  • Genetic algorithm is used as a means of search, optimization md machine learning, its structure is simple but it is applied to various areas. And it is about an active and effective controller which can flexibly prepare for changeable circumstances. For this study, research about an action base system evolving by itself is also being considered. There is to have a problem that depended entirely on heuristic knowledge of expert forming membership function and control rule for fuzzy controller design. In this paper, for forming the fuzzy control to perform self-organization, we tuned the membership function to the most optimal using a genetic algorithm(GA) and improved the control efficiency by the self-correction and generation of control rules.

Evolutionary Design of Fuzzy Classifiers for Human Detection Using Intersection Points and Confusion Matrix (교차점과 오차행렬을 이용한 사람 검출용 퍼지 분류기 진화 설계)

  • This paper presents the design of optimal fuzzy classifier for human detection by using genetic algorithms, one of the best-known meta-heuristic search methods. For this purpose, encoding scheme to search the optimal sequential intersection points between adjacent fuzzy membership functions is originally presented for the fuzzy classifier design for HOG (Histograms of Oriented Gradient) descriptors. The intersection points are sequentially encoded in the proposed encoding scheme to reduce the redundancy of search space occurred in the combinational problem. Furthermore, the fitness function is modified with the true-positive and true-negative of the confusion matrix instead of the total success rate. Experimental results show that the two proposed approaches give superior performance in HOG datasets.

한국대학 창업교육 현황 연구: 학부·대학원 학위과정과 비학위과정 중심

  • 본 연구는 2016년 현재 대한민국의 창업교육과정, 특히 대학 학부와 대학원 학위과정(2년이상 준학사, 학사, 석사, 박사 과정) 및 비학위과정(1개 학기용 개별 과목) 현황을 살펴보고, 향후 현재보다 나은 모델 개발에 기여하는데 목적이 있다. 2016년 4월 12일 교육부는 '대학원생 창업'을 독려하는 등 산학협력으로 2020년까지 5만개 이상의 일자리를 새로 만들겠다는 '산학협력 5개년(2016~2020) 기본계획'을 발표했다. 이로써 대학내 모든 전공의 학부생과 대학원생, 심지어 교직원을 대상으로 한 창업교육의 수요는 급증하게 될 것으로 전망된다. 이에 앞서 2013년 9월 교육부, 미래과학창조부, 중소기업청은 '대학 창업교육 5개년 계획'을 발표했고 그에 따른 '창업선도대학사업'이 진행중이다(2015년 28개, 2016년 34개 대학). 한편, 민간기업인 SK그룹(SK텔레콤)이 중소기업청 창업진흥원과 협력하여 전국 대학 25곳을 선정하여 'SK청년비상 창업교육 및 지원프로그램'을 2016년 3월 시작하여 현재 가동되고 있다. 이로써 그동안 정부와 대학간 협력체제에서 진화하여 민-관-학 3주체 협력모델이 새롭게 전개되는 양상이다. 현재 전국 대학에 개설된 학위과정과 비학위과정들이 과연 양과 질면에서 적정한지, 그리고 구조가 잘 설계 되어있고 단계적 학습이 가능하도록 체계적으로 구성되어있는지에 대해서 다양한 평가와 논란이 있으므로 그 발전방향을 모색하여 새로운 커리큘럼 개발에 공헌하기를 기대한다. 향후 연구에서 조사 대상을 확대하여 분석을 통해 현재보다 나은 창업교육과정(커리큘럼) 개발에 발전적인 모델을 제시하고자 한다.

  • This paper presents a Reliability-Based Topology Optimization(RBTO) using the Evolutionary Structural Optimization(ESO). An actual design involves some uncertain conditions such as material property, operational load and dimensional variation. The Deterministic Topology Optimization(DTO) is obtained without considering the uncertainties related to the uncertainty parameters. However, the RBTO can consider the uncertainty variables because it has the probabilistic constraints. In order to determine whether the probabilistic constraints are satisfied or not, simulation techniques and approximation methods are developed. In this paper, the reliability index approach(RIA) is adopted to evaluate the probabilistic constraints. In order to apply the ESO method to the RBTO, sensitivity number is defined as the change in the reliability index due to the removal of the ith element. Numerical examples are presented to compare the DTO with the RBTO.

