수도권 도시철도 시스템의 운영상 문제점과 개선 방향

  • 지난 30년간 수도권은 많은 변화를 겪어왔다. 무엇보다도 1970년에 948만 인에 불과하던 인구가 1990년에는 거의 투 배인 1,859만 인으로. 1998년에는 2,130만 인으로 계속 증가하였다. 버스만으로는 대중교수단의 역할을 수행할 수 없게 되자 1970년대 초반부터 도시철도를 건설하기 시작하였다. 이후 도시철도는 서울시전역에서 건설되기 시작해서 이제 서울시내 만에도 8개 노선, 총 연장 280 km의 지하철망을 구축하게 되었다. 지하철 외에 서울시 외곽 도시를 연결하는 7개 노선, 총 연장 172 km의 전철망 또한 구축되었다. 지하철망과 전철망을 합한 수도권내 도시철도망은 이제 14개 노선, 총 연장 452 km에 달하며, 승객수송 분담율에 있어서도 버스보다 더 높은 비중을 차지하고 있다.   • This study is to retest of seoul traffic, all sorts of statistical data, the present condition of urban railway that local government and all sorts of research institution had researched. Even though, or something else with population and regional industrial distribution of seoul with worker and the present condition of the registrated cars and the change of increase, we have predicted the medium term and long-range solution. we have proposed the alternative plan about both of the problem that is the developmental construction direction of seoul urban railway and the resource insurance for urban railway construction.

  • To reduce conducted a survey on human error risk factors and related experience frequency to drivers of Seoulmetro and Korail. The human error arising from systems operating urban railway aimed at eliminating and reducing the fundamental causes of urban rail accidents is based on research from a factorial point of view, since it contains problems dealing with the types and situations of accident generation. It is required to contribute to reducing human error so that urban railway accidents may be reduced and safe operation will be continuedly seared.

  • ㆍ수도권 철도는 우리나라의 경제성장과 함께 증가하는 교통처리 대책으로 1974년 8월 15일 서울지하철 1호선과 함께 경인선 서울∼인천간, 경부선 서울∼수원간, 경원선 용산∼청량리∼성북간을 복선 전철화 하여 도시철도로 전환, 이에 따라 수도권 위성도시의 발전과 인구 폭증으로 안산, 산본, 평촌, 분당, 일산 등 신도시를 개발하고 교통난 해소를 위해 서울지하철은 1호선에서 9호선가지 건설중이며, 수도권 철도는 경부선 영등포∼천안간 2복선전철과 안산선, 분당선, 일산선, 경의선, 경원선, 중앙선, 경춘선, 용산선, 신공항선 등 복선전철화와 경부고속철도 등 수송능력 증강을 위해 건설하고 있다.   • Seoul Metropolitan Rapid Transit Corporation, managing the line number 5,6,7 and 8 has inspected and maintained for the maintenance of the facilities spread in the extended 152km and 148 stations. Despite the thorough inspection for prevention of the facility failure, the failure has continuously occurred, due to the environmental factors of the underground, mechanical worn-out caused by frequent use, aging facilities, system error, negligence on use, etc. We have achieved a 53.4% reduction in the number of failure by the end of June, 2010 by breaking the conventional way of inspections and maintenance and by adopting quantitative goal management and new way of work. In this paper, we will analyze the problems of inspections and maintenance of the railway facilities, the failure reduction strategy and the performance of each strategy.

  • Domestic urban railway are operated by urban railway operating public enterprises, which are owned by the 6 major metropolitan local governments and private operating companies, which are established under the Private Investment Act. Among urban railway operating companies, several public enterprises that operate urban railways with many experience, performance, human resources, and public nature are making efforts to promote overseas business. Therefore, this study examines the outlook for railway and urban railway overseas business, and provides implications for the overseas business approach of domestic urban railway operating public enterprises through data research and comparative analysis on the overseas business approaches and overseas business characteristics of domestic and foreign urban railway operating public enterprises. The results were derived and suggestions for the direction of overseas business were presented. I expect that suggestions will serve as a reference for domestic urban railway operators to promote overseas projects with preparation, implementation plan and direction.

  • 본연구의 목적은 경부고속철도역의 입지가 도시간 인구분포와 도시경제에 미치는 영향을 분석하 는 데 있다. 인구분포 결정식의 추정결과를 토대로 하여 고속철도의 건설에 따른 도시시스템의 변화를 살펴보면 대도시내 인구분산화가 이루어지면서 대도시와 중소도시간 인구불균등은 심화될것으로 예상된 다. 고속철도의 역사가 입지하는 도시의 경제활동이 증가한 점을 감안하면, 향후, 서울 , 대구, 부산등의 도시경제 수준은 상대적으로 열악해 지고 천안과 대전은 고속철동역 유치로 인하여 도시성장 기반을 구 축할 수 있을 것이다. 지역개발차원에서 수도권 남부지역에 고속철도역을 입지시켜 서울의 중추기능을 분산시킬 필요가 있다. 고속철도 개발을 통해서 수도권 남부지역을 중심으로 도시권이 형성되어 수도권 내 2대 공간체계가 개발된다면 서울도시권에 대한 기존의 개발압력을 줄이면서 수도권내 남부도시권은 천안 및 대전과 연계되어 광역적인 개발이 가능할 것이다.

  • In this study, we tried to derive the most severe scenario and its critical speed by 1-D collision simulation with a variable formation vehicle in order to prepare for the change of demand in Seoul Metropolitan Subway Line 3, which is operated by fixed arrangement. After establishing various collision scenario conditions, the friction coefficient between the wheel and the rail was evaluated as 0.3, which is considered to be severe. As a result of analysis according to all scenarios, the most severe scenario conditions were confirmed by comparing rubber shock absorber performance and vehicle collision deceleration. In addition, a typical wheel-rail friction coefficient was derived through accident cases, and the analysis was performed again and compared. Finally, the criterion of the critical speed in the condition of the friction coefficient of the normal wheel - rail condition was confirmed.
