While software globalization is becoming more important, little research has been undertaken into what is meant by globalization and the degree of globalization capability in the Korean software industry. A survey study was conducted among software engineering professionals, gathering the data from 31 IT companies across 7 large-scale projects in Korea. The results indicate that the evaluation score for globalization capability is 2.51 out of 5 points, which is the lowest compared to other areas of software engineering such as team capability (2.88), process and tool supports (2.96), project management (2.97) and development (3.64). We also discuss how to introduce software globalization technologies in Korea based on the successful experiences of leading global IT companies.

Korea government is making an effort to improve the efficiency in construction industry by introducing CITIS (Contractor integrated Technical Information Service). In order to provide a base for the application of CITIS into the construction industry, this research provides a concept of virtual factory which should be incorporated into CITIS system for the successful collaborative work in the virtual space. It then implements a prototype system through process and data modeling to apply into the road construction projects. The prototype system is tested to verify its efficiency. Finally, lesson learned from these works is provided to advance the current CITIS toward a collaborative virtual factory.

우리나라는 R&D투자 정책을 적극적으로 추진한 결과 과학기술 발전을 통한 경제성장을 이룩하여 왔고, 세계 선진 각국에서도 과학기술을 중요한 국가 아젠다로 삼으면서 신기술 개발이나 사회문제 해결을 위한 해결책으로 과학기술 정책을 적극적으로 펼치면서 R&D에 대한 적극적인 투자를 시행하고 있다. 우리나라의 경우도 2014년 기준으로 정부의 R&D투자 예산은 17조 7천억원의 거대한 규모로 확대되고 있으며, 각각의 연구주체들에 의해 수행되어진 결과로 나오는 다양한 종류의 연구성과에 대한 성과관리의 중요성은 점점 더해가고 있는 실정이다. 한편, 연구개발 투자에 대한 성과의 효율성이라는 측면에 있어서 염려의 목소리도 만만치 않은 실정이다. 이는 연구성과를 창출하기 위한 프로세스, 즉 연구기획, 선정, 수행관리, 결과평가, 사후관리 및 사업화 등의 과정들을 철저하고 효율적으로 관리하여야 한다는 측면에서 접근할 수도 있겠으나, 중소기업을 지원하는 정부의 R&D 지원형태에 있어서는 정부의 지원방식에 따라, 즉 출연(국가 등이 반대급부 없이 예산이나 기금에서 지원하는 방식)지원이나 융자지원(일정한 금리와 상환기간을 정해놓고 지원하는 방식)에 따라 도출되는 성과의 차이가 있을 수 있다는 점에 착안하여 그 두가지 지원방식에 따른 성과에 있어서의 차이점을 비교해 보고, 그 결과에 따라 정부가 중소기업을 대상으로 지원하는 방식에 대한 방향성을 제시해 보고자 한다.

This study analyzed diversification and diversification indices by region and construction type of overseas construction in major global countries using the Berry-Herfindahl Index. The analysis found that advanced European countries account for most of the countries with a high overseas share of global design and construction companies, and a high degree of diversification by engineering and by region. Korea is pushing for diversification through the specialization of construction enterprises by type of construction, and design enterprises are concentrated in some areas and specializations by type of construction and region. In the future, Korea's global construction companies need to strengthen their overseas competitiveness by diversifying their overseas business areas and their industrial sectors in the way that advanced countries have.

본 논문은 스타트업과 벤처기업의 임직원이 상장후 적법한 절차에 따라 스톡옵션 행사를 하였지만, 주식시장의 주가에 악영향을 미치며 일반투자자 피해가 발생하여 도덕적 해이 논란이 촉발되었고 이 문제에 대해 정부 규제당국이 직접적인 추가규제를 예정하고 있는 상황에서 주식매수선택권제도(Stock Option, 이하 스톡옵션)의 보완 수단인 양도제한조건부주식(Restricted Stock Unit, 이하 RSU)제도를 도입함으로써 시장중심적으로 이 문제를 풀어내는 선진 스타트업 벤처금융 방안을 제시하는 것이 목적이다. 이를 위해, 본 논문은 첫째, RSU의 개념에 대해 제한조건부주식(Restricted Stock, 이하 RS)와 비교논의를 통해 제시하며. RSU의 스톡옵션에 대한 보완적 특징 설명에서는 기존 스톡옵션제도와 RSU를 비교 설명하였다. 둘째, RSU의 단점과 한계점을 설명하고 그 한계점을 극복하며 국내 스타트업과 벤처기업들이 이를 효과적으로 도입 할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다. 셋째, RSU의 도입 현황을 제시하며 향후 RSU 도입 위한 정책방안들을 제안하였다. 본 논문은 이를 통해 RSU가 기본 스톡옵션제도의 규제강화를 통한 시장 위축적인 해결보다는, 새로운 대안을 주식연계형 보상방안 대안을 제시함으로써 보다 시장친화적인 제도를 마련함으로써 국내 스타트업과 벤처기업의 인력수급 해소와 사업활성화에 큰 의미를 벤처생태계 스스로가 풀어내는데에 기여할 것으로 기대한다.

