Purpose : To investigate the caspase-3 expression in the acinar and ductal cells of rat submandibular glands after the irradiation of various doses. Materials and Methods : The male Sprague-Dawley rats weighing approximately 250 gm were used for this study. The experimental group was irradiated with a single absorbed dose of 2, 5, 10, and 15 Gy on the head and neck region. The rats were sacrificed on the 1st, 3rd, 7th, 14th, 21 st, and 28th day after irradiation. The specimens including the submandibular gland were sectioned and observed using histopathological and immunohistochemical methods. Results : The local destruction of the acinar and ductal cells and the karyopyknotic nuclei of the acinar cells were observed in the 2 Gy and 5 Gy irradiation groups later than in the 10 Gy and 15 Gy irradiation groups. And the expression of caspase-3 was prominent only in the ductal cells in the 2 Gy and 5 Gy irradiation groups. Conclusion : This experiment suggests that radiation-induced apoptosis in the ductal cells of rat submandibular glands was induced by a low dose radiation associated with the activation of caspase-3 and radiation-induced necrosis was induced by a high dose radiation.

Daesan Harbor is developing under the Industrial Complex or Petrochemistry Development Plan making the port the main hub-port in the West coast. Because of this development. the traffic volume is expected to increase to 9,1.95 incoming vessels by 2020, an increase of 167% compared to 2008 figure. This study thoroughly analyzes and evaluates a systematic and comprehensive use of the fairway in the Daesan Harbor. It establishes a future oriented and safe marine transportation environment upon appropriate examination of the total fairways and sailing assistance facilities.

There are several severe problems for LED device, the next generation's economy green lighting: as the temperature increases, the lamp efficiency decreases; if the temperature is over $80^{\circ}C$, the lifetime of lighting decreases; Red Shift phenomenon that wavelength of spectrum line moves toward long wavelength occurs; and optical power decreases as $T_j$ increases. Thus, Heat sink design that can minimize the heat of LED device is currently in progress. While the thermal resistance of COB Type LED was reduced by direct coupling of LED chip to the board, residential 13.5W requires Heat sink in order resolve heat issue. This study designed Heat Sink suitable for residential 13.5W COB LED down-light and selected the optimum Fin thickness through flow simulation that packaged the designed Heat Sink and 13.5W COB. And finally it analyzed and evaluated the thermal modes using contacting thermometer.

There are increasing interests in COB (Chip On Board) that densely arranged many LED chips on one board in order to solve the heat issue. There are many problems being on the rise: the lifespan decreases as the temperature of LED devices increases; Red Shift phenomenon, in which wave length of spectral line moves from original wave length to long wave length, occurs; and optical power decreases as $T_j$ increases. In order to resolve such problems, this study selected the optimum thickness and length of Fin, planned the second Heat sink that is optimum for COB LED with 15W, and analyzed thermal mode by Solid Works Flow Simulation through 15W COB packaging with the planned Heat sink. 15W COB down-light Heat sink that is produced based on this analysis was utilized to analyze thermal mode through contact thermometer and electrical properties through Kelthley 2430.

