Study on the Influences of Stress on Successful Aging: Evaluation of Moderating Effect Mediated on Positivity and Family Support (스트레스가 성공적 노화에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 낙관성과 가족지지의 매개된 조절효과 검증)

  • This study analyzes targeting 584 senior citizens aged 65 and over in Gyeongsangnam-do to verify a mediated control effect of optimism and family support in stress and successful aging of the aged. Using SPSS Macro Way suggested by Preacher and Hayes. A study model is verified through a route model, and the verification of the study model is conducted in three stages. The first stage analyzes whether a control variable has a control effect in a relationship between predictor variable and standard variable, and the second stage confirms a relationship between predictor variable and mediated variable. In addition, the third stage confirms a mediated control effect. An analytical result is summarized as follows. First, as a result to verify a mediated effect between stress and successful aging, and optimism, it is confirmed that it supports a partially-mediated model. Second, as a result to verify a control effect of optimism and family support of successful aging, it is confirmed that everything has a control effect. Third, as a result to verify a mediated control effect of stress, optimism, successful aging, and family support, there is a mediated control effect. Based on these study results, practical undertone and future task are suggested, and a way to improve family support is presented for successful aging in advanced age.

Effects of System and Knowledge Quality, Organizational Support and Individual Traits on Knowledge Management System(KMS) Success in Research Organizations (시스템·지식 품질, 조직지원, 개인특성이 지식관리시스템 성공에 미치는 영향 -연구조직을 중심으로-)

  • This research aims at investigating the factors determining the success of knowledge management system(KMS) in research organizations. Based on the literature survey and the general framework of IS success model, a new comprehensive model which is customized to the context of KMS is proposed. Some organizational support factors and an individual personality variable that moderates the relationship between predictors and the success factors are also integrated to the new model. A proposed model was tested by the technique of structural equation modeling using survey data from the employees in research organization. The results revealed that KMS quality had the strongest impact on the KMS success measured by perceived usefulness and user satisfaction and KMS use. The moderating effect of an individual personality factor, organization-based self esteem is also founded in the research.

  • Human capital variables have been considered as very important determinants of career success. In this study have two purposes. The first is to examine the relationship between informal networking and career success. And gender moderated the relationship between informal networking and employability. The major findings of the study are summarized as follows: First, informal networking had positive effect on the career success. The relationship between members of the organization in the formation of informal relationships between the trust and if the organization's members to form a supportive organizational culture and organizational citizenship behaviors through which organizations such as the positive outcomes will be achieved. So informal networking have been considered as very important determinants of career success. Second, regarding the moderating effect of gender on the informal networking and employability, and informal networking played more important roles for men than woman in employability.

Exploring Students' Ability of 'Doing' Scientific Inquiry: The Case of Gifted Students in Science (과학탐구의 '실행' 능력 탐색하기: 과학영재학생 사례 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study was to explore the factors that are critical for successful scientific inquiry activity in the classroom and to analyze the students' abilities of 'Doing' scientific inquiry. Two hundred and forty gifted science students in grades $7^{th}$ and $8^{th}$ participated in this study and demonstrated their abilities of framing questions and designing investigation through a survey questionnaire. The survey was developed for measuring factors in terms of personal and interactive variables that are needed for 'Doing' a successful scientific. Additionally, two other questionnaires were developed to measure students' abilities of framing testable questions and designing the investigation in a sequence. The results were as follows: Students' learning motivation factors as personal variable (self-confidence about group and inquiry activity, views about inquiry value) also considered as influential for students' group inquiry activity. Other four components of interactive variable (grouping, kinds of task, physical context, and teachers' role) were found to be influential in successful students' 'Doing' group inquiry activity. In students' evaluation of group inquiry activity, the grouping factor was the most critical one for a successful 'Doing' inquiry activity. Participating students showed some level of inability of in the process of framing inquiry question and designing investigation.

