본 연구에서는 현 연구개발 과제의 선정과 관리 체제하에서 발생할 수 있는 역선택과 도덕적 해이의 문제점을 방지하지 위한 연구개발 과제 선정·관리 체제의 효율화 방안을 고찰해 보고자 하였다. 선정과정에서는 효율화를 위한 이론적 논의와 함께 정부주도의 연구개발 사업의 선정과정의 변천을 살펴보았다. 관리과정에서는 프로젝트 수행자의 도덕적 해이를 방지하기 위한 방편으로 엄격한 성과 중심의 관리체제 도입에 중점을 두었으며, 이와 관련한 우리 나라의 현행 성과 관리체제 및 성과측정 방법에 관한 이론적 접근과 성과측정 모형 등의 성과 중심의 관리에 대한 고찰을 하였다.

다양한 게임의 분야 중 온라인게임의 가장 큰 특징은 게임 속 캐릭터가 게이머 지시에 따라 역할을 수행하며 이를 통해 캐릭터가 성장하는 상호작용성을 갖는 것이다 온라인 게임에서의 캐릭터는 게이머 자신을 표현하는 대상이 되며 동시에, 현실의 자아와 게임의 세계관이 결합해서 나오는 하나의 인격체이기도 하다. 캐릭터 선정은 게이머가 게임을 시작하기 위해 진행하는 최초의 행위이기 때문에 게이머들은 각자 판단하는 기준을 사용하여 캐릭터를 선정하게 된다. 따라서 게이머의 캐릭터 선정 기준을 파악하는 것은 게임 캐릭터를 기획/디자인하는 과정에서 필수적인 사항이라고 말할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 게임캐릭터를 선정하는 과정에서 게이머의 결정에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하기 위해, WoW 여성 캐릭터의 성격과 호감도를 중심으로 가설을 설정하고 연구를 진행하였다. 캐릭터의 선정 과정과 호감도의 상관관계를 알아보기 위하여 피설문자의 캐릭터 선정 순위와 피설문자가 평가한 각각의 캐릭터의 호감도와 성격의 5요인을 분석하여 캐릭터의 선정 결과와 호강도의 관계를 도출하였다. 이를 통해 가설을 검증하고 게임 캐릭터의 기획 및 디자인 과정에서의 캐릭터 구성 방향을 제안한다.

제 7 차 교육과정에서 경제지리 과목이 심화 선택 과목으로 새롭게 설정되었다. 그러나 제 6차 교육과정 한국지리 과목의 경제지리 교육내용을 단순 확대.심화시켜 구성하였기 때문에, 그 동안의 비판과 문제점을 해결하지 못하고 있다. 지리교육에서 경제 지리교육내용의 선정 및 조직 바법은 산업별 분류방법, 주제 중심방법, 경제과정 중심방법으로 분류할 수 있는데, 기존은 교육과정은 산업별 분류방법을 근간으로 하고 있다. 본 연구에서는, 공급자의입장에서 나열적으로 교육내용을 선정.조직하고 있는 기존 방법의 문제점을 개선하고, 실생활에서 학습의 유용성을 확인시켜 학습자의 관심과 흥미를 갖게 하며, 다양한 형태의 교수-학습 활동이 가능하도록 하면서, 심화 선택 과목의 특성을 살릴 수 있는 경제 지리 과목의 교육내용 선정 및 조직 대안으로 지역문제 중심방법을 제안한다.

The purpose of the research is to examine the teachers' cognition about the math textbook selecting and to provide the implications about the rational process of the textbook selection and criteria based on the research. In terms of the research result about the inner and outer criteria of the actual process of the textbook selecting, they utilized the standard selection criteria distributed by Office of Education, and they considered 'Organization of learning contents' and 'Learning evaluation' as the most important factors. The selection method was that the answer 'After scoring the grade with matching standards, selecting by adding the total score' was the highest. In case of the actual selection, the most considerable inner criteria appeared 'Learning quantity and propriety of the difficulty level'. The outer criteria showed 'Awareness', and the difficulty in the selection process was 'in sufficient time for reviewing'. Based on this research result, we draw the implication that needs to be improved in the process of the textbook selection and the criteria.

본 연구에서는 노선선정 시 요구되고 있는 방대한 자료와 결정요소 등을 선택하여 의사결정체계인 계층분석과정을 이용하여 합리적인 노선선정의 방법을 제시하고 이를 평가하고자 하며, 이렇게 수행된 노선선정 결과를 지혈공간정보체계를 이용하여 시각화 및 분석하고자 한다. 구체적인 적용방법은 계층분석과정으로 선정된 평면선형을 분석하고 그것을 기반으로 종단선형의 설계를 종단경사 변화에 의한 다각적인 방법으로 분석하여 합리적인 노선선정을 도출하여 평가하고자 한다.

