  • 에너지 플랜트, 화학공장 등 대형 기계설비의 복잡도 증가는 그에 따른 위험요소 복잡도를 증가시키고 있다. 대형 기계설비에 대한 위험 관리와 시스템 신뢰도 향상을 위해서는 위험도 기반의 안전 설계/해석, 상태 감시 및 진단을 이용한 설비 모니터링, 인적 신뢰도 향상이 요구되며 설계 단계에서부터 운영 및 유지보수 단계까지의 시스템 생애주기 전반에 걸친 지속적인 활동을 필요로 한다. 인적 신뢰도를 향상시키기 위해서는 설비 운영자가 응급 또는 이상상황에 대처할 수 있는 능력 즉, 안전사고 대응 능력 확보가 필수적이다. 대상 설비에 대한 실제 훈련은 시간, 비용, 훈련자의 안전 확보가 어렵고 반복적인 훈련 및 평가가 어렵기 때문에 가상 환경을 이용한 안전대응 훈련 플랫폼을 설계하였다. 훈련자에게 몰입형 가상 환경을 제공하기 위하여 가상현실 및 안전사고 시뮬레이션 기술을 이용하였으며 이를 통하여 훈련자의 안전을 유지하면서 안전대응 능력을 향상시킬 수 있다.

  • To improve the capability of instantaneous torque control, a design method of an MRAC-based adaptive current controller for a PMSM servo motor is proposed. In the synchronous frame current controller, a new control inputs can be obtained through the decoupling compensation. Using this, a desired controller bandwidth can be assigned However, the control performance may be degraded due to disturbances caused by the parameter variations or dead time of the switch. To improve these drawbacks, an adaptive current controller is proposed and the design method is obtained using the hyperstability theory. The asymptotic stability is proved and the effectiveness is verified through simulations and experiments using DSP TMS320C31.

  • In general, a design method based on the equivalent magnetic circuit has been used for basic design of Interior Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor(IPMSM). However, the equivalent magnetic circuit method has difficulty in considering the arrangement of PM. IPMSM has high degree of freedom for PM rotor design. In this paper, we proposed the multiobjective optimal design method considering the arrangement of PM for the double-layer PM rotor structure that minimizes the torque ripple as well as maximizes the torque of IPMSM. The design variables of double-layer PM rotor structure are obtained from the Response Surface Method. Torque and torque ripple were calculated by Finite Element Method.

  • This paper presents the &tal controller for driving high frequency voltage fed PWM inverter that carrier frequency is over 2OkHz.We analyzed the conventional PWM to select a proper PWM pattern. as the result, obtained PWM pattern of the controller in which asynchronus staircase sinusoidal waveform is used as reference signal, and variable carrier ratio method was used for PWM control. The PWM controller is designed by fully digital method. Especially, Thk proposed controller is consisted of 8 bit one-chip microprocessor and digital logic. the former is for arithmetic and data processing, and the latter is for PWM pattern synthesis. Therefore, The responsibility and controllability is improved. Also, Data processing capability is improved using proper program to output modulation index with 9 bits. Circuits configuration of digital controller are made up of one chip 8051 and EPLD, and its controllability is tested by operating voltage fed inverter. Harmonics and current waveform is evaluated and analyzed for the voltage fed inverter system.

Development of a Direct-Connected Supersonic Combustor Test Facility (직결형 초음속 연소기 시험 설비 개발)

  • A direct-connected, continuous type combustion test facility was developed to test a supersonic combustor model used in scramjet engines. The facility requirements were determined by assuming the flight speed of Mach 5, yielding the combustor inlet flow speed of Mach 2. Also the cross-section of the supersonic combustor under test was assumed as $32mm{\times}70mm$. As a result, the facility was designed to have the flow total pressure of 548 kPaA, total temperature of 1,320 K, and flow rate of 0.776 kg/s. The facility consists of a turbo type air compressor, electric air heater, vitiation air heater and a two dimensional facility nozzle to accelerate the flow to Mach 2. Also, an oxygen supply system was added to compensate the vitiation. The exhaust de-pressurization system is not added. Designed pressure, temperature, and flow rate were verified through the test operation of the facility.

  • 본 논문에서는 13[W] FPX 글로스타터 내장형 형광램프를 에너지 효율이 높고 회로설계가 용이한 전자식 안정기를 설계 제작하였다. 제작한 안정기는 우수한 기동특성을 보였으며 안정된 전기, 광학적 특성을 얻을 수 있었다.

  • Due to the Korean government's renewable energy support policy such as the renewable energy utilization building certificate and enlarging the compulsory ratio of investment on the public building, the rooftop photovoltaic projects are expanding rapidly. It is very important for the rooftop photovoltaic projects to analyze the shading effect of the adjacent structures or own facilities. But, the photovoltaic arrangements are planned by the experience of the designers or simple graphic tools. The purpose of this study is to build the process model for optimizing of rooftop photovoltaic arrangement based on three-dimensional geo-spatial information.