A study on the factors to affect the career success among workers with disabilities (지체장애근로자의 직업성공 요인에 관한 연구)

  • This study was aimed at investigating important factors influencing career success among regular workers. The current researcher scrutinized the degree to which variables and factors affect the career success and occupational turnover rates of the research participants. At the same tune, two hypothetical path models established by the researcher were examined using linear multiple regression methods and the LISREL. After examining the differences among the factors of career success, a comparison was made between the disabled worker group and the non-disabled worker group. A questionnaire using the 5-point Likert scale was distributed to a group of 374 workers with disabilities and 463 workers without disabilities. For the data analysis purpose, the structural equation model, factor analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were carried out. The results of this study ran be summarized as follows. First, the results of factor analysis showed important categories of conceptual themes of career success. The initial conceptual factor model did not accord with the empirical one. A three-factorial model revealed categories of personal, family, and organizational factor respectively. The personal factor was composed of the self-esteem and self-efficiency. The family factor was consisted of the multi-roles stress and the number of children. Finally, the organizational factor was composed of the capacity for utilizing resources, networking, and the frequency of mentoring. In addition, the total 10 sub areas of career success were divided by two important aspects; the subjective career success and the objective career success. Second, both research participant groups seemed to be influenced by their occupational types. However, all predictive variables excluding the wage rate and the average length of work years had significant impact on job success for the disabled work group, while all the variables excluding the frequency of advice and length of working years had significant impact on job success for the non-disabled worker group. Third, the turnover rate was significantly influenced by the age and the experience of turnover of the research participants. However, the number of co-workers was the strongest predictive variable for the worker group with disabilities, but the occupation choice variable for the worker group without disabilities. For the disabled worker group, the turnover rate was differently influenced by the type of occupation, the length of working years, while multi-role stress and the average working years at the time of turnover for the worker group without disabilities. Fifth, as a result of verifying the hypothetical path model, it showed that the first model was somewhat proper and could predict the career success on both research participant groups. In the second model, the Chi-square, the degree of freedom (($x^2=64.950$, df=61, P=0.341), and the adjusted Goodness of Fit Index (AGFI) were .964, and the Comparative Fit Index (CFI) were .997, and the Root Mean Squared Residual (RMR) was respectively. .038. The model was best fitted and could predict the career success more highly because the goodness of fit index in the whole models was within the allowed range. In conclusion, the following research implications can be suggested. First, the occupational type of research participants was one of the most important variables to predict the career success for both research participant groups. It means that people with disabilities require human development services including education. They need to improve themselves in this knowledge-based society. Furthermore, for maintaining the career success, people with disabilities should be approached by considering the subjective career success aspects including wages and the promotion opportunities than the objective career success aspects.

  • 본 논문에서는 성공적인 롱테일을 위한 가설을 생성하고 시사점을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해서 롱테일 9가지 법칙을 중심으로 성공과 실패 사례들을 분석하여 롱테일의 성공에 영향을 미치는 변수를 도출하고 이를 귀납 학습을 통해 가설을 생성한 후에 그 의미를 해석하여 롱테일 전략을 구사하고자 하는 기업과 실무 담당자 및 관련분야의 연구자에게 시사점을 주고자 한다.

Analysis of Effect of Risk Factors on the Success of Risk Management (리스크요소가 리스크관리 성공에 미치는 영향 분석 연구)

  • Although risk reduction of construction projects have been continued, the risk of fatal accident has been increased. The purpose of this paper is to reduce the cause of the essential risk factors. Questionnaire survey of construction companies in domestic was conducted and the Multiple Regression Analysis of statistics program was used to grasp effective factors among the risk factors of construction companies in domestic. Development of the essential risk factors and its application to projects could lead to improvements such as compression of network, reduction of cost, improvement of quality and reduction of safety accident.

