  • 본 논문에서는 기계학습 방법에 기반을 둔 119 긴급 신고 전화 전사 데이터에 대한 구급, 구조, 화재 상황 분류 알고리즘을 개발하였다. 신고전화에서 빈번하게 발생하는 비정형 발화 패턴을 효율적으로 정규화하고 자연어 문장 처리 기법에서 일반적으로 사용하는 방법을 적용하여 신고전화 텍스트 데이터를 기계학습에서 사용할 수 있는 특징 벡터로 재구성하였다. 2743개의 신고전화에 대해 선형 서포트 벡터 머신을 이용하여 상황 분류를 수행한 결과, 92% 의 정확도를 얻을 수 있었다.

  • An actuator mixer design using convex optimization technique situation where the propulsion system of an electric VTOL UAV during vertical take-off and landing maneuvers is proposed. The attainable control set to analyze the impact from failure of each motor and propeller can be calculated and illustrated using the properties of the convex function. The control allocation can be defined as a convex function optimization problem to obtain an optimal solution in real time. The mixer is implemented using a convex optimization solver, and the performance of the control allocation methods is compared to the attainable control set. Finally, the proposed mixer is compared with other techniques with nonlinear sux degree-of-freedom simulation.

  • 본 연구에서는 단일목적 저수지와 다목적 댐의 최적운영을 위하여 전역최적해를 탐색하는 SCE-UA법을 사용하는 비선형계획법을 적용한 최적화 모형을 구성하고 과거 운영자료를 사용하여 모형의 적용성을 검토하고 분석하였다. 또한, 다목적댐의 운영수위 상승으로 인하여 발생하는 추가용수를 댐하류로 추가적으로 공급함에 따른 댐운영상의 문제점과 해결책을 제시했다. 관개용 단일 목적 저수지의 유입량은 하천망 모형인 SSARR 모형을 이용하여 추정하였다. 관개용 단일 목적저수지의 용수배분을 최적화한 결과, 실측치와 최적방류량간의 상대오차가 $-2.6\~10.5\%$ 범위를 나타냈으며, 비교적 실측방류량과 유사한 형태로 용수를 공급하는 길과를 나타냈다. 다목적 저수지의 최적운영을 위해 발전량, 저수량 및 필요수량의 관계를 목적함수로하는 최적화 모형을 구성하여 섬진강댐의 최적운영에 적용하였다. 섬진강댐의 댐하류 방류량 증가에 따른 운영상의 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 댐하류 유지용수량을 0.17, 0.50, 0.70, 1.0, 1.5, $3.0m^3/sec$ 방류하는 경우로 구분하여 최적운영한 길과, 댐하류 유지용수량이 $1.0m^3/sec$ 이하인 경우에 발전량이 실적평균발전량에 근접한 결과를 나타냈으며, 용수공급량도 계획공급량인 377.4 백만 $m^3$ 보다 $28.9\~100.7$ 백만 $m^3$ 만큼 많은 양을 공급하는 결과를 나타냈다.

  • In this paper, fuzzy system modeling using new hierarchical structure is suggested for the complex and uncertain system. The proposed modeling technique Is to decompose the fuzzy rule base structure into the above-rule base and the sub-rule base. By applying hierarchical fuzzy rules, they can be used efficiently and logically. Also, hieratical fuzzy rules can improve the accuracy and the transparency of structure in the fuzzy system. The genetic algorithm is applied for optimization of the parameters and the structure of the fuzzy rules. To show the effectiveness of the proposed method, fuzzy modeling of the complex nonlinear system is provided.

  • This paper concerns a design methodology of observer-based output-feedback digital controller for Takagi-Sugeno(TS) fuzzy systems using intelligent digital redesign (IDR). The term of IDR involves converting an analog fuzzy-mode-based controller into an equivalent digital one in the sense of state-matching. The considered IDR problem is viewed as convex minimization problems of the norm distances between linear operators to be matched. The stability condition is easily embedded and the separations principle is explicitly shown.