고수익을 미끼로 한 자판기 분양사기가 최근 급증하고 있어 큰 문제가 되고 있다. 무조건 자판기 수익성만을 과대포장하여 투자자들의 `묻지마` 투자를 유도한 후 돈만 챙기고 사업에서 손을 떼어버리는 사기행각은 그 피해대상이 대부분 서민이라는 점에서 문제의 심각성을 더한다. 자판기가 불법 자금 모집을 통해 사기의 대상으로 외부 인식이 악화되어 버린다면 자판기 산업의 입지 역시 크게 좁혀 질 수 밖에 없다. 자판기 품목에 있어서는 불법자금모집의 대표적인 사례가 되는 경우는 확정수익을 보장한다며 투자자를 모집하는 경우이다. 그 후 일정기간동안 수익을 보장하며 투자자를 안심시킨 다음 일순간 돌변하여 자금을 챙겨 잠적을 하는 수순을 밝는다. 선의의 투자자들은 이럴 경우 엄청난 피해를 입게 되는 게 보통이다. 대개의 경우 기계 1~2대의 소량물량이 아닌 5대~l0대 단위의 투자를 유도하기 때문이다. 이제는 자판기 산업에 있어 이러한 악성 불법자금 모집업체들이 근절되어야 한다. 이 불법 사기행각의 대상이 더 이상 자판기 분야에 발을 붙이지 못하도록 하는 제도적 비책이 시급히 강구 되어야 한다. 이러한 가운데 금융감독원 비은행감독국 비제도금융조사팀에서는 올들어 지난 9월말까지 고수익을 미끼로 투자자금을 모집하다가 금감원에 적발된 유사 금융업체 85개사 명단을 사법당국에 통보했다. 불법자금모집 업체들이 투자자들을 유혹하기위해 미끼로 내세운 사업을 종류별로 보면 자판기, 게임기, 컴퓨터단말기 등 특정상품 운영권 제공이 29개사로 가장 많고, 사이버 쇼핑몰 및 인터넷사업(18개사), 납골당 등 부동산 투자(12개사), 영화등 문화 및 레저사업(10개사), 영화문화 및 레저산업(10개사), 벤처투자사(9개사) 등이었다. 자판기 분야에 있어서는 주로 성인용품자판기, 복권자판기 등의 품목이 불법자금 모집의 집중 타킷이 되었다. 금감원은 최근들어 유사 금융업체의 자금모집이 전문가도 속을 정도로 지능화하고 있다며 개인투자자들이 피해를 예방할 수 있는 불법업체 식별법을 금감원 인터넷 사이트(www.fss.or.kr)에 게시했다. 금감원은 특히 사업현황에 대해 지나치게 보안을 유지하는 업체, 1백$\%$이상의 터무니없는 고수익을 보장한다고 광고하는 업체, 제도권 금융회사의 지급보증을 강조하는 업체에 대해서는 투자에 앞서 금감원이나 업종 관련 정부당국에 사실여부를 확인해 보고 투자여부를 결정하라고 통보했다. 아울러 금감원은 금융소비자들이나 자판기 업계에서 불법자금 모집업체를 발견하여 전화(02-3786-8155~9)나 인터넷소비자 보호센터와 경찰에 신고해줄 것을 요청했다. 이제는 산업계도 더 이상 자판기 분야의 불법자금업체를 방치하지 말고 적극적인 금감원 신고를 통해 시장을 정화할 수 있게 해야 한다. 미꾸라지 한두마리가 온 개천 물 다 흐려놓는 이치처럼 자판기불법자금업체들로 인해 전체 산업에 미치는 영향이 실로 심각함을 인식해야 할 때이다. 금호 산업정보에서는 산업계에서 불법자금업체 근절에 많은 관심을 가질 수 있게 하기 위해 금융감독원 비은행감독국 비제도금융조사팀에서 배포한 $\ulcorner$불법자금 모집업체 고수익 보장 유혹에 주의$\lrcorner$ 에 대한 보도자료의 세부내용을 게재한다.

The development of the traffic system has brought relative reduction in aspect of the cost and time distance on the geographical space. SOC(social overhead capital), an express highway and railroad, has a great and absolute effect on the prosperity of community, As Mokpo is one of the community under the influence q West costal highway express and KTX(Korea Train Express), the number of the tourists visiting city of port like Mokpo has increasing gradually, especially at the high-demand season(in Summer). But the coastal passenger boot can't be capable of customers arriving at the port. As a result of this situation, the 'balking' occurs. No 'balking', means the jam of road. In this thesis, by understanding the concept and property of ARENA and simulating operation of coastal passenger boot at Mokpo port, intends to analyze the truth of 'balking' and finds an effective operation method of coastal passenger boot for the solution to the traffic jam. The solution to the jam in the vicinity of port of Mokpo, which try to develop tourism package commodity now, will present the effect of qualitative analysis in giving an opportunity of economic growth of the community, Mokpo.

The regional industry promotion system, which seeks to link the characteristics and resources of the region to its core strategic industry, is spreading the industrial resources in the form of an organic network. The Seosan-Daesan Port is the only port in the Chungcheong provinces that is equipped with international passenger dock and terminal, and it will soon have a ferry service operating to the Longyan port in Rongcheng, China in 2018. The study focuses on effects of the first international ferry operation in the provinces that are being realized with the aim of developing the regional industry. The study also analyzes the ripple effects on the tourism and port industries in the provinces by tapping into the 2013 regional inter-industry table. The analysis shows that the scheduled ferry operation will generate 47,815 million won in production and 23,423 million won in added value for the region's tourism industry. It will also generate total revenue of 12,567 million won for the port industry driven by the locally handled freight containers and the added value. Currently, the Korea-China ferry operation in other regions exhibits greater dependence on the cargo than the passengers. Thus, for the international ferry operation to and from Seosan, generating maximum employment in tourism from the passengers of the international ferry operation will require strategic marketing to attract tourists. At the same time, a steady supply of cargo needs to be sustained by maintaining a balance between import and export cargoes. Furthermore, greater efforts should be made to create more sea routes than other regions or to increase voyages for the purpose of generating more added value.