  • 인터넷관련 혁신의 수용을 설명하려는 많은 연구들에서 정보기술수용모델(TAM)이 적용되었지만, 온라인 상거래의 수용을 정확히 설명하기 위해서는 인터넷을 통해 상거래를 할 때 발생하는 특성을 반영해야 한다. 본 연구에서는 온라인 상거래관련 기존 연구들을 바탕으로 TAM을 확장하는 변수로 신뢰와 감정을 추가하고 변수들의 영향 관계를 통합적으로 구조화하였다. 이러한 확장 구조를 통해, 온라인 상거래 수용을 설명하는데 TAM의 원형을 그대로 적용하거나 신뢰 혹은 감정만을 고려한 기존 연구들이 갖는 설명의 제한점을 극복하고자 하였다. 그리고 온라인 상거래의 수용에 대한 전체적인 틀을 파악하고, 소비자가 온라인 상거래를 수용하는 측면에서 온라인 상거래의 성공을 결정짓는 주요한 변수들의 관계를 명확히 하였다. 신뢰, 감정, 사용의 용이함이 유용성을 지각하고 사이트 사용의도를 갖고 상거래 행동을 하는데 영향을 주며 이들 변수들간에도 영향관계가 있다는 모델을 제안하였고, 대안적으로 감정을 태도의 요소로 보는 모델과 신뢰가 감정이 전혀 관계가 없다는 모델을 제시하였다. 모델들을 비교한 결과 제안모델이 가장 우수하다고 판단할 수 있었다. 각 변수들의 경로계수에 의해 가설을 검증한 결과, 감정과 사용의 용이함은 유용성에 정적으로 유의하게 영향을 주었고 신뢰는 어느 정도 영향을 주었다. 그리고 신뢰와 사용의 용이함은 감정에도 유의하게 영향을 주었다. 그렇지만 사이트 사용의도에 유의하게 영향을 미치는 변수는 사용의 용이함 뿐이었다. 실증연구를 바탕으로, 온라인 상거래가 사용자 수용 측면에서 성공을 할 수 있기 위해서는 사용의 용이함과 함께 신뢰와 감정이 중요하게 고려되어야 함을 알 수 있다.

A Case Study on Green Pricing Program in USA (미국 Green Pricing 프로그램 평가 사례분석 및 시사점)

