동적 파괴역학 연구의 필요성과 응용분야를 설명하였다. 다음 2장에 동적 파괴역학 연구의 역 사적인 발전과정을 간단히 살펴보면서 현재 이 분야의 문제점과 논쟁대상이 되고 있는 점들을 지적해 보고자 한다. 3장에는 탄성 동적 파괴역학 문제, 4장에는 탄소성 동적 파괴역학 문제에 대해서 각각 실험적연구, 수치 해석적 연구, 이론적인 연구의 측면으로 나누어서 이 강좌를 전개 할려고 한다. 5장에서는 Crack Arrest에 관한 이론 및 실제응용 예를 간단히 설명하고 6장에서 고찰 및 결론을 맺음으로서 이 강좌를 마무리 지울려고 한다.

This research introduced the concept of 'alternative attractiveness' derived from the social exchange theory to the research model predicting turnover intention among salesforce. By doing so, we tried to broaden the understandings of relationship between salesperson job attitude and salesperson behavior. We collected and analysed the data from the survey on the 178 salespeople employed at the life insurance companies. We found the alternative attractiveness to be a significant antecedent of the turnover intention. Specifically, the more attractive the alternative the greater the intention of turnover. However, we also found that the salesforces are less attracted to the alternative if they are more satisfied with their jobs. Finally, this research can be a seminary work with the relational perspective for the studies of salesforce management.

In this study, we consider the integration of cognitive components and emotion to account for communication behaviors and activism on a consumer advocacy website. The challenge of integrating situational theory and anger activism model was empirically explored utilizing an online survey with the members of the virtual community, which was designed to raise issues and to protest against the product defects of a product. Our findings indicated that along with the cognitive perception in the situational theory, anger as a negative emotion was the most significant predictor strongly associated with communication behaviors and activism on the organization. More interestingly, the model that integrates anger with cognitive components significantly improves its explanatory power compared with one including only cognitive components as explanatory variables.

본 논문은 에어컨 토출구 살균조명용 UV-LED 에 관한 연구이다. 서론에서는 에어컨 토출구에 증식하는 곰팡이의 문제점과 원인에 대해 조사 분석함으로써 연구의 목적을 설명하였다. 본론에서는 내부를 살균하며 동시에 무드조명의 역할을 수행함으로써 얻을 수 있는 장점과 작동방식에 대하여 설명하고, 가능성을 확인하기 위한 실험을 계획하였다. 실험계획과 실험결과에서는 이전 다른 실험과의 차이점과 실험계획을 설명하고, 실험결과에 대해 설명하며 이번 실험에서의 한계점 및 보안할 점도 함께 설명하였다. UV-LED 의 설치 위치를 예시를 들며 설명하였다. 결론에서는 본 논문에서 설명한 연구의 내용을 종합하고, 향후 연구의 진행방향과 추가적으로 필요한 실험 및 적절한 UV-LED 의 파장선택에 대해서 기술하였다.

This paper is a theoretical inquiry of the changing roles of digital technologies in the representation of risk. Critically examining existing perspectives on risk society and risk communication, this paper argues that digital technologies and images in risk communication have been relatively understudied. Having said that, this paper suggests that Actor-network Theory provide useful theoretical tools for current studies on how digital technologies affect contemporary risk communication practices. Furthermore, this paper examines varied recent studies investigating how digital technologies of visualization are at play in risk communication practices. In doing so, this paper demonstrates how digital images and technologies interrupt the processes that scientific evidence is presented and facts are constructed in varied contemporary scientific reasoning. It will focus on the emerging mode of seeing and visual regime made possible by the increased usage of digital image and technologies, which are characterized by networked connection, sensor, computerized algorithm, and increased storage space. Finally this paper will discuss on the implications on future studies on the roles of digital images and technologies in risk communication practices in Korean context.

