  • 배선용 차단기의 개폐기구는 수동 조작력을 가동 접촉자에 전달하여 차단, 개폐의 동작을 행하는 것으로 Spring과 Link를 주체로 구성되어 있으며 기구부가 단락 차단 성능의 가장 큰 영향을 미친다. 제품 성능 개선을 위해 기구부를 변경하기 위해서는 많은 시행착오를 거치게 되는데 이 때 소요되는 시간과 비용을 줄이기 위해 동특성 해석이 널리 사용되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 제품의 동적 모델링을 위해 범용 동역학 해석 프로그램인 ADAMS(Automatic Dynamic Analysis of Mechanical System)을 이용하였고 설계 변경시 반복작업으로 인한 실패비용을 최소화하고 링크 지점의 최적값을 구하기 위해 민감도 해석과 최적화 기법을 도입하였다.

  • The modular robot is one which was developed to get over limit of the space movement for the mobile robot. The chain type robot in particular is connected by series each other and this form expression method is simple and easy to really make a docking method efficiently. However, the related studies were focused on the movement that used to be combination, and the movement of a cell independent mainly does not consist and have a problem to dock only in a direction, not to be connected with all directions. Therefore, we suggested a modular structure for quick, independent movement to solve such a problem and had own autonomy. In addition, we are intended to get some effectiveness for connection mechanism using one locking motor. In this paper, we dealt with the design for the mechanical and electrical points and docking algorithm including communication method. All of the structure is verified with real action experiment through the shape expressions of various application platform.

  • 이 글에서는 군용 환경하에서 높은 신뢰성을 유지하며 요구되는 규격을 만족시키는 컴퓨터(하드웨어)를 설계하기 위한 방향을 제시하고 각 단계별로 보다 세부적인 설계 지침에 대하여 설명하였다. 군용 환경사양을 만족시키기 위하여 설계초기 단계인 부품 선정 단계에서부터 모듈설계 및 기구물 설계, 그리고 설계 인증을위한 환경시험단계까지 상용의 경우와는 달리 수많은 요소들이 고려되어야 하며 설계에 반영되어야 한다. 비록 이 글에서 다루어지지는 않았으나 소프트웨어 측면에서의 군용 환경도 그 중요성이 하드웨어 못지 않을 것이며, 소프트웨어의 신뢰성과 정확성등의 중요성도 간과해서는 안될 부분이다

  • 원자로 압력용기의 수명 및 건전성을 결정짓는 중성자 조사취화현상에 대해 손상과정, 기구, 영 향인자, 예측 및 평가방법을 소개하였다. 용기재료의 현상, 특성과 설계, 제조, 운전시의 건전성 확보를 위한 활동 및 방법도 함께 살펴보았다. 설계시는 물론 수명기간 동안 건전성을 유지하 면서 운전하고 나아가 수명연장 운전을 위해서는 용기의 상태(파괴인성치, 결함, 작용응력)를 정확히 진단, 예측, 평가해야 하고, 이들이 건전성에 미치는 영향평가와 건전성 평가방법을 통한 수명예측 기술의 확보가 매우 중요하다. 특히, 고리 1호기가 가동된지 15년이 되어 계속적인 감 시가 요구되고 수명연장 타당성 연구를 추진중에 있으며, 영광 3, 4호기를 시작으로 앞으로 건 설되는 원자로가 국내에서 제작 . 설치되고, 설계 및 소재의 국산화율을 높이고자 하는 우리나 라에서는 더욱 그러하다. 미소시험법 및 시편재활용 기술개발을 통한 시험자료의 확충과 국내 원자로에 대한 데이터베이스 구축 및 각 발전소 특유의 경향곡선 확립 . 적용이 필요하며, 조사 손상 기구 및 모델링 관련연구가 계속되어야 한다. 조사효과에 대한 기초 및 응용연구는 1994년 한국원자력연구소의 다목적연구용원자로(MRR ; multipurpose research reactor) 가동과 더불어 더욱 활발해질 것이다.

A Study on SAR Reduction Method for Mobile Handsets (휴대 단말기의 SAR 저감법에 관한 연구)

  • In this paper, we propose SAR(Specific absorption rate) reduction methods based on surface electric field distribution relation for mobile handsets. Proposed the new method that is able to consider improvement of the SAR from the very beginning step of developing the mobile handsets. Analysis of mobile handset with human body(head) using finite element method(FEM). Results of this method, SAR reduced about $50\;\%$.

  • VTR(Video Tape Recorder) has very complicated mechanisms composed of various cams, links, gears and so on. To satisfy kinematic requirements of VTR components, various geometric constraints between rigid bodies and a translational cam design program are developed. Mechanisms of VTR are divided into functional groups like a control part, a loading part and a tape guide part. Each group is modeled for kinematic and dynamic analysis. Finally, all groups are combined together for a complete VTR model and loads required for each function of VTR controls are studied. Detailed description of developed programs are presented and result are discussed.

  • Most studies of rotary machinery design have been performed to establsih a new mechanism or a dramatic combination of machine elements for the power transmission. Although the rotary machine is worked very efficiently, that still has a major work to better performance which is the optimization of the selected mechanism for the mechanical efficiency, low vibration and noise, or customer interest. This work presents a practical approach used for washer's efficiency and machinery vibration and noise reduction along with a systematic procedure. Also for the confirming the study, a computer simulation program and a real working mock-up are developed and used to show very good agreement with the analytical result.

  • Vehicle suspension systems are parts which effect performances of a vehicle such as ride quality, handing characteristics, straight performance and steering effort etc. Kinematic design is a decision of joints` position for straight performance and steering effort. But, when vehicle is rebounding and bumping, chang of joints` displacement is nonlinear and a surmise of straight performance and steering effort at that joints` position is difficult. So design of suspension systems is done through a inefficient method of tried-and-error depending on designer`s experience. In this paper, kinematic design of suspension systems was done through the optimal design using a genetic algorithm. For this optimal design, the function for quantification of straight performance and steering effort was made, and the kinematic design method of suspension systems having this function as the objective function was suggested.

Derivation of Estimating Formulas for Seismic Strength of RC Frames Designed to Gravity Loads (중력하중에 대하여 설계된 RC 골조의 내진 저항력 추정식의 유도)

  • The seismic design regulations have not been applied to the low-rised buildings which are less than 6 stories in Korea. For these buildings which are designed only for gravity loads, theoretical formulas which can estimate the seismic strength of building are derived. The column hinge sway and beam hinge sway mechanism are assumed for the formulars. For the comparisons with the formulas, the results of push-over analyses of 3 and 4 storied buildings are used. It can be shown that the estimating formulas correspond well with the push-over analyses. And the seismic strength of building has a little relations with the number of bay and becomes larger as the building becomes lower. Also, as the ratio and strength of reinforcing steel increase, the seismic strength of building is increased.

  • This paper suggests a vibration control method long span structures with trussed roof. Basic concept of this method is based on the energy absorption through hysteresis loop of an elasto-plastic element. This element is attached on the top of the column supporting the roof. Two different types of roofs and three of earthquake waves are used in the investigation. It shows that this is very efficient method to reduce the seismic energy of roof member transferred from the column.
