This study was conducted to ascertain a better understanding of researchers' perception of open peer review (OPR), which is being attempted to improve the problems of traditional peer review methods in recent journal publications. A survey was conducted on the Korean authors of a mega open access (OA) journals and the results were analyzed. The subjects of the survey were selected as Korean corresponding authors published on PLOS, an international OA journal and mega journal. The survey was conducted as an online questionnaire and a total of 238 responses were collected; the analysis was based on 202 valid responses. Data were analyzed by performing frequency analysis and average comparison between groups for the collected questionnaire results. As a result of analyzing whether there is a difference in perception of OPR depending on the age, research experience, and OPR experience of the researcher, researchers under the age of 44, researchers with research experience of 9 years or less, and researchers with OPR participation experience had differences in some OPR perceptions. Results show that researchers under the age of 44 want to change the current peer review approach, but they are not yet actively accepting OPR. As a result of analyzing the reasons why the researcher disagrees with OPR, they raised questions about lack of objectivity, increased burden of reviewers, emotions and relationships, and responded that the right to be forgotten was also necessary.

한국 품질경영의 추진현황을 파악하고 향후 발전방향을 모색하기 위해서 최근에 산학관에 있는 품질관련 전문가그룹을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 본 발표는 설문조사 과정을 소개하고 설문조사의 결과를 품질경영 정의, 추진현황, 그리고 향후 발전방향으로 분류하여 제시한다. 본 연구의 의미는 그간 경험적으로 판단되어 왔던 핵심 품질활동에 대한 전문가 그룹의 견해를 설문조사를 통해서 확인하였다는 점과 이를 근거로 향후 발전방향을 제시하였다는 것이다.

본 논문에서는 수량화 방법과 AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) 기법을 사용하여 산사태 발생에 대한 통계적 예측모형을 구축하는데 목적이 있다. 수량화(Quantification) 방법은 질적변수에 수량을 부여하는 통계적 방법으로, 기 조사된 자료에 기반하여 분석을 수행하는 방법이다. 본 논문에서는 서구의 다변량분석 기법인 정준상관분석의 결과를 토대로 수량화 과정을 구체적으로 제안한다. 데이터에 기반한 수량화 방법과는 달리 AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) 기법은 일종의 다기준 의사결정을 위해 사용되는 기법으로, 설문자료에 기반한 분석법이다. 실제자료에 대한 분석으로 산사태 발생여부를 측정한 자료(한국지질자원연구원 제공)와 전문가 설문을 통해 수집된 자료를 이용하였다. 이들 자료에 대해 수량화 분석과 AHP분석을 통해 산사태 발생여부를 예측할 수 있는 두 종류의 평가표와 함께 로지스틱 회귀를 통한 통계적 예측모형을 개발하였으며, 두 모형간의 성능비교와 안정성 평가를 수행하였다.

설문조사는 '새 정부에 바란다'는 주제로 모두 10개 항목에 걸쳐 실시됐다. 설문항목은 체제개편/연구개발/과학기술계의 입지 및 대우/해외두뇌 활용책과 통일 대비 남북교류/ 과학기술정책 문제 등을 두루 포함하고 있다. 조사기간은 2002년 12월 1일부터 한달간이었으며, 과학기술 관련 64개 단체를 대상으로 이루어졌다. 설문지는 이메일을 통해 과학기술 관련 단체로 보내졌고, <과학과 문화>연구팀의 협조를 얻어 그 결과를 통계적으로 처리, 분석했다.

본 협회는 지난 3월 29일 잠실 올림픽공원내 펜싱경기장에서 개최된 전국건축대회에 즈음하여 참석회원을 대상으로 편찬ㆍ홍보위원회가 주관하여 ‘건축사지 발전방향에 관한 설문조사’를 실시하여 ‘90년대를 향한 한국건축의 정론지로서의 위상정립을 위한 방안을 모색해 보았다. 이날 대회에 참석한 3천여 회원을 대상으로한 설문조사 결과 응답자 1,015명의 회신을 편찬ㆍ홍보위원회 (책임정리:목원대 김정동 교수)에서 분석한 결과를 정리 하였다. 정리된 내용이 협회지 발전에 개진되기를 바라며 본 설문조사를 위해 적극 협력해 주신 회원 여러분께 감사를 드린다.