The purpose of the study was to examine the relationships between cognitive coping, sick role behavioral compliance, depression, and life satisfaction of hemodialysis patients based on the stress-coping model. The research is cross-sectional survey, 150 participants were recruited from 4 local clinics in Chungcheongbuk-do. As a results, the cognitive coping scores were significantly related to sick role behavioral compliance, depression, and life satisfaction. The coping strategies explained 20.5%, 10.5%, and 24.6% of the variances in sick role behavioral compliance, depression, and life satisfaction, respectively. The most powerful coping strategy was positive refocusing in sick role behavioral compliance, depression, and life satisfaction. The results of the study indicate that cognitive coping plays an essential role for psychological adaptation of hemodialysis patients. Therefore, the development and application of intervention program to improve adaption of hemodialysis patients are required.

역삼투막을 통한 물질전달에 대해서는 많은 모델식이 제안되어 왔으며, 이들을 통해 막의 특성을 규정하여 왔다. 역삼투막을 통한 물질전달에는 많은 변수가 있으며, 이들 가운데 일부는 정량적으로 측정할 수 없는 부분이 포함되어 있으며, 기존의 방법은 이들을 실험을 통해 정해지는 막이나 공정에 의존하는 특성값으로 고려하였다. 본 연구논문은 이와 같은 막특성값으로 간주되어온 분배계수의 고찰을 토대로 막분리 과정에서 일어나는 물질전달현상을 막물질의 특성과 연계하여 설명하고 이로부터 막분리에 유리한 막물질형태의 제안을 목적으로 하고 있다.

전자방출에서 에너지 교환과 역온도를 새롭게 계산하였다. 전자방출에서 대체전자들에 유용한 빈상태들을 만드는 요소로 터널링 효과를 이 계산에서 고려하였다. 그것은 방출부분에서 일어나는 대체 관정을 설명하기 위해서는 빈상태를 만드는데 터널링 기여가 필수적이기 때문이다. 이렇게 계산하여 온 도와 전장의 함수로 얻어진전자당 에너지 교환은 실험결과와 잘 일치하였다. 또한 전장의 함수로 얻어 진 역온도도 실험치와 만족할 만한 일치를 보여주었다. 이 결과는 대체전자들의 평균에너지에 대한 노 팅햄-플레밍과 헨더슨의 논쟁에서 후자의 견해를 지지하는 것이다.

유선에 존재하는 유선상피 기저세포(mammary epithelial stem cells)의 증거와 정상조직 혹은 종양조직 발생에서 이들의 역할들을 요약한다. 유선의 실질조직에 기저세포가 존재한다는 것은 여러 형태의 이식실험에서 설명되었고 또 기저세포의 표현형적 특징들은 여러 가지의 vonoclonal antibodies에 의해 논증되었다. 이들 연구의 결과들은 유선의 기저세포군이 end bud와 유선의 기저층(basal layer)에 존재한다고 제시하고 있다. 그러나 이들 기저세포들이 유선의 preneoplasias와 neoplasias에서도 존재하는지에 대해서는 아직까지 명확한 대답을 주고 있지 않다. 명확한 결론을 얻기 위해서는 기저세포에만 특이적으로 나타나는 phenotypic marker들을 확인해야 하고 또 이들이 변형(transformation)된 세포군에도 표현되는 지를 확인할 때에야 가능할 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate both theoretically and empirically the roles of models in abductive reasoning for scientific problem solving. The context of the study is design-based research the goal of which is to develop inquiry learning programs in the domain of earth science, and the current article dealt with an early process of redesigning an abductive inquiry activity in geology. In the theoretical study, an extensive review was conducted with the literature addressing abduction and modeling together as research methods characterizing earth science. The result led to a tentative scheme for modeling-based abductive inference, which represented relationships among evidence, resource models, and explanatory models. This scheme was improved by the empirical study in which experts' reasoning for solving a geological problem was analyzed. The new scheme included the roles of critical evidence, critical resource models, and a scientifically sound explanatory model. Pedagogical implications for the support of student reasoning in modeling-based abductive inquiry in earth science was discussed.
