have to be measured and be adapted to changing conditions in the shipping market. To improve negative effect factors, shipping companies should make an effort to establish reliable relationships between partners and suppress claims by clearing off imprecise contract terms. And it is necessary to increase satisfaction of each individuals and minimize complexity occurred due to the exterior relationships for the successful strategic alliance.

The perception of aging experience and successful aging depends on birth cohort as Korean society has rapidly changed for the last several decades. This article aims to empirically explain inter-generational difference in the perceptions of successful aging with an emphasis on the social relationships using a national survey data set by face-to-face interviews with a structured questionnaire. The respondents are classified into colony war, restoration, democratization, and information generation. Major findings are as follows: The perceptive differences are found between colony war and restoration generation, and democratization and information generation. The difference are clear in the aspects of expectation for children and parents-children relationship. The inter-generational difference remains even after controlling other relevant factors. Policies and programs, therefore, should 1) attempt to help inter-generational understanding, and 2) consider the yet-existing uniqueness of each generation.

현재 국내에서는 세계 최초로 3GPP PS-LTE 규격을 준용한 전국 단위의 자가망 기반 재난안전통신망을 구축하기 위한 시범사업이 진행되고 있으며, 이러한 시범사업이 정해진 기간 내에, 주어진 기능을, 요구 성능 이상으로 구축하여 확산 및 완료사업에 이르기까지 성공적인 재난안전통신망이 구축될 수 있도록 예상되는 위기요인에 대하여 분석하고, 이를 해결하기 위한 방안에 대하여 논의한다.