In order to know the situation of statistical Quality Control in Korea, we have surveyedabout 4, 500 manufacturing companies in Korea. Among the first 4, 500 manufacturing companies, 2, 586 companies have answered for the questionairs of the sample survey. In this research a statistical analysis is conducted for the 2, 586 companies and diagnosis of the situation of Statistical Quality Control is Korea in presented in terms of levels of development and degrees of implementation.

우리협회는 '92년부터 매년 정보통신산업에 대한 세제 및 금융제도의 개선방안을 마련하여 관계기관에 건의하는등 정보통신업체의 지원을 위해 노력해왔다. 특히, 금년에는 실질적인 개선방안을 도출해 내기위해 개선방안 마련에 앞서 지난 9월 정보통신업체를 대상으로 금융.세제 지원제도 관련 설문조사를 실시하였다. 지난 9월 협회내에 구성된 "정보통신산업에 대한 금융.세제 개선방안 연구반"은 설문조사의 결과 토대로 관련업체의 지원제도에 대한 효과 분석과 업계 개선의견을 종합한 개선방안을 마련하여 관계부처등에 12월경 건의할 예정이다.

국내의 낙후된 방사선 및 방사성동위원소 이용 분야에 대한 진흥을 위하여 방사선 및 방사성동위원소 이용진흥종합계획 수립과 실천이 필요하다는 인식 하에 이의 기초자료 확보를 위하여 본 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문조사 결과 현재 방사선 및 방사성동위원소 이용 관련 국내 하부구조는 매우 취약하며, 이의 개선을 위한 정부의 역할이 상당히 중요한 것으로 나타났다. 응답결과의 분석에서는 전문인력 확보의 어려움 해결, 규제관련 제도의 개선 특히 방사선방호법 및 표준시설기준의 마련 등이 절실한 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this paper is to quickly identify school parents, teachers, students, community needs and opinions for curriculum organizing and the implementation of an online survey system for operating educational activities. Online survey system should be implemented based on Limesurvey to reduce costs and administrative costs. Limesurvery is available without the development of the separate program and offers the form of web-based template system, complete design, layout. Also, Limesurvey offers basic statistical analysis of survey data. Limesurvey can be executed by installing the program on a web hosting, typing database information. Limesurvey can be made a graph of the statistical results. Besides, Limesurvery can be stored in the form of HTML, Word, Excel, CSV Files and can be stured as basic datas for SPSS or PASW, R data, other statistical processing programs. If we could be operate Limesurvey in the form of open source-based survey program in elementary school, we could be reduced teacher's unnecessary work for statistics and overcame the problem of offline survey system.

본 연구의 목적은 다문화가정 이주여성의 여가관을 분석함으로써 다문화가정 이주여성의 여가에 도움을 주는 시사점을 도출하는데 있다. 이 연구는 다문화가정 이주여성을 연구대상으로 유의표집법(purposive sampling method)을 이용하여 표본을 추출하였다. 표집된 170명 중 응답이 부실한 설문지를 제외하고 최종분석에 사용된 사례수는 137명이었다. 설문지의 타당도는 요인분석, 신뢰도는 신뢰도분석을 통하여 검증되었다. 신뢰도는 Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ 값이 .613이상으로 나타났다. 이 연구는 SPSS18.0을 이용하여 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 교차분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 다문화가정 이주여성들의 평일 여가시간은 1-­2시간이 가장 많았으며, 구체적으로 연령은 26­-30세, 학력은 고졸, 국적은 중국, 기간은 6.1년 이상에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 다문화 가정 이주여성들의 주말 여가시간은 1-­2시간, 연령에서는 2­-30세가 가장 많았으며, 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 반면, 학력, 국적, 기간, 월수입은 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 셋째, 다문화가정 이주여성들의 여가제약은 연령, 학력, 국적, 기간, 월수입에 따라 차이가 있다.
