Dimensional Change in Drawn Wire Product in the Two Cross-Roll Straightening Process (2롤 교정공정에서 인발선재의 선경변화)

  • The two cross-roll straightening process at room temperature is a manufacturing method for improving the straightness of a drawn wire. The distribution and magnitude of the internal and surface residual stresses of the drawn wire are changed after the wire-drawing process through the two cross-rolls; this also results in a change in the diameter of the drawn wire. The remaining residual stresses of the drawn wire after the wire-drawing dimensional changes were analyzed according to the distance between the rolls, oblique angle between the axes of the roll and the wire, predicted residual stresses, and dimensional change in the final product. The oblique angle between the concave and convex rolls did not affect the residual stresses or dimensional change, but the distance between rolls did.

『전경』과 『태평경』의 사회이상에 대한 비교 연구

  • 『태평경』과 『전경』은 저술된 시기에 있어 큰 차이가 있지만 사회이상의 구상적 측면에서 매우 큰 유사성을 보이고 있어 주목할 만하다. 전체적으로 보았을 때, 태평경이 추구하는 '태평세도'와 『전경』에서 언급된 '후천선경'의 내용은 매우 유사하다. 증산께서는 '해원상생'이라는 구제의 방법을 통해, '후천선경' 혹은 '지상천국'을 실현하고자 하셨는데, 이는 당시 민중의 심리적 요구에 부합되는 것이었다. 이후 대순진리회에서는 '후천선경'을 이루는 것을 종단의 목표로 삼고 있다. 구제 원리의 측면에서 『태평경』은 '해원결'이나 '해승부'를 통해 '삼기상통'(三氣相通)을 이루고자 하는데, 이는 『전경』의 해원상생과 상통하는 면이 있다. 중외고금에서 사회이상 실현을 논하는 측면에서 볼 때, 대부분 유사한 측면을 발견할 수 있는데 이는 대체로 의식에 대한 걱정이 없고, 전쟁과 재해가 사라지며, 백성들이 스스로 만족하며 즐거워한다는 것이다. 그리고 그 중에서도 특히 『태평경』과 『전경』의 인본주의 사상, 남녀평등, 불로장생에 대하여 유사점을 비교해 보았다. 한편으로 양자는 차이점도 지니고 있는데 『전경』에서는 현대적 의의를 바탕으로 전지구적인 시각으로 문제를 바로 보고 있다는 것이다. 예를 들면, 후천선경이라는 사회적 청사진을 제시하는 내용에 있어 이후 언어가 통일된다고 하는 내용은 태평경과 뚜렷한 차이점을 지닌다. 또한 구제의 순서에 있어 『전경』과 『태평경』의 차이점은 『전경』에서는 신의 해원을 통해 인간의 원결이 해소될 수 있다고 보며, 『태평경』에서는 사회의 재난이 인간, 즉 인간의 승부로 인해 야기된 것으로 봄으로 사람의 승부 특히 제왕의 승부를 해소하는 것이 중요하다고 강조한다.

Study on Dimensional Change in Wire Product During Wire-Drawing Process (선재 인발공정에서 인발제품의 선경변화에 대한 연구)

  • During the cold wire-drawing process, the diameter of a wire is reduced and the length of the wire is increased as the wire passes through the die. The pressure and sliding motion at the interface between the wire and die cause elastic recovery of the workpiece and friction and wear on the die. In addition, wire deformation and frictional heating raise the temperature of the wire and die, resulting in difficulty in manufacturing the drawn products according to a designated inner diameter of the die, deviating from the designated dimension or the inner diameter of the die. In this study, considering the die temperature distribution, the effects of dimensional changes of the drawn products were analyzed quantitatively; these changes are caused by the elastic deformation of the die, the elastic recovery of the workpiece, and the thermal deformation of both the die and the workpiece. It was confirmed that the elastic recovery of the workpiece influenced these changes the most. The initial dies considering these factors could avoid deviation from the designated dimension, and the desired drawn products were obtained by using the designed initial drawing dies.