Site selection processes for high-level radioactive waste disposal facilities in different countries differ in terms of local geology and degree of public engagement. There seem to be three alternative processes for site selection: (1) selection with community consent after government choice; (2) selection with continuous community engagement after exclusion of unsuitable areas based on existing survey data; or (3) site selection where communities have expressed a willingness to participate. The Yucca Mountain site in Nevada, USA, was selected as the final disposal site by process (1) through six stages, but its development was suspended owing to opposition from the local governor and environmental groups. In Sweden, Switzerland, and Germany, process (2) is used and sites are selected through three stages. Sweden and Switzerland have completed site selection, and Germany is currently engaged in the process. The UK adopted process (3) with six stages, although the process has been suspended owing to poor community participation. In Korea, temporary storage facilities for spent nuclear fuel will reach saturation from 2030, so site selection must be promoted through various laws and systems, with continuous communication with local communities based on transparent and scientifically undertaken procedures.

현재 공시지가를 산정하는 과정에서 비교 표준지를 선정하는 작업은 지적 담당공무원의 수작업에 의하여 이루어지고 있다. 한정된 시간에 많은 개별필지의 비교표준지선정 작업으로 인하여, 객관적이고 합리적인 비교표준지를 선정하는 것에 어려움이 있다. 또한 현재 NGIS(국가지리정보체계)나 UIS(도시정보체계)등에 의한 국가적인 지형정보체계 구축사업이 급속도로 진전되고 있다. 이에 따라 토지의 가치평가의 한 분야인 개별토지의 지가산정작업도 최신의 자동화된 기법을 적용할 필요성이 증대되고 있다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 비교표준지를 선정하는 작업을 자동화함으로써 수작업에 의한 주관적인 요소를 배제하고, 객관적이고 정확하게 비교표준지를 선정하는 방법을 알아보았다. 아울러 이러한 자동화 기법을 사용함에 있어서 공간의사결정모델을 이용하여 비교 표준지와 개별 필지간의 토지특성을 충분히 고려하여 비교표준지를 선정함으로써 정확도를 높이는 방안을 모색하였다. 본 연구에서는 다양한 의사결정기법 중에서 계층분석과정(AHP)기법, Concordance 기법 그리고 Ideal Point 기법을 사용하여 비교표준지를 선정하였다. 3가지 방법을 통하여 나온 결과를 현재의 비교표준지와 비교하여본 결과, 계층분석과정기법이 가장 현실성이 있는 대안으로 선정 되었다. 본 연구의 결과와 현재 사용중인 비교표준지를 절충하여 좀더 현실적인 비교표준지 선정이 이루어질 것으로 기대한다.

Waste landfill site which is the facility usually rejected by communities is generally perceived as one of the serious social problems. It causes serious conflicts between interested parties from the beginning of the site selection process and produces various difficulties throughout the installation process. This study suggests the systematization and standardization of the landfill site selection process to reduce those problems and to objectify the process. The study process and results are as follows. First, the landfill site selection process was divided into 4 general phases rather than more specific fragmented phases and the requirements for each phase were suggested accordingly. This can make the process clearly organized and bring the standardization of the process by increasing the applicability of each phase for various situations. Second, the utilization of GIS(Geographic Information System) and PAPRIKA (Potentially All Pairwise RanKings of all possible Alternatives) among the various MCDA(Multi-Criteria Decision Analysis) methods was suggested as the objective and scientific method. Third, the hypothetical case study on the landfill site selection process of Cheongju city was conducted based on the information above and the results show the practicability and objectivity of the newly defined landfill site selection process in this study.

This study aims to investigate how secondary mathematics teachers use mathematics curriculum materials such as textbooks and teachers' guide in planning lessons and for their learning. 24 in-service mathematics teachers participated in surveys and two among them were interviewed. The findings from the data analysis suggest that: a) the teachers actively engaged in decision-making processes of the transition from written curriculum to intended curriculum; and b) the teachers showed a tendency of consulting to the ideas suggested in the curriculum materials for selecting objectives and contents for lessons and the what to assess, not ideas for selecting teaching methods and how to assess. Also, various factors such as students' achievement, participation, interest in mathematics, family environment, and college entrance were identified to influence the teachers' use of the curriculum materials.
