Development Trends of Small Unmanned Ground Vehicles in Technology Leading Countries (기술 선도국의 소형 무인 지상 차량 개발 동향)

  • SUGVs (Small Unmanned Ground Vehicles) are being used to conduct dangerous missions, such as EOD (explosive ordinance disposal), counter-terrorism operations, fire extinguishing and fire-fighting reconnaissance, reconnaissance of disaster areas, and surveillance of contact areas. Technology leading countries, the United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, and Israel, have developed and operated various SUGVs for use in the military and civilian fields. The developed system was upgraded further based on additional requirements associated with data collected during the actual operation. The development trends of technology leading countries are an important indicator for the future development of SUGVs. In this study, the development trends and missions of SUGVs operating in the technology leading countries were analyzed. Based on the development trends of SUGVs in these countries, this paper discusses the features and design characteristics needed for the development of SUGVs in future military and civilian domains.

Priority Area Prediction Service for Local Road Packaging Maintenance Using Spatial Big Data (공간 빅데이터를 활용한 지방도 포장보수 우선지역 예측 서비스)

  • The current status of local road pavement management in Jeollabuk-do only relies on the accomplishments of the site construction company's pavement repair and is only managed through Microsoft Excel and word documents. Furthermore, the budget is irregular each year. Accordingly, a systematic maintenance plan for local roads is necessary. In this paper, data related to road damage and road environment were collected and processed to derive possible areas which could suffer from road damage. The effectiveness of the methodology was reviewed through the on-site inspection of the area. According to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, in 2018, the number of damages on general national roads were about 47,000. In 2019, it reached around 38,000. Furthermore, the number of lawsuits regarding the road damages were about 93 in 2018 and it increased to 119 in 2019. In the case of national roads, the number of damages decreased compared to 2018 due to pavement repairs. To measure the priorities in maintenance of local roads at Jeollabuk-do, data on maintenance history, local port hole occurrence site, overlapping business section, and emergency maintenance section were transformed into data. Eventually, it led to improvements in maintenance of local roads. Furthermore, spatial data were constructed using various current status data related to roads, and finally the data was processed into a new form that could be utilized in machine learning and predictions. Using the spatial data, areas requiring maintenance on pavement were predicted and the results were used to establish new budgets and policies on road management.

  • 올해부터, 수직증축 리모델링이 허용돼 15층 이상의 공동주택은 최대 3개층 14층 이하의 공동주택은 최대 2개층까지 증축이 가능해지며, 건축 설비 환경 에너지 등의 업체가 참여해 에너지 성능 향상 리모델링 공사에 참여하는 그린리모델링 사업이 본격 추진된다. 또한 선도지역 8곳에서 도시재생사업이 본격화되어 정부 예산 243억원이 집중 지원될 예정이다. 한편, 하도급법 개정으로 하도급 부당특약이 금지되며 지급보증금 미지급 문제로부터 하도급업체가 보호받게 된다. 본지는 올해부터 달라지는 건설 중소기업 관련 각종 제도 개편을 게재한다.

크리깅 기법에 의한 제주도 기저지하수의 수위 분포

  • 제주도 지하수는 크게 상위지하수와 기저지하수로 분류된다. 해수와 수동역학적 균형을 유지하고 있는 기저지하수의 수위분포도 작성을 위하여 지구 통계기법인 정규크리깅과 코크리깅을 적용하였다. 정규크리깅에는 대수변환된 기저지하수위 자료만을 이용하였으며, 코크리깅에는 대수변환된 표고와 기저지하수위의 자료를 이용하였다. 그 결과 코크리깅에 의한 지하수위등고선도가 지형적인 변화가 복잡한 지역에서 더 정밀한 지하수위 등고선도를 만들 수 있었다.

Application of Cokriging for the Estimation of Groundwater Level Distribution at the Nanjido Waste Landfill Area (난지도 매립지 일대의 지하수위 분포 추정을 위한 복합 크리깅의 응용)

  • Cokriging was applied for the estimation of the water levels of the basal leachate and the surrounding groundwater at the Nanjido waste landfill area. When the groundwater level is estimated at the high relief area, it makes a good result to use the data of groundwater level and elevation simultaneously because groundwater level is correlated with topography. This study determined the best semivariogram model of 87 groundwater levels and 144 elevations through cross validation test, and produced the contour maps of groundwater levels using ordinary kriging and universal kiging. Two contour maps don't make big difference at the waste site because this area has a large number of groundwater level data. However, they show big difference at the upper left part of the study area because this area has high relief and a small number of sample data. Their difference is also found at the south area near the Han river. When the topography is considered for the both areas, the contour map of cokriging is thought to be closer to the real groundwater distribution than that of kriging.
