유통업체 브랜드(PB)의 성공전략

  • 본 연구에서는 할인점 자체 브랜드(PB) 구매에 영향을 미치는 소비자 관련 요인에 관한 모델을 제시하고 이를 테스트해보았다. 그 결과 식품과 가전 모두 PB에 대한선호도가 높을수록 구매의도가 증가함을 알 수 있었다. 그러나 구매의도의 경우 식품과 비식품이 다른 경로를 보이고 있었다. 식품 PB의 경우 소비자의"가격의식"과"혁신성"이 구매의도에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 반면 가전 PB의 경우"가치의식"과"품질격차"가 구매의도에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이 같은 연구결과는 식품과 비식품의 유통업체 PB 마케팅이 각각 차별화 되어 접근되어져야 한다는 시사점을 말해준다.

Korean Students' Traditional Value of Children in Family -by asking the agreement on the proverbs- (속담을 통해 본 대학생의 전통적 자녀관)

  • This research investigated the Korean students' traditional value of children in family, by asking the degree of agreement on the proverbs concerning the notion of preferring a son, negative value on a daughter, and hardness of child-rearing. The findings indicated that in general the Korean students were disagreed on the traditional value of children in family, while many of them still agreed on hardness of child-rearing. We expected that female students were likely to express the stronger disagreement on preferring a son and negative value on a daughter, but there was no difference in preferring a son. Also we expected that the students who had lived with their grandparents would more likely to have the traditional values, but they expressed the stronger disagreement on preferring a son than others. Second, in general the Korean students disagreed on familism. The female students and the students who had lived with their grandparents were likely to express the stronger disagreement on familism. Third, there was positive correlation between familism and preferring a son, and between familism and negative value on a daughter. Fourth, the students who believed that there was no absolute necessity for the child in a family expressed the stronger disagreement on preferring a son, and scored lower degree on familism. There was negative correlation between the ideal number of children in a family and the notion of hardness of child-rearing, but positive correlation between the ideal number of children and familism. And as much as they answered the longer child-rearing period, scored positive value on a daughter.

  • South Korea has entered the age of aging society since the elderly population over 65 reached 13.1% in 2015. This increase rate is the fastest in the OECD members. as a part of the precaution, the Korean government has enforced the long term care insurance from July 2008 and the increase of related nursing homes until 2015 was 220.2% which is rapid and quantitative. It was natural that quantitative expansion leads to qualitative improvement. With regard to service environment conditions, color environment draws attention as one of the most effective measures. color environment supports nursing home's spatial functions and the aged class is subject to the research as the potential customers. This study aims to understand color environment, conduct surveys for color preference and attitude toward color environment, and suggest directions for color environment plan. The ultimate goal is to improve the quality of Korean nursing home environment. It studied definition, state, color environment and space functions of nursing homes as well as the preceding researches. With 100 people over 60s in Busan and Gyeongnam area (52 male and 48 female), the survey examined attitudes for color environment and color preference by space functions in nursing home. The research method is as follows. First, as a result of the consciousness survey on color environment in elderly nursing home, it considers service (37%), medical service (20%), and location (19%) heavily in order. color environment plan is not recognized significantly. However, the need of indoor color plan in the elderly nursing homes has "agree (32%) and "strongly agree (25%), which suggests that color introduction is required to the nursing homes. Second, the indoor coloration for the elderly nursing homes has various color preferences. The color preference order for bedroom was R, P, and G but this order changes in nursing space (program room) to G, R, and Y. The communal space such as lobby prefers R, G and Y in order. R color was preferred in general.

Behavioral Analysis of Dynamic Route Choice with Stated Preference Panel Data (선호의식 Panel Data를 이용한 동적 경로선택 행동분석)

  • In this study, the dynamic route choice behavior of driver is assumed to be affected by the current conditions of traffic environments as well as the Past traffic environments and activities. The repeated survey of multi-timed to owner drove in Chon-ju city by the virtual traffic information system was performed by the stated preference method. And the LISREL(An analysis of linear structural relationship) model was used. As the results. the variable Parameter and t-value of travel time information on applied model was high and their results have an effect greatly to the route choice. After all, the route choice was negative from Kirin-ro, which Penetrates the downtown, and positive from Chunbyun-ro which was a roundabout way was confirmed. Estimated result of the reasonability, the highest suitable model was ode which applied the concept of serial correlation and stated dependence and was shown applying rightfulness to dynamic model. As the serial correlation and stated dependence parameter value, when time interval was large, parameter value was small and the serial correlation and stated dependence was in inverse proportion ratio to the time interval.

