본 연구는 실증주의적 연구방법에 근거한 스포츠마케팅 연구에 자연주의적 접근방법을 소개하고 Ethnographic 면접방법의 적용가능성을 제안하기 위한 목적으로 진행되었다. 이를 위해 스포츠마케팅의 선행연구들의 특성과 연구동향을 검토하고 해설적 연구와 질적분석의 필요성을 제시함과 동시에 Ethnographic면접 방법을 소개하고 스포츠마케팅 연구에 유용성을 제시하였다. Spradly(1996)가 제시한 12단계의 연구과정을 6단계로 축약하고 각 단계에서 의 연구내용을 제시하였다. 또한 스포츠마케팅의 적용분야로 스포츠상품의 생산자인 선수 와 관람소비자의 역할 규명 연구, 스포츠마케팅의 소비과정과 고객만족 연구. 매체를 통 한 소비상황과 서비스적 요인 연구, 스포츠마케팅의 연구영역 등에 적용가능성을 제시하 였다.

To sustain successful relations with its customers, an internet business enterprise has to understand precisely the difference between customers' behaviour and their purchasing behaviour pattern on its customer basis. For this purpose, I closely looked into what difference there was between a leading variable which had an effect on internet customer long-term orientation and a special variable depending on period of transactions To prove this research, I analyzed collected data in which customers had experienced in shopping at internet shopping mall and discussed strategic current issues about its analytic results.

The purpose of this study is developing the manifestation process model of group creativity among mathematically gifted students. Therefore, I designed the manifestation process model of group creativity by researching the existing literatures on group creativity and mathematical creativity. The manifestation process model of group creativity was applied to mathematically gifted students' class. By analyzing students' response, the manifestation process model of group creativity was improved and concretized. In conclusion, the process of a combination of contributions was concretized and the major variables on group creativity such as a diversity, conflict, emotionally supportive environment and social comparison were verified. In addition, some reflective processes was discovered from a case study.

로켓 엔진 시스템에는 가압가스로 추진제를 엔진으로 공급하는 가압 시스템과 터보펌프를 이용해 엔진으로 고압의 추진제를 공급하는 터보펌프 시스템으로 나눌 수 있으며 터보펌프 시스템은 다시 Gas Generator를 이용하는 개방형 엔진과 Prebumer를 이용한 폐쇄형 엔진인 다단 엔진으로 구분할 수 있다. 로켓의 엔진 시스템은 Turbine, Turbopump, Gas Generator, Thrust Chamber, Tube, Valve, Propellant Tank 등 각 구성품 간에 서로 상호간섭이 매우 심한 공정이다 로켓 엔진 시스템은 이와 같은 상호간섭에 의해 추력 제어 및 혼합비 제어, 추진제 소진 제어 적용 시 정확하고 강인한 제어를 수행하여야 한다. 이를 위해 정확한 동특성 모델을 구축하는 것이 중요하며 모델을 통해 적절한 제어 시스템을 선택하여야 한다. 그러나 현재 국내에는 이에 대한 연구가 미미하며 해외의 경우 로켓은 특수 분야에 속함으로 공개되어 있지 않다. 로켓에 대한 개발 연구에 있어서는 위와 같은 작업이 선행되어야 하며 이에 대한 선행 연구로 한국항공우주연구원에서 Gas Generator를 이용한 개방형 터보펌프 엔진 시스템에 대한 연구를 진행하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 Gas Generator를 이용한 개방형 터보펌프 엔진시스템에 대한 동특성 모델을 구성하였다. 배관부, 터빈, 펌프, 밸브, Gas Generator, 재생냉각, 추력연소실 등 엔진 시스템을 구성하는 구성품에 대한 동특성 모델을 구성하였으며 이를 matlab의 simulink를 통해 각 구성품을 연결하여 최종 엔진시스템의 동특성 모델을 구성하였다. 구성된 동특성 모델을 통해 각종 변화(추진제 밀도 변화, 추력 변화, 혼합비 변화 등)에 대한 엔진 시스템 변화를 예측하여 정확한 엔진 시스템에 대한 이해를 넓혔으며 추력 제어 및 혼합비, 추진제 소진 제어를 최적으로 할 수 있는 제어 시스템 구축을 위한 기초 자료로 이용할 수 있을 것이다.

This study is to investigate extensively the complaint responses of the public library users, as an example of the complaining behaviors of the clients in not-for-profit organization. It selects and analyzes empirically some of the antecedents of the complaining behaviors including attitude toward complaining, cost of the complaining, likelihood of success, of success, product, external attributions and loyalty, and complaint responses including exit, voice(redress seeking), negative word-of-mouth and third party complaints, of the public library users, based on the theoretical backgrounds. It also examines the free use as a new variable of antecedents for not-for-profit organizations. Final data through questionaries are obtained from 515 unsatisfied adult public library users in Taegu, 456 of them analysed with SPSS 10.0 for Windows.

Despite of the importances, grey literatures are often overlooked as a resource in libraries because they have always had the reputation of being obscure and difficult to locate. Thus, an information system and network for the management of grey literature is essential to the improvement of Korean R&D in science and technology. The Results of the research are as follow : - Declare the clear definitions and types of grey literatures - Suggest the utilizing methods of grey literatures - Identify the major functions or requirements of National Information Center on Grey Literature.

The 7th curriculum sets a basic direction based on learner centered teaching. To this end, the curriculum puts a focus on activity centered classes using teaching tools. In reality, however, elementary school teachers find using the teaching tools in their classes difficult, although there are various studies going on to improve the practical use of the teaching tools in the classroom. In this paper, we present an effective approach to utilize those prior studies on using the teaching tools in classes for 4th, 5th and 6th graders.

Following two pioneering works, Medoff and Abraham(QJE 1980; JHR 1981) and Flabbi and Ichino(LE 2001) which use performance rating of personnel data as individual worker's productivity, this study replicates their analysis using a Korean large firm's personnel data(2000, male white collar workers). According to their methods through Mincerian earnings function, and multinomial logit model that links the distribution of wages and performance ratings, we find that seniority wages appeare continuously even if individual worker's productivity is controlled. Therefore we conclude that incentive or deferred compensation theory is more suitable than human capital theory.

In this study, we revisit an empirical literature has found that neighborhood income inequality lowers people's likelihood of contributing public goods in terms of volunteering. We contribute to the literature by explicitly addressing the issues of larger and improper neighborhood choice with a census-type data and endogenous neighborhood location with some unique features of 2009 Social Survey Data by Statistics Korea. The results have confirmed that income heterogeneity lowers people's volunteering.

This paper provides an analysis of a survey on high school students' understanding of definite integral. The purposes of this survey were to identify high school students' private concept definitiones and concept images on definite integral. Definitions and images, as well as the relation between them of the definite integral concept, were examined in 108 high school students. A questionnaire was designed to explore the cognitive schemes for the definite integral concept that evoked by the students. The students' individual answers were collected through written environment. Four types of the private concept definitiones and concept images were identified in the analysis.