  • The objective of this study is to develop efficient numerical method to enable solution of optimal control problems of Navier-Stokes flows and to apply these technique to the problem of viscous drag minimization on a bluff body by controlling boundary velocities on the surface of the body. In addition to the industrial importance of the drag reduction problem, it serves as a model for other more complex flow optimization settings, and allows us to study, modify, and improve the behavior of the optimal control methods proposed here. The control is affected by the suction or injection of fluid on portions of the boundary, and the objective function represents the rate at which energy is dissipated in the fluid. This study shows how reduced Hessian successive quadratic programming method, which avoid converging the flow equations at each iteration, can be tailored to these problems.

Level Set Based Topological Shape Optimization of Hyper-elastic Nonlinear Structures using Topological Derivatives (위상 민감도를 이용한 초탄성 비선형 구조의 레벨셋 기반 위상 및 형상 최적설계)

  • A level set based topological shape optimization method for nonlinear structure considering hyper-elastic problems is developed. To relieve significant convergence difficulty in topology optimization of nonlinear structure due to inaccurate tangent stiffness which comes from material penalization of whole domain, explicit boundary for exact tangent stiffness is used by taking advantage of level set function for arbitrary boundary shape. For given arbitrary boundary which is represented by level set function, a Delaunay triangulation scheme is used for current structure discretization instead of using implicit fixed grid. The required velocity field in the actual domain to update the level set equation is determined from the descent direction of Lagrangian derived from optimality conditions. The velocity field outside the actual domain is determined through a velocity extension scheme based on the method suggested by Adalsteinsson and Sethian(1999). The topological derivatives are incorporated into the level set based framework to enable to create holes whenever and wherever necessary during the optimization.

  • 본 논문은 확률특성을 갖는 네트워크 기반 제어시스템(NCS; Networked Control Systems)을 위하여 동적 베이시안 네트워크(DBN; Dynamic Bayesian Networks)와 신경회로망 기법을 이용한 지능제어기법을 제안한다. 신경회로망은 시변 시간지연을 갖는 비선형 시스템의 실시간 오차를 보상하기 위한 제어기의 최적화에 적용된다. 모듈화 신경회로망이 구성되며 이것은 제어기의 파라미터를 출력한다 가장 간단한 DBN 구조인 마코브 체인(MC; Markov Chain)이 구성되며 NCS의 랜덤 관측값을 모델링에 적용되며 예측 제어기의 구성에 또한 사용된다. 제안한 제어기법은 위성시스템의 자세제어에 적용하여 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 통해 성능을 검증하였다.

A Nonlinear Observer Design for Estimating State-of-Charge of Lithium Polymer Battery (리튬폴리머 배터리 잔존충전용량 추정을 위한 비선형 관측기 설계)

  • This paper presents a nonlinear observer design method for SOC(state-of-charge) estimation of Lithium polymer battery cell. The dynamic equation of the battery cell is modeled as a simple RC electrical circuit with a nonlinear voltage source and the parameters are obtained via nonlinear optimization. Using the sum of squares decomposition, the observer gain is designed such that the error dynamics is asymptotically stable and the decay rate is below the prescribed value. In order to illustrate the performance of the observer, a computer simulation is performed using the experimental data with the UDDS(urban dynamometer driving schedule) current profile.

Integral Sliding-based Dynamic Control Method using Genetic Algorithm on an Omnidirectional Mobile Robot (전방향 모바일 로봇에서 유전알고리즘을 이용한 적분 슬라이딩 기반 동적 제어 기법)

  • Omnidirectional mobile robots can be mobile in any direction without changing the robot's direction, making them easy to apply in many applications and providing excellent maneuverability. Omnidirectional mobile robots have non-linear dynamic components such as friction, making them difficult to model accurately. In this paper, we linearize the mobile robot system using the mobile robot's inverse dynamics and integral sliding mode control method to remove these nonlinear components. And the position and velocity gains are optimized using a genetic algorithm to realize the optimal performance of the proposed system control method. As a result of the performance evaluation, the genetic algorithm's control method showed superior performance than the control method with an arbitrary gain. And the proposed inverse dynamic and integral sliding mode control method can be applied to other control methods. It can be beneficial for designing a linear control system.