Koreans Sense of Home: An Analysis of the Relationship between Their Ethos and Relevant Geographical Attributes (한국인의 고향관: 그 지리학적 요인과 정서(ethos)의 관계)

  • 본 연구에서는 고향의 개념을 의미론적 측면과 지리학적 입장에서 정의하고, 한국 사람들이 고향이라고 지칭하는 고향의 공간적 대상, 고향에 대한 감정과 선호, 고향의 지리적 특징 및 이미지 등을 조사하여, 이를 중심으로 한국인의 고향에 대한 애착의 본질과 정서(ethos)를 밝히려 하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 한국인의 고향에 대한 애착은 본질적으로 고향 의식과 회귀본능과 같은 고향에 대한 인류의 보편적 정서로부터 나온 것이다. 둘째. 이러한 보편적 정서 위에 한국의 사회적 배경에서 나오는 고유한 고향의식이 첨가되었다. 사회적 배경에서 발생된 고향에 대한 강한 애착은 효에 근본을 둔 유교적 전통, 남북분단, 도시화에 따른 광범위한 실향의 결과에 의해서 형성된 정서라고 볼수 있다. 섯째, 고향이미지는 이러한 한국의 정서를 반영하고 있으며, 자연환경적, 인문환경적, 감각적 요소가 모두 수렴된 전형적이며, 추상화된 유형으로 나타난다. 넛째, 한국인의 고향에 대한 정서는 인간의 본성으로부터 나오는 보편적 정서와 대체로는 일치하지만 개인이나 집단의 인구.사회적 배경과 공간적 체험에 따라 다른 것으로 나타났다.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 농산물 수입개방에 대한 소비자 의식과 농산물을 구매할 때의 평가기준, 구매 이유 등의 구매태도가 농촌과 도시 소비자간에 어떤 차이를 보이는가를 조사함으로써 급속히 변화된 국제시장환경에 대처하기 위한 소비자측면의 기초자료를 제공하는데 있다. 조사대상은 서울, 인천, 김포 지역에 거주하는 20세 이상의 남녀 214명이었으며 조사도구는 설문지를 사용하였고, 분석방법은 SPSS PC 프로그램을 이용하여 지역간의 차이를 $X^2로$ 검정하였다. 농촌 소비자가 도시 소비자보다 농산물 시장개방에 대하여 더 큰 피해 의식을 가지고 있었으며 이에 대한 대응방안에 대하여도 도시소비자는 재래품종개발, 공산품위주의 산업구조 편성, 유통절차의 간소화로 응답한 반면 농촌소비자는 식량안정지급에 필요한 주곡류 육성, 정부지원 등으로 응답하였다. 또한 구매 태도에서는 우리 농산물의 품질을 인정하면서도 도시와 농촌이 모두 가격이 싼 수입 농산물을 선호하는 양상을 보였으며 구매장소, 평가기준 등에는 도시와 농촌간에 차이를 보였다.

  • Housing Performance Indication for fire resistance and fire safety performance safelight about the evacuation of Korea and Japan on how to express Survey was conducted. Research results show how considering the fire safety performance required according to the improvement and The current introduction methods are difficult to understand the performance of housing. Also Survey of Japan and South Korea show the preferred method of comparison is a difference.

The Uses and Consciousness of Bathrooms and the Preference of Bathroom Plans of College Students in Jeonju City (전주지역 대학생의 욕실사용실태 및 의식, 평면선호에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the actual usefulness of bathrooms and to clarify the preference of bathroom plans by college students in Jeonju City. Data was collected through self-administered questionnaires and 315 college students were used for this study. The major results are as follows. The bathroom types were mostly unit bathrooms and were not suited with using bathrooms of college students. The college students usually used unit bathrooms individually for stool and showering. The unit type of bathroom was not comfortable for them and, therefore, most of them were not satisfied with their bathrooms. They wanted a separate space for different facilities such as a bathtub and toilet, a dressing room, and a fixed clothes chest. Generally the college students did not prefer unit bathrooms, but the bathroom plan with separate rooms for the bathroom and toilet, with space for dressing. This study suggests that further studies be conducted on college students in other big, small and medium-sized cities. Also, it is necessary to offer bathroom plans which take the size of houses and bathrooms, and the number of bathrooms into account and to survey housing consumers' satisfaction of those bathroom plans.

A Study on Tendency of Color Consciousness and Preference for Healthcare Environmental Color (보건의료 색채환경을 위한 색채 의식 및 선호 경향 연구)

  • This study is a basic research to suggest user-centered healthcare environmental color, which aims to analyze tendency of color consciousness and preference depending on the user characteristics (generation, gender, residential area, and environment). For this purpose, this study constructed an analysis tool through the literature review with regard to environmental color of healthcare facility and influential factors of color preference. Besides, an online survey regarding general usage and satisfaction, health related color consciousness, and color preference tendency of healthcare facility was conducted targeting from 20s to 60s, total 1,500 persons. The results of this study are as follows: (1) The usage and satisfaction of healthcare facilities were higher for older generation and accessible urban area. (2) The respondents were aware that color and health are related, recognizing 'green' as healthy and stress relieving color. Besides, 'natural' and 'clear' was the highest in health related color image. 'Light' which relates to vitality was high as well for older generation. (3) In the color preference tendency survey, hue PB was generally the most highly preferred, in details, younger generation preferred B and R while older generation preferred G. The survey also showed high value and chroma were preferred, while female and younger generation preferred high value of 9.0 and low chroma close to achromatic color, which presented older generation preferred vivid color.
