e-비즈니스에서 사용되는 정보교환 문서는 효율적으로 정보를 전송하고 시스템에 독립성을 갖고 있어 거래 파트너간 상호 운용성을 향상 시켜야 한다. 기존의 정보 교환 전자 문서는 e-비즈니스에서 사용함에 있어서 정보교환 및 상호 운용성 측면에서 문제점들이 발생하였다. XML의 등장으로 정보 교환 및 상호 운용성에서 발생되었던 문제점들을 해결할 수 있는 계기가 되었다. XML문서의 논리적인 구조를 표현하기 위해서는 문서 원형을 정의 할 수 있는 DTD문서가 필요하다. 각 e-비즈니스 XML 문서에 맞는 DTD 문서들이 존재하며 이러한 DTD 문서를 보다 쉽고 효율적으로 작성 할 수 있는 e-비즈니스 DTD문서 편집 시스템의 필요성이 증대되고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 e-비즈니스 XML 문서에서 사용되어지는 DTD문서를 보다 쉽고 효율적으로 편집 할 수 있는 DTD문서 편집 시스템의 설계 및 구현 하였다.

문자 인코딩은 컴퓨터에 저장하거나 네트워크상에서 전송하기 위해 문서를 이진화 하는 방법이다. 문자 인코딩은 고유의 문자 코드 테이블을 이용하여 문서를 이진화 하기 때문에, 문서에 적용된 문자 인코딩과 다른 문자 인코딩을 이용하여 디코딩 하면 원본과 다른 문서가 출력되어 문서를 읽을 수 없게 된다. 따라서 문서를 읽기 위해서는 문서에 적용된 문자 인코딩을 알아내야 한다. 본 논문에서는 문서의 문자 인코딩을 자동으로 판별하는 방법을 제시한다. 제안하는 방법은 이스케이프 문자를 이용한 판별법, 문서에 나타난 코드 값 범위 판별법, 문서에 나타난 코드 값의 특징 판별법, 단어 데이터베이스를 이용한 판별법과 같은 여러 단계를 걸쳐 문서에 적용된 문자 인코딩을 판별한다. 제안하는 방법은 문서를 언어별로 분류하여 문자 인코딩을 판별하기 때문에, 높은 문자 인코딩 인식률을 보인다.

빠르게 변하는 환경에 맞춰 평생 교육이 일반화되고 개인에게 요구되는 학습량은 많아지고 있으며 높아진 학습량에 맞게 학습 시간 단축과 효율적인 학습을 위한 학습 방법을 선택하는 것이 중요해지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 학습 정리를 위해 작성한 문서를 분석하여 해당 문서와 관련된 문서를 제안하고 본 문서와 엮어 학습을 위한 문서 묶음을 만들 수 있는 시스템을 제안한다. 문서의 유사도, 중요도를 구할 수 있는 TF-IDF를 이용하여 문서를 분석해 키워드를 추출한 다음 그와 관련된 문서를 제안하고 문서 묶음을 만들어 조회할 수 있도록 한다. 이 시스템은 학습 정리 시 관련 문서를 함께 볼 수 있도록 하고, 필요하다면 묶음으로 만들어 효과적인 학습을 위한 도구로 이용할 수 있다.

This study presents a contents model designed for business records that require long-term preservation. The contents model is based on the PREMIS(Preservation Metadata: Implementation Strategies) data model and the ISAD(G)(General International Standard Archival Description). The study selected the record collection of "the records of the overseas petroleum business and oil field development of A company located in B country." This collection requires permanent preservations by the nation and even beyond. It was attempted to establish the concepts of intellectual objects in the PREMIS data model to apply the PREMIS data model to the business records specifically. In other words, the study established the principles for differentiation of the classes in the record contents and the hierarchy structure, and the hierarchy model was developed for business records contents to derive the business records model based on those principles.

