부산시에서는 서부산권 주민들의 문화, 예술, 집회, 오락, 운동등에 대한 다양한 욕구를 충족시킬 수 있는 다목적 문화공간을 건립하여 지역주민들과 청소년들의 건전한 만남과 각종 행사의 광장을 마련하고, 신도시 공단 주변 여건을 고려한 공익시설의 확보와 향후 지역 발전에 이바지 하고자 현상설계경기를 실시, 작년 12월 28일 수상작을 발표했다. 이번 현상설계경기는 5개 사무소에서 작품을 제출한 결과 부산 신도시 설계 감리(주) 안이 당선작으로 선정됐고, 우수작으로는 금림, 영일종합건축안이, 가작으로는 성우건축안이 각각 선정됐다. 본지에서는 당선작과 우수작을 게재한다.

Finite element analysis is performed to evaluate stress and deformation of a wrinkle-type dust cover for the ball joints of tie rods of automotive steering system. Results of the analysis for assembly and operation condition show that sealing capability is good and the maximum stress on the body is smaller than the tensile strength. An optimal shape of the dust cover is obtained using the Taguchi method to reduce the maximum stress. The maximum stress of the optimal design under the operation condition is reduced by 22 per cent of that of the initial design. Results of the research show that performance evaluation and design of the dust covers can be effectively done using the proposed method.

The purpose of this study is to efficiency scheme to design VE through the case studies of construction VE forapartments. The adapted research method includes five case studies of construction VE and analysis of constructionVE practice. The results of this study are as follows 1) For efficiency of design VE, data management system whichis necessary for construction VE database establishment and its application were proposed. 2) Through workingsystem improvement of construction VE, an improvement to design VE performance process was proposed. 3)Consideration factors and main VE items for efficient design VE item selection of apartment buildings wereproposed.

본 논문에서는 IT관련 실습 교과목에서 프로젝트, 프로그래밍, 문제풀이 등의 과제가 주어졌을 경우에 학습능력을 고양시킬 수 있는 팀별 혼합학습을 적용할 수 있도록 학습자 및 교수자 전략안과 교수/학습관리시스템을 제시하였다. 이에 따라 학습자활동, 교수자활동, 운영자활동을 통해 팀별 혼합학습 전략안을 도출하고, 전략안 및 시스템의 흐름도에 따른 팀별 혼합학습 시스템의 모형을 설계하였다.

노원구청은 급변하는 사회여건 변화에 부흥할 수 있는 가변성, 융통성 있는 공간구성과 경제성 및 관리측면과 기능의 합리성 및 환경과의 조화와 예술성을 갖춘 건물을 건립하고자 현상 설계 경기를 실시한 결과 당선작으로는 '이리 건축사사무소 + 나우건축사사무소'의 안을, 우수작으로는 '(주)종합건축사사무소 명진터 + (주)종합건축사사무소 온고당'의 안을, 가작으로는 '(주)종합건축사사무소 삼부'의 안을 각각 선정, 발표하였다.

대한주택공사에서는 대전 성남지구재개발 아파트 건설을 위한 기본설계 현상공모를 실시, 강남건축(조병기+곽동수+최병찬+정세진)안을 최우수작으로 선정, 지난 4월 29일 발표했다. 이번 최우수작은 주거의 질적 향상을 도모함은 물론 주변지역과 조화를 이룰 수 있도록 주거동과 층수에 변화형을 도입했고 개방감 있는 공간계획과 인공데크를 이용한 토지의 효율적인 활용과 공동체 실현을 위한 장소 제공 등에 역점을 둔 것으로 평가됐다. 우수작은 대전에 있는 목성건축(이택준)안이, 가작은 김상경 건축(김상경)안이 각각 선정됐다.

Abnormal condition inevitably occurs during operation of water distribution system (WDS) and requires the isolation of certain areas using isolation valves. In general, the determination of the optimal location of isolation valves considered minimization of hydraulic failures as isolation of certain areas causes a change in hydraulic states (e.g., flow direction, velocity, pressure, etc.). Water quality failure can also be induced by changes in hydraulics, which have not been considered for isolation valve system design. Therefore, this study proposes a new isolation valve system design methodology to prevent unexpected water quality failure events. The new methodology considers flow direction change ratio (FDCR), which accounts for flow direction changes after isolation of the area, as a constraint while reliability is used as the objective function. The optimal design model has been applied to a synthetic grid network and the results are compared with the traditional design approach. Results show that considering FDCR can eliminate flow direction changes while average pressure and coefficient of variation of pressure, velocity, and hydraulic geodesic index (HGI) outperform compared to the traditional design approach. The proposed methodology is expected to be a useful approach to minimizing unexpected consequences by traditional design approaches.

근로 복지공단에서 근로자들의 복지증진을 위하여 복지복권 판매수익과 정부 출연금에 의한 근로복지진흥기금으로 운영하는 근로복지 시설을 건립코자 지난 1월 체육문화시설 및 영유아 보육시설에 대해 현상설계경기를 실시한 결과 총 10개 사무소에서 참여한 체육문화시설은 도울건축안이 당선작으로 선정됐으며 우수작은 두우건축안이, 가작은 두호건축안이 각각 선정됐다.

수원시에서는 기존 시립화장장의 시설규모가 협소함은 물론 시설이 낙후되어 기존시설을 도심외곽으로 이전 시설규모를 확장하고 초현대적인 시설을 설치하여 공중위생에 철저를 기하고자 수원시립 화장장 건립 현상설계경기를 실시, 총 5개 사무소에서 작품을 제출한 결과 진우건축(대표 김동훈)안을 최우수작으로, 예일건축(대표 김의성)안을 우수작으로 각각 선정, 지난 9월 26일 발표했다. 당선작을 게재한다.