This study aims to look into weapons names mentioned in "Unhae", a book of traditional martial arts annotated into Korean. Comprehensive conclusions drawn from this are as follow. First, the annotated martial arts book is compiled to the order of Muyejaebo of year 1598, Muyejaebobunyuksokjib(A annotated attachment to Mooyejebo) of year 1610, Moojesinbo of year 1759, and Muyedobotongji of year 1790. Second, in the martial arts book are a total of 24 weapons with 4 types of spears, swords, bare hands & poles, and horseback weapons. Weapon names of ?Unhae? taken into detailed analysis, spears are 5 types of Jangchang (long spears), Jukjangchang (long spears made of bamboo), Keechang (flagged spears), Dgangpa (skewered spears), and Nangseon (forked spears). Swords are 10 types of Ssangsoodo (two-handed swords), Yedo (pointed swords), Waegum (Japanese swords), Waegumkyojun (Japanese battle swords), Jedokgum (Admiral's swords), Bongukgum (native swords), Ssanggum (coupled swords), Woldo (moon swords), Hyupdo (narrow swords), Deungpae (swords made of rattan). Bare hands & poles are 3 types of Gwonbeop (fists), 7070 Gonbang (clubs), and Pyeon-gon (flailed clubs). Horseback weapons are 6 types of flagged spears, MasangSsanggum (coupled horseback spears), MasangWoldo (horseback moon swords), MasangPyeon-gon (horseback flailed clubs), Kyukgoo (striking poles), and Masangjae (horse postures). Third, spears of the martial arts book, "Unhae" had the function as long weapons and were used for military drills of the infantry. Swords had the function as short weapons, and were used for military drills of the infantry. Bare hands & poles had the function as short weapons and were used for military drills of the infantry. Horseback weapons composed of short and long weapons were used for military drills of the cavalry. In addition to these, Kyukgoo (striking poles), and Masangjae (horse postures) were martial arts to which entertaining elements were added. Fourth, the difference in its compiling is that Mooyejebo and A annotated attachment to Mooyejebo place both Chinese characters and Korean annotation in the context together with introduction of weapons while Moojedobo Tongji explains weapons in Chinese and compiles a separate copy of Korean annotation that explains mainly postures in each lineage of martial arts for soldiers to acquire practical skills.

The praying sentences of the script of Saddharmapundarika-sutra NO.5 which was made by prayer Bang-Ui, prince Ik-An, was investigated and the cover painting, Byonsangwha(Buddha's preaching painting), and letter style written in the script were discussed in this study. The cover painting on the script is known to be followed to the style of the cover painting as shown in a set of 7 rolls of Saddharma pundarika-sutra of the Horim Museum collection. It is not so difficult to say that the characteristics of cover painting of the script would be suceeded to those of scripts of the end of Koryo and the early Choseon Dynasty. Lotus and its surround was decorated with arabesque figure whose stems were drawn with golden paste and the arabesque figures were done with silver paste. However, for the expression of lotus and arabesque pattern the special feature of drawing style that was originated from the end of Koryo Dynasty to draw the outline with broad line and/or the hardness of drawing line became much more deepened than ever. It is not different to think that this characteristics should be those of Choseon Dynasty. On the Byeonsangwha(buddha's preaching painting) the painting of scattered flowers on stairs of Sumera-Mandala and the scheduled clouds (underseen from heaven) were as similar as to the Byeonsangwha style of the end of Koryo and the early Choseon Dynasty. However, the image of Shakyamuni and/or the halo(光背) is nearly same as the characteristics shown on the Beonsangwha of Saddharma pundarika-sutra of Nesosa' collection, a set of seven rolls which was completed in the 15th year of king Taejong(AD 1415). It is apparent that these characteristics are those of Choseon Dynasty. After king Chungsean in Koryo Dynasty, letter style of Chao Meng-Fu was shown in the script of late Koryo Dynasty as a new letter style.
