This paper aims at delivering significant implications to high-tech startups by visualizing the implementation process of leading KOSDAQ listed companies's business model. This paper founded two meaningful outcomes; first, hish-tech starts-up make a clear direction of implementing intangible business model in real business, second, targeting the role model of benchmarking business model among leading companies, by linking common feature between high-tech starts-up and leading KOSDAQ listed venutures sharing one of Key performance indexes falls on viable business model. The research results of visualizing the implementation of leading KOSDAQ listed ventures' business model shows three major implications. First, business model indicates not just simple logic of creating and delivering values, but more shows CEO leading management vehicle. Second, business model represents the multi-dimension process itself of integrating in and out company's core assets and competencies initiated by CEO. Third, financial outcomes of business model is automatic result of implementing on setting target customer, creating value, and delivering it rather than planned strategically. Fourth, the focal points of implementing business model falls on collecting real information from business sites.

인쇄업종은 예전부터 안전사고가 다발하는 위험업종으로 알려져 있다. 업종특성상 중량물 취급 작업과 유해물질의 사용이 많은 데다, 날카로운 인쇄판을 다루기 때문이다. 그런데 최근 이런 인식이 편견에 불과하며 인쇄업종도 적극적인 개선과 노력을 통해 얼마든지 우수 안전사업장으로 거듭날 수 있음을 보여주는 사업장이 있어 큰 주목을 받고 있다. 그 주인공은 바로 경기도 성남에 위치한 '한국미디어프린팅'이다. 한국일보의 자회사인 이곳 사업장은 대대적인 자동화시스템으로의 개선과 임직원 모두의 적극적인 안전활동을 통해 안전사고를 대폭 감소시킨 것은 물론 품질 향상도 이뤄냈다. 우수한 안전관리를 통해 인쇄업종의 선도기업으로 자리매김하고 있는 이곳 사업장을 찾아가봤다.

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the concept and cultivating planning of leading company in digital contents industry to promote industrial competitiveness of Korea. Analysis of this study focuses on concept of leading company in digital contents industry through the delphi method. And in addition, we propose the cultivating planning through the value chain method and AHP method. Finally, this study presents the various implication and policy planning.

In order to improve audit quality, it is essential to understand the occurrence of disagreement between auditors and managers, and this study aims to analyze the impact of Business Strategies on audit risk and accounting audit delay. To this end, we conducted an empirical analysis using sample 2,910 firm-year data from 2018 to 2020 of KOSPI-listed and KOSDAQ-listed companies. The results of the empirical analysis of this study are as follows. First, compared to the companies of defender type, prospectors can expand audit procedures for new products, R&D costs, and intangible assets, and increase audit delays due to disagreement between managers and auditors. Second, compared to KOSPI-listed companies, the prospectors in KOSDAQ are more likely to have lower financial reporting quality, which further increases audit delays. The results of this study analyzed whether a company's Business Strategy affects the possibility of disagreement between an auditor and a company, and verified whether there is a difference in the audit report lag by stock market. The results of this study show that auditors' strong duty of care is needed for the companies of prospector type with high audit risk, and it is meaningful to present reinforced audit systems and specific guidelines for the companies of prospector type through the definition of prospector type. It also enables the expansion of research to identify the relationship between non-financial factors and audit risks that make up the companies of prospector type.

세계 물류시장은 지속적으로 성장하고 있으며, 글로벌 해운·물류기업은 M&A를 통해 시장지배력 및 글로벌 네트워크를 확장하고 있다. 한편 우리나라는 물류산업에서의 글로벌 선도기업 부재, 물류 네트워크 열악 등으로 인해 고품질 SCM 서비스 지원이 불가능한 상황이다. 따라서 해운·물류기업의 해외진출 확대 및 국제 경쟁력 강화를 위해 M&A 관련 연구가 활발하게 진행되어야 한다. 이에 본 연구는 M&A 성공 및 확대를 위한 M&A 효과분석 연구를 실시하고자 한다.
