Cathodoluminescence Study of Diamond Films Grown by Cyclic Deposition Method (Cyclic 증착방법에 의해성장된 다이아몬드 박막의 cathodoluminescence 특성에 관한 연구)

  • Polycrystalline diamond films are deposited by cyclic method. modulating the $H_2$ Plasma and $CH_4+H_2$ plasma during the growth step. Diamond quality is evaluated by FWHM and $I_D/I_G$ ratio obtained from Raman spectroscopic analysis. Structural defects and impurities generated during the growth step are characterized by cathodoluminescence, and the variations between band-A(430 nm) line and nitrogen-related(578 nm) line are investigated as a function of $T_E/T_G$. Furthermore, the correlations between preferential orientation. film morphologies and CL characteristics are also investigated.

  • Recently, a concern to verify the displacement capacity of shear wall has been arised to produce suitable data for the performance based design. In this paper, a process is presented In evaluate the displacement capacity of shear wall. The displacement of shear wall is expressed as the superpositopn of shear and flexural deformation. Variable crack angle truss model with a modification and existing analysis program(XTRACT) are used in calculating shear and flexural displacement, respectively. The accuracy of proposed method is evaluated by the comparison calculation results with previous test results. From the comparison, it was shown that the displacement capacity of shear wall could be well predicted by using the process.

Aphelinids (Hymenoptera: Aphelinidae) of Unaspis euonymi (Comstock) (Hemiptera: Diaspididae) in Korea (우리나라 사철깍지벌레 (Unaspis euonymi (Comstock) (Hemiptera: Diaspididae))에 발생하는 면충좀벌 (Hymenoptera: Aphelinidae))

  • Four species of aphelinids from Unaspis euonymi (Comstock) infesting Japanese spindle (Euonymus japonicus Thunb. (Celastraceae)) leaves and twigs were collected and identified as Ablerus perspeciosus Girault, Encarsia citrina (Craw), Marietta carnesi (Howard) and Pteroptrix machiaveli (Girault). Of these, Pteroptrix machiaveli (Girault) is newly documented in the Korean fauna of Aphelinidae. Brief diagnostic criteria and illustrative photographs of these species are provided and there is information on the distribution and hosts of each species as well.

  • Seventy two species of armored scale have been recorded from the Korean peninsula since late 1920s. Nine of these species were obtained from greenhouses. Of these 9 armored scale species, 7 species are considered to have failed to colonize fields or greenhouses and 2 species, which were collected from pineapple plants, Tillandsia plants and cactus trees in greenhouses, were never taken from the exterior environment.

  • 현재 시행 중인 승용차 RFID 요일제는 제한적인 설치장소와 RFID 설치시 많은 비용이 소비된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기존의 RFID 승용차 요일제 방식과 달리 효율성을 높이고 비용을 절감할수 있는 BMS(BUS Management System)를 활용한 버스 RFID system에 관한 방안을 제안한다. 제안하는 방안은 버스 RFID system은 대구시의 시내 버스 뒤편에 양쪽 상단에 RFID 안테나를 설치하여 대구시의 주요 도로를 운행 하며 승용차 요일제를 미준수 여부를 파악하는 것이다. 기존의 고정형 RFID는 설치 위치를 우회 할수 있지만 버스 RFID는 항상 이동하며 감지 하기때문에 차량의 우회에 따른 미확인 경우를 줄일 수 있다. 또한, BMS 활용으로 설치비용을 절감하여 비용대비 효율성을 제고할 수 있을 것으로 예상된다. 구체적인 방안 마련을 위하여 주요도로 버스노선도 파악, 중첩지점 그리고 기존의 승용차 요일제 시스템과 비교 분석을 하여 성능 평가들 실시하는 것에 주안점을 두고 연구를 수행하였다.

  • 지상사진측량 시 카메라를 통한 영상 획득에 있어서 촬영 시간과 노력 등의 비용 감소를 위하여 카메라 촬영 위치의 최적화를 통해 촬영의 효율성을 고려하고 그에 따른 영상 촬영을 위한 계획을 구상해볼 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 GIS기반의 지상영상 촬영 계획을 위한 시스템 구성을 목표로 그 가능성을 평가하기 위한 기초 연구를 수행하였다. 본 연구에서는 GIS를 활용하여 1:5000 수치지도에서 추출한 2차원의 건물 지도로부터 카메라 렌즈의 화각에 따라 건물의 외벽의 촬영 범위를 결정함으로써 최적의 촬영 지점을 계획하기위한 실험을 하였으며 이를 통하여 GIS를 활용한 지상영상 촬영 계획 시스템의 구축 가능성에 대하여 평가해보았다.

  • This article examines the establishment of the game theoretic model for the cleaner vehicles and analyzes the established model. We discuss the way to represent the players' preferences over the outcomes to make the model applicable in real practice. In this article we employ the real data to represent the preferences. In the analysis of the model we consider various scenarios and discuss how we can use GAMBIT, which is a game theory analysis software, to find solutions in each proposed scenario.

  • Large Concrete Panel Structures behave quite differently from frame or monolithic shear wall structures because of the weakness of Joint in stiffness and strength. The joint experiences large deformation such as shear-slip in vertical and horizontal joint and rocking and crushing in horizontal joint because of localized stress concentration, but the wall panels behave elastically under cyclic loads. In order to describe the nonlinear behavior of the joint in the analysis of PC structures, different analysis technique from that of RC structures is needed. In this paper, for analysis of large concrete panel subassemblage subjected to cyclic loads, the wall panels are idealized by elastic finite elements, and the joints by nonlinear spring elements with various load-deflection relationship. The analytical results are compared with the experimental results on the strength, stiffness, energy dissipation and lateral drift, and the effectiveness of this computer analysis modelling technique is checked.

  • Four 3-story 1/2 scaled large concrete panel structures were designed and tested to estimate the seismic resistance capacity of large concrete panel high rise building systems, Test specimens were modeled three story of 24 or 15 story buildings and set up to represent the actural stress of the building . The axial force was constant and the horizontal force was loaded by ductility ratio. Results indicated that the joints of specimens were behavied monolithically to maximum strength. It was shown that the joint box connecting system had lower maximum strength and energy dissipation capacity than welding connection system, but had better deformation capacity.

  • This paper presents the experimental result of composite basement wall in which H-pile and reinforced concrete wall are combined using shear connector. Twelve specimens are tested to evaluate the shear capacity of the wall. Main variables in the test are composite ratio, arrangement of shear connector, thickness of wall, shear span ratio, and shear reinforcement. Test results indicate that the shear capacity of test specimens varies with the foregoing variables except the composite ratio. The results are compared with strengths predicted using the equations of ACI 318-99, Zsutty, and Bazant. Based on this investigation, a method for predicting the shear strength of composite basement walls is proposed.