  • IP camera which transmits image signal in network includes web server, network interface unit and CCD(Charge-Coupled Device) module. IP camera is able to transmit image signals by network in real time and to monitor the scene image always by IP or Web address. IP camera is substituted for analog camera now gradually according to the development and progress of camera technology and expect it to extend the boundary in rolling stock gradually cause of the excellent expansibility and noise solution of analog camera. We survey the IP camera system composition in rolling stock and so this can be a help to develop and design IP camera system, because it has unsolved problems for common use of IP camera.

  • Recently, the problem of global warming has become a globally important issues. and To solve these problems, has been receiving increasing attention for the Green IT. In these situation, IT techniques are evolving with variety services and hacking techniques. so, it is inevitable to the use of a many and diverse secure system. As a result, Carbon Dioxide emissions are expected to increase. Therefore, in this paper is analyzed the factors of security system's $CO_2$ emissions through Experiments and A case study. and is proved that is reducing $CO_2$ emissions by improving the functional restructuring of the security system. In a future, this paper is expected to serve as a valuable Information for security network design and performance improvements and to reduce Carbon Emissions in the Field of IT.

  • Injection pressure is one of factors that influence part quality. In this paper, injection pressure was minimized by optimizing valve gate locations. In order to perform design optimization, MAPS-3DTM (Mold Analysis and Plastic Solution-3D) was used for injection mold analysis and PIAnOTM (Process Integration, Automation and Optimization) was used as process integration and design optimization. Also we adapted meta models based on design of experiments for efficiency. By using introduced methodology, we were able to obtain a result so that maximum injection pressure reduced by 28% compared to the initial design. And the validity of the proposed method could also be demonstrated.

  • Floating, production, storage and offloading (FPSO) is a production facility that refines and saves the drilled crude oil from a drilling facility in the ocean. The flare system in the FPSO is a major part of the pressure relieving system for hydrocarbon processing plants. The flare system consists of a number of pipes and complicated connection systems. Decision of pipe support types is important since the load on the support and the stress in the pipe are influenced by the pipe support type. In this study, we optimally determined the pipe support types that minimized the support cost while satisfying the design constraints on maximum support load, maximum nozzle load and maximum pipe stress ratio. Performance indices included in the design constraints for a specified design were evaluated by pipe structural analysis using CAESAR II. Since pipe support types were all discrete design variables, an evolutionary algorithm (EA) was used as an optimizer. We successfully obtained the optimal solution that reduced the support cost by 27.2% compared to the initial support cost while all the design requirements were satisfied.

Optimal Design for a Conic Winglet of a Dual Type Combined Fan (이중구조팬의 Conic Winglet 최적설계)

  • In this study, the conic winglet which is made by rotating wing tip airfoil by each 3 axis is applied to the dual type combined fan to reduce the wing tip leakage loss. Computational Fluid Dynamics is used to calculate the loss and optimum technique is used to get minimum loss. Optimization results shows that total pressure loss coefficient was reduced by 3.4 %, and optimization model was a bended shape at the end of wing forward to pressure side.

  • The latest convergence of broadcasting and communication makes the boundary between medias be ambiguous. It pursues the new type of culture that the unspecified many participants seek the satisfaction for the same target in an realtime environment. ARG(Alternative Reality Game) is a new alternate real game created by media convergence and it processes the more realistic interactivity between users through ARS, SMS, BLOG, Cafe and Messages. This paper analyzes the implementation, design, and construction schemes of ARG in the side of the human thinking and media. We also propose the evolution and role of the broadcasting by combining broadcasting for the activation of ARG.