The aim of this study is analyzing the factors and performance related to the entry control mode when a SME advances into the global market. For this, the strategic factor of the SME was divided into the enterprise capabilities consisting of technology commercial capability, internal capability, and global capability of enterprise and information capabilities that are the capabilities on the global market and on the advanced technology. In the empirical study, a total of 27 variables that include the control variables and the financial and non-financial variables as a performance variable was used. The hypothesis was also established for analyzing the effect of the entry strategies on the entry control mode and the effect of the mode on performance. Logistic regression was conducted for verifying the hypothesis, and Multiple regression analysis and T-test were carried out on the additional analysis related to the performance.

In the recent years, Korean construction companies have been awarded 680 billion USD in the oversea projects which lead to a successful quantitative growth. However, due to the lack of capability in the core technology and project management compared to the leading companies, in addition to low-price bidding, massive deficit projects have caused problems to the companies. In order to overcome the limitations of the lack of capabilities, the term constructability has been researched recently by developed countries to apply in the practical use. The concept of constructability must be applied for Korean companies to compete in the EPC construction projects. The term constructability is defined as the factor that affect the overall construction process of a project which is defined by the ease of construction and to secure the project quality. Therefore, this study aims to develop a constructability assessment model using the structural equation to assess the factors that affect the constructability in the design and construction stage. The purpose of using the structural equation is to analyze the direct and indirect correlation between each factor that affects the international construction projects. Total of 8 latent variables and 34 measured variables are derived through literature review, corporate reports, experts' interview and surveys. The result of the model suggests the constructability factors that are to be managed the most efficiently to reduce cost, time and improve the quality as well as a countermeasure strategy to successfully execute the target international construction projects.

In recent years, Project Management Consultant(PMC) project has been emerging as a high-value-added engineering project. However, domestic engineering firms have difficulties in entering the overseas PMC market because of poor project performance and lack of PMC capabilities. To overcome these limitations, this study analyzes the key competitiveness factors for successfully performing the global PMC projects. PMC competency factors based on Porter's double diamond theory were extracted, and a questionnaire survey was conducted on domestic and overseas engineering firms. In addition, the important PMC competency factors were derived through paired t-test and IPA matrix analysis. As a result, the PMC competitiveness of domestic engineering firms was analyzed as around 60% compared to that of global engineering firms. Furthermore, 'PMC track records' and 'project management/owner response skills' were identified as top priority competency factors which are the most necessary factors for present domestic engineering firms. This study is expected to support to establish the international PMC market entry strategies by providing priorities of key competitiveness factors.

After the Cold War, obligations of nation are expanded to 'Comprehensive Security' that caring citizens' safety and welfare in addition to national defense. Major nations are competing to revolutionize their army to be prepared for various threats. Major nations, including United States and United Kingdom, are tend to adopting and using PMCs eagerly. The size of PMC market estimated around 70 billion euro and growing rapidly. Korea has to adopt PMCs for building military force and operating efficiency while driving 'Military Reform 2030'. Adopting PMCs in Korea can be considered as followings reflecting security situation. So, Korean army must consider implementing and adopting PMCs in order to building army force and attaining efficiency and preparing for the N orth Korean threat and various security risks.

CSR(Corporate Social Responsibility), as company's survival strategy, recently has an increasing importance in the world and becomes a global trend as a requisite of improving national competitiveness. That is because advanced countries hurry to standardize the CSR so that it can give systematic complementary methods to the right and reverse function due to many emerging multinational corporations and trade increase between nations. This study is the basic study to expand the CSR awareness of online game development company resulting from this problem. Yet the CSR-related discussions in Korea is still in its infancy even in the general companies. But online game industry has overseas export possibility, especially high profit in another country. The complete preparation is the key to the rise and fall of online game, furthermore related companies.