  • 미국의 DOE(Department of Energy)산하 EERE(Energy Efficiecy & Renewable Energy)에서 신재생 에너지 프로그램 평가를 하고 있다. 특히 General program evaluation Guide에는 많은 평가기관에서 제안되었던 5가지 방법 중 Outcome 평가는 프로그램의 목적을 얼마나 달성했는지를 측정하는 것으로 일정한 기간이 지난 후 프로그램의 목적을 달성함으로써 얻어지는 결과를 추산함으로써 그 기간 동안 프로그램이 의도했던 목적을 얼마나 잘 수행했는지를 보여준다. 한국에서 시행되고 있는 신재생에너지 보급 프로그램의 성과를 정량화 분석을 통하여 평가할 수 있어 국내 적용성이 크다. 본 연구에서는 미국 에너지부 EERE로부터 지원받아 NREL(National Renewable Energy Laboratory)에서 실행한 Utility Green Pricing 프로그램을 사례 분석하였다. Utility Green Pricing 프로그램은 1993년 시작되었으며 2002년 말 미국 전역의 300여개 시설을 통한 90개의 프로그램을 발전시킴으로써 소비자가 자발적으로 재생에너지 발전을 지원하기 위한 한 방법으로 최근 이런 프로그램 수는 증가하고 있다. 2002년 말 기준으로 국가 전기 사용자의 20%, 대략 270,000명의 소비자가 선택하였고 2002년 290MW급 재생에너지 설비용량과 2003년 140MW급 시설을 담당하였으며 미국 이외에 캐나다, 일본, 호주, 12개 유럽 국가들이 시행하고 있다. 이 프로그램 목표는 어떤 프로그램이 green pricing 프로그램의 소비자 참가와 재생에너지 구매의 최대화를 돕는지를 제공하는 것으로 Data Pool은 90개 프로그램 중 더 이상 실행하지 않는 4개를 제외한 86개로 응답률은 77%였다. 분석대상은 거주자와 비거주자로써 자료는 2003년 초 66개의 green pricing 프로그램의 질문서를 토대로 도출되었다. Green Pricing 프로그램 질문서는 참여, 지난해 판매, 재생에너지 공급, 할 증금(초과 구매력), 프로그램 디자인과 실행, 마케팅, 소비자를 위한 부가서비스 이렇게 총 7부분으로 나누어져있다. 특히 거주자와 비거주자와 참여, 재생에너지 판매량, 프로그램 수명, 사용하는 재생에너지의 종류, 프로그램 가격, 비용 할증료, 프로그램 평가의 종류, 프로그램 마케팅 노력, 참여자에게 제공되는 부수적 가치와 관련된 자료를 모으기 위해 실행되었다. 종속적 변수로 프로그램 유효성 측정과 관련된 비/거주자 참여와 재생에너지 구매를 선택하였으며 독립적 변수로 프로그램 디자인과 마케팅 특징을 들었다. 분석방법으로는 이변성과 다변성 통계적 분석을 이용하였다. 이변성 분석은 쉽게 개별적 독립 변수와 종속변수와의 직접적 관계를 보여주며 다변성 분석은 보다 정확한 영향 산정을 위해 선택한 복합적 독립변수를 이용하였다. 프로그램 유효성 측정을 위해 비/거주자 참여 퍼센트와 재생에너지 구매 퍼센트를 구하였다. 그러나 이 분석에 몇 가지 제한점이 있었다. 소비자 중 국외자의 영향으로 분석에 많은 영향을 주지 않지만 single utility 프로그램은 비거주자참여율과 재생에너지 구매율에 영향을 끼칠 가능성이 있으며 독립/설병변수를 프로그램성공을 위해 거듭 강조하지만 빠지거나 무딘 변수는 여전히 존재한다. 분석 대상이 2002년까지를 대상으로 하기 때문에 시간상의 지체 역시 문제가 될 수 있다. 다중공산성 역시 독립변수간의 상관관계가 나타나면서 발생된다. 하지만 몇 가지 재미있는 결과를 얻어냈다. 프로그램 기간이 소비자 응답에 영향을 미치며 초기 거주고객의 높은 구매력이 지속된다는 것이다. 가격 할증료와 최소 월사용료는 프로그램 성공 초기 결정요인이 되지 않는다. 작은 시설이 성공 달성가능성이 더 큰 것으로 나타났으며 비거주자의 사적 이득 제공 역시 성공 강화에 영향을 끼쳤다.

  • After the Enactment of Support of Social Enterprise in 2007, Cultivation of Social Enterprises has been Promoted in Eearnest these days. This Study Attempts to Examine the Factors that Affect the Sustainability of Social Enterprise, Which is the Current Policy Issue Regarding the Social Enterprise. For this Purpose, the Study Developed a Research Model that has Antecedent Factors(strategy, managerial capability, business environment and social entrepreneurship) of Social Enterprise as an Independent Variable, Performance as Parameter and Sustainability as a Dependent Variable. Using this Model, the Study Established Hypotheses that Examine the Performance and Antecedent Factors of Sustainability of Social Enterprise. According to the Hypothesis Testing Results, the Economic Performance Showed Partial Mediating Effect on the Impact of Strategy, Management Capacity, Business Environment and Social Entrepreneurial Spirit on the Sustainability. As for the Social Performance, Strategy, Management Capacity and Social Entrepreneurial Spirit Turned out to Partially Mediate the Impact on Sustainability. Meanwhile, The Social Performance did not Show Mediating Effect in the Impact of Business Environment on Sustainability.
