As construction projects are complicated and large in scale, a collaboration between project participants is getting more emphasized over the last few years. The collaboration tools for participants are various. but traditionally drawings and specifications have played an important role. Especially, though storage form in drawings vary in entire construction lifecycle, drawings are still important as the core factor in latest information technology streams in regard to usefulness and reusability of information. As an attempt to standardize drawings in the public construction based on CALS/EC, this study analyzes user's requirements for drawings qualitatively, and looks into drawings standards in Korea, America and Japan, and each kind of ISO standard for drawings. And this study predicts future-oriented user's requirement for drawings based on Construction CALS/EC, and presents future-oriented direction of development applicable in domestic drawing standard in construction.

과학기술의 발전에 따라 연구소 및 산업체에서 양산되는 다양한 유형의 설계도면을 효율적이고 체계적으로 관리하기 위한 도면 데이터베이스를 구축하여 이를 검색 및 전환시키는 시스템이 요구된다. 최근에는 도면설계도구 시스템활용도의 증대로 더욱 능률적인 도면작성 및 관리가 가능하게 되었으나, 현재까지 개발된 도면인식 시스템의 대부분은 단순한 저장 및 복원의 기능, 즉 , 시스템에 자동 입력만이 가능하게 되어있다. 본 논문은 도면설계자동화에 따른 강판절단 과정에 필요한 도면과 도면정보를 데이터베이스로 구축하고 정보시스템을 구현하여 도면을 효율적으로 관리하고, 검색함으로써 기존의 설계방식에 비해 경제성과 생산성 측면에서 보다 효율적이고 사용자의 편리성에 유리하며, 또한 수정도 용이하게 수행할 수 있다. 이러한 필요성에 기반으로 두고 강판제작에 따른 도면 정보를 위한 미디어 데이터형식을 설계하였고, 사용자 인터페이스를 위한 질의 환경을 설계하였으며, 도면 관리시스템을 이용하여 실제 구현되는 과정을 수행하였다.

그레이팅(Grating)이라는 금속제품을 생산하는 5 업체에서는 설계 자동화 시스템인 GDS(Grating automatic Drawing System)를 통해 전체 설계도면(Plan Drawing)을 생성하고 GDS의 도면자료 자동생성 시스템(ASGS: Automatic Specification Generation System)을 통해 전체 도면상에 배치된 각각의 그레이팅에 대한 상세한 정보가 표현된 단품별 도면과 완성된 제품들에 대한 검사 기준을 표현한 검사도면을 생성하며 전체 제품에 대한 통계적인 정보를 생성한다. 그러나 도면자료 자동생성 시스템을 통해 자동 생성된 도면은 설계자들의 일반적인 치수 기입요령을 부분적으로 만족시키지 못하고 있으며 또 치수 표시간의 겹침 현상이 발생하여 설계자가 도면을 수정해야하는 번거로움이 있었다. 본 논문은 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해, 설계 전문가들의 치수 표시법을 지식으로 하는 규칙 기반 전문가 시스템을 구성하였다.

최근 설계 단계에서 설계품질 향상과 시공 단계에서 비용 절감을 효과를 기대하며 3차원 BIM 관련 기술에 대한 관심이 높아가고 있으며, 또한 부분적으로 기술 도입 효과가 나타나고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 설계 및 시공 현업은 2차원 CAD 도면을 중심으로 이루어지고 있으며, 3차원 BIM 기반 설계가 이루어진다 하더라도 결국 시공을 수행하는 건설 현장에는 2차원 CAD 도면이 납품되고 이를 기반으로 건설 현장은 운영된다. 또한 설계 단계 BIM과 시공 단계 BIM은 모델의 활용 목적이 다르고 그에 따라 모델링의 범위 및 방법이 크게 다르기에 시공 단계에서 2차원 도면에 기반한 시공 BIM 모델 구축이 필요한 현실이다. 본 연구에서는 2차원 구조 CAD 도면을 인식하여 3차원 골조모델을 생성하는 기술을 개발하고 구현하였다. 통합 BIM 모델은 골조, 설비, 마감으로 구성되며, 이 중 골조 모델은 설비와 마감 모델링을 위하여 선행되어야 할 핵심요소이다. 시공 단계 2차원 도면을 바탕으로 골조 모델의 생성을 생성하는 작업에도 많은 노력이 요구되며, 또한 이 과정에서 모델러가 2차원 도면을 파악하여 BIM 도구를 사용하여 모델링을 하는 과정에서 오류의 가능성도 내포되어 있다. 특히 설비, 마감과의 통합 모델 구축이 원활히 되기 위해서는 골조 상세, 즉 부재 편심 또는 단차 등이 정확히 모델링 되어야 한다. 본 연구의 도면 인식을 통한 3D 골조모델 생성은 2차원 구조평면과 부재일람표에 표기된 내용을 그대로 인식하여 3차원 BIM 모델을 생성함으로써 모델링 효율의 극대화와 모델 정확도 향상의 효과를 기대할 수 있다.

Currently the quality of construction drawings is deteriorated due to restrictions on time costs allowed to the design phase. Moreover shop drawings are arbitrarily produced without the standard criteria, and cleared off after the completion of construction. As a result, the information of produced shop drawings is not feedback to the design phase, and the quality of the construction drawings become worse. This study proposes checklists that include information requested at construction sites and the shop drawings as well as the existing checklists for the construction drawings. The checklists integrate designer's check-items according to breakdown of drawings and contractor's check-items base don construction process. Index matrices of the integrated checklists is developed for practical application of the checklists, and validated through intensive interview with design and construction practitioners.

In this thesis, founded on those considerings, plan the formula of media data for the information of drawing for the production of steel plate by establishing the concept of relational data model, plan the surroundings for query for the interface of user, and introduce the process materialized actually in detail as use the management system of drawing.

Recently, construction industry shows active expansion in overseas construction market. But the active work limited in construction work, on the other hand, design-drawing work is evaluated shortage of competitive power. So this study aim to improve the competitive of 'domestic design-drawing work'thorough objective evaluation. Objective evaluation is consist of 'design attribution'. Design attribution is based on the execution drawing and complement by existing reasearch, expert interview. And then, list up the 'design attribution' evaluation list to carry out a survey targeting hands-on worker. Survey is consist of 'Likert 5-point scale, FMEA method'. As a result, construction company and design company show different opinions in both relative position evaluation and importance evaluation.

본 연구의 목적은 현재 건축설계회사 자료실(이하 건축 자료실이라 함)에서 도면자료들은 어떠한 방법으로 관리하고 있으며 그에 따른 문제점 및. 관리자의 입장에서 바라본 효율적인 도면관리 방법. 그밖에 기존의 디지털화되지 않은 도면자료의 처리와 관리, 이용문제 및 앞으로의 변화에 어떻게 대처할 것인가 등 실질적인 문제들에 대해 살펴보는 것이다. 이를 위해 건축 업체 10곳을 선정하여 건축설계 자료실의 도면 관리 현황을 분석해보고자 한다.

건축주와 설계 사무소가 건축 설계 용역 계약을 체결하고 일을 진행하다가 계약이 해제된 경우 건축주는 계약이 해제됐음에도 불구하고 설계도를 계속해서 사용할 수 있을까? 최근 건축 설계도의 저작권 침해 여부와 이용권에 대한 여러 가지 문제가 제기되고 있다. 설계 도면의 저작권 문제와 관련된 몇 가지 사항에 대해 살펴보았다.