Until now the XML document is allowed users to access the whole content of it However, for some applications such as those in the field of electronic commerce, there are cases that the whole content should not be delivered. Therefore, access authorization is required for XML documents in order to protect illegal accesses to some critical parts of them. In this paper. we design and implement a system which authorizes users to XML documents and controls access to them based on the access rights. We set the user group as a basic unit of the authorization subject and the element of an XML document as a basic unit of authorization object The owner of a document authorize; user groups to access the elements of it When an XML document is accessed, the access rights of the requester are checked using an access control list and only the authorized parts are delivered_ As the result, we can authorize XML documents, which has been previously impossible.

Recently, the current trend for computer based learning is moving from CAI environment to WBI environment. Most web documents for WBI learning are collected by aid of search engine. Instructors use those documents as learning materials after they evaluate availability of retrieved web documents. But, this method has the following problems. First, we search repeatedly the web documents selected by instructor. Second, there is a need for another course of instruction design in order to suggest the web documents for learner. Third, it is very difficult to analyze for relevance between the web documents and test results. In this work, we suggest WAILS(Web Agent Instruction Learning System) that retrieves web documents for WBI learning and guides learning course for learners. WAILS collects web documents for WBI learning by aid of web agent. Then, instructors can evaluate them and suggest to learners by using instruction-learning generating machine. Instructors retrieve web documents and the instruction-learning design at the same time. This can facilitate WBI learning.

중소형 일체형 원자로의 MMIS(Man-Machine Interface System) 설계개발 과정에 활용할 목적으로 관계형 데이터베이스 기반의 인간공학 현안추적시스템을 개발하였다. 동 시스템은 MMIS의 설계 진행과정에서 발견되는 인간공학적 문제점들이 합당할만한 수준으로 해결될 때까지 추적하고 관리하는데 사용된다. NUREG-0711(HFEPRM : Human Factors Engineering Program Review Model)에서는 원자력발전소를 설계함에 있어서 인간공학 현안추적시스템을 유지하고 운영할 것을 요구하고 있다. 본 연구에서 개발한 시스템은 NUREG-0711의 요구사항을 수용할 뿐만 아니라 서류문서형태에 전적으로 의존하는 현안추적시스템을 운영할 때 발생할 수 있는 비효율성, 즉 시간과 경비의 소요, 문서관리의 부담, 중복된 문서내용 등과 같은 부작용을 해소시켜 준다. 또한, MMIS 설계와 관련된 설계조직 구성원들이 인간공학 현안의 내용과 해결 진척사항에 대한 전반적인 정보를 효과적으로 획득하게 지원한다.

XML은 웹 상에서 데이터의 원활한 교환을 위해서 HTML을 보완하여 설계된 차세대 인터넷문서작성용언어이다. XML 문서와 같은 반구조(semistructured) 의 특성을 갖는 데이터를 효과적으로 다루기 위한 새로운 데이터모델과 질의어가 제안되어 오고 있지만, 여기서는 관계형 데이터베이스에 XML 문서를 효과적으로 저장하는 방법에 관해서 논의한다. 먼저, 도서를 표현하는 XML 문서를 위한 DTD를 제시하고, 이 DTD를 관계 테이블로 변환하는 방법을 논의한다. 다음에는 Oracle서 지원하는 XDK를 이용하여 XML문서를 Oracle8i DB에 저장하는 방법에 대해서 논의한다.

이 연구에서는 XML 문서의 효율적인 검색을 위해 XML 데이터에서 색인어를 추출하고 가중치를 부여하여 내용기반 인덱스를 구축하고, 질의와 문서간의 유사도가 높은 문서들을 사용자에게 제공함으로써 기존의 경로 중심 혹은 패턴매칭 형태의 XML 문서 검색 기능을 확장하고자 한다. 내용기반 검색을 지원하는 XML 문서 검색시스템을 설계하고, 내용기반 검색과 관련한 이슈들을 논의한다. 개발 중에 있는 연구용 프로토타입 시스템을 이용하여 질의에 대한 내용기반 검색 결과를 간단히 소개한다.
