선형 브러시리스 DC 모터의 정밀 위치제어에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Precision Position Control for the Linear BLDC Motor)

  • The brushless DC motor(BLDCM) is widely used in many applications. One of the application of the BLDCM is the stage which is one of process in the semiconductor manufacturing processes. Very high performance is required in the stage process. In this paper, the 1 degree of freedom positioning system for the basic technology of the stage is studied. The linearization method is proposed to make the controller design procedures easy by measuring the thrust force ripple using the strain gauge. And through the experiments, it is proved that the inner velocity control loop is necessary to make more precise positioning control system.

  • This paper proposes a demagnetization fault diagnosis method for interior permanent magnet synchronous motors(IPMSMs). In particular, a demagnetization fault is one of the most frequent electrical faults in IPMSMs. This paper proposes an estimation method for permanent magnet flux. The method is based on linear interpolation. The effectiveness of the proposed method for diagnose demagnetization faults is verified through various operating conditions by finite element simulation.

  • Linear pulse motor (LPM) has the vibration during the operation because of magnetic characteristic which is caused by the mechanical configuration and the electromagnetic property. This paper proposes the calculation of thrust on the base of magnetic equivalent circuit for the purpose of the vibration minimization of LPM. The permeance of LPM is calculated and simulated from the construction tooth. The thrust is compared with the analytical method, the 3D finite element method (FEM) and the experimental values. The vibration of LPM is measured and estimated to select the input current wave for an optimal operation condition.

  • The linear motor is available for linear transition motion, because of its advantages, the motor design and its application have gradually increased, but the quantitative measurement system of thrust force has not been generalized. Need analysis of correct thrust for control performance improvement of HB-LPM(HB-type Linear Pulse Motor). It is difficult to analyze HB-LPM's thrust. In this paper, HB-LPM's thrust is expressed to mathematical expression. And it is proved validity of this numerical formula by thrust measurement system. Two phase driver is composed. It is verified validity of numerical formula that measure waveform of electric current and voltage that is supplied in each phase.

  • An ultrasonic linear motor using lambda shape vibrators has been designed and fabricated. The multiway ultrasonic motors mainly consist of an lambda shape ultrasonic vibrator which generates elliptical motions in beat. The lambda shape ultrasonic linear motor use longitudinal and bending vibration mode. In order to high precision motion control and multiway moving, piezoceramics were adhered to lambda shape brass elastic material. The finite element method was used to optimize dimension of ultrasonic vibrator and direction of vibratory displacement. As a result of estimating the characteristics of the ultrasonic linear motor, The results have shown that the lambda shape ultrasonic linear motor can be moved multiwav by using the phase control. Close agreement between the FEM results and experimental results obtained for the lambda shape ultrasonic linear motor.

  • 2D analysis is impossible for Hybrid stepping motor(HSM) and 3D analysis is necessary because the permanent magnet is magnetized to the axial direction. In this paper, the characteristics of HSM are analyzed by using 3D equivalent magnetic circuit network method(3D EMCNM). In addition, the trapezoidal element is introduced for the exact permeance calculation in the complex shape machinery such as HSM. The magnetic saturation of core is considered.

  • In this study, a single phase driven piezoelectric motor design is presented for linear motion-metal/ ceramics composite structure. Using ANSYS finite element analysis software, mode shape of free motor was obtained to clarify the working principle of this motor. And characteristics of the motor was measured. The motor is composed of a piezoelectric ceramic, a metal ring which has 4 arms, and a guider. The motor with 25.0[mm] diameter was studied by finite element analysis and experimentation too. As a result, the motor was expressed the best speed in resonance frequency. And according as voltage of the motor increase, the speed increased by ratio.

  • In this study, multilayer structured ultrasonic linear motor was designed and simulated using ANSYS of finite element method simulator for investigating the optimum conditions of it. The ultrasonic linear motor studied in this paper designed using the 1st longitudinal($L_1$) and 4th bending vibration($B_4$). The driving voltage of the motor was very low as $V_1=5\sqrt{2}sinwt$ and $V_2=5\sqrt{2}coswt$. With the increase of the number of piezoelectric ceramic layers, displacement of node was increased. Maximum z displacement of node was about $12{\mu}m$ at the 18 layered ultrasonic motor.

  • The design and test of an magnetostrictive linear motor(MLM) that operates based on self-moving cell concept is presented. The moving cell is composed of Terfenol-D linear actuator and a ring structure, and a cell train is constructed by connecting two cells in series. Since this motor uses the stroke of Terfenol-D actuators and friction force of the cells, it can essentially produce long stroke and large force. The overall performance of the MLM was measured in terms of speed and force. The pushing force is directly related with the friction force. This work is a proof-of-concept stage and investigation is necessary for realistic application.

PD 제어기와 신경회로망을 이용한 유도전동기의 속도제어 ((The Speed Control of Induction Motor using PD Controller and Neural Networks))

  • 본 논문에서는 PD 제어기와 신경회로망을 이용하여 3상 유도전동기의 속도제어 시스템을 구현하고자 한다. PD 제어기는 초기의 제어를 담당하며 신경회로망의 초기 학습을 담당한다. 또한, 신경회로망은 비선형 매핑능력과 학습능력이 탁월하기 때문에 제어기로 많이 사용되며 특히 전향경로 신경망은 구조가 매우 간단하기 때문에 본 논문에서는 이를 이용하여 유도전동기의 속도제어 시스템에 구현하였다. 신경회로망의 입력으로는 모터의 기준속도, 엔코더를 이용하여 측정한 모터의 실제 속도와 제어입력 전류를 이용하였고, 온라인 상태로 학습되도록 하였다. 본 논문에서 제안된 알고리즘의 타당성을 보이기 위해 기존에 널리 사용되었던 PI 제어기와 비교평가를 하였으며 시뮬레이션과 실험결과로부터 초기운전 상태에서는 PD 제어기가 주로 제어를 담당하지만 시간이 지남에 따라 신경회로망이 학습되어 신경회로망이 주 제어기가 됨을 확인하였다. 아울러, 제안된 하이브리드 제어기가 PI 제어기보다 우수하고 특히 부하변동과 같은 외란에 강인함을 알 수 있었으며, 정상상태 오차가 현저히 감소하여 정밀한 속도제어가 가능함을 확인하였다.
