With the rapid advance of internet service and the corresponding migration of service environment from the text-based one to WWW (World Wide Web) environment, the number of internet users is growing rapidly due to its easy usage. Accordingly, usage of internet as services for sending electronic mails to the other patry over the network is becoming increasingly prevalent. Web-based electronic mailing system is comprised of a server and a client The former provides the users with e-mail accounts and services, while the latter serves as a user interface. In other words, it enales those public users who dos not own e-mail accounts on the existing mail server to have an access to hte mailing service through the web. In this paper, we designed a effective web-based electronic mailing system which is based on the internet explorer and linux operating system, which overcomes limitations of the existing e-mail systes and this facilitates the development of a stable e-mail system by being able to avoiding the low system performance due to the bursty characteristics of e-mail messages and the increasing number of users.

Today the beauty industry has reached a point of saturation, and competition has become fiercer than ever. Furthermore, customer needs and expectations have become increasingly sophisticated and diversified. In particular, it has become more difficult for small beauty salons to maintain customer loyalty by staying competitive and satisfying customer needs and demand. In fact, beauty salon customers want to get individualized services as well as a wide variety of hairstyles. Therefore, this study attempted to analyze the sustainability management of beauty salons. It looked at how an increase in sales and in customer loyalty can be achieved by enhancing awareness of the fact that small beauty salons' competitiveness stems from strenuous efforts for the best customer service, individualized hairstyling services, professional skills and customer trust. The study results found that beauty salons need to keep promoting development and improvement for the following: advanced skills, excellent services, reasonable price, convenient locations, advertisement and PR, development of an exclusive manual, intensive staff training and character education plan, complaint management and follow-up and decrease in customer migration.

Since mobile devices have limited computational resources, it tends to use the cloud to compute or store data. As real-time becomes more important due to 5G, many studies have been conducted on edge clouds that computes at locations closer to users than central clouds. The farther the user's physical distance from the edge cloud connected to base station is, the slower the network transmits. So applications should be migrated and re-run to nearby edge cloud for smooth service use. We run applications in docker containers, which is independent of the host operating system and has a relatively light images size compared to the virtual machine. Existing migration studies have been experimented by using network simulators. It uses fixed values, so it is different from the results in the real-world environment. In addition, the method of migrating images through shared storage was used, which poses a risk of packet content exposure. In this paper, Containers are migrated with Secure CoPy(SCP) method, a data encryption transmission, by establishing an edge computing environment in a real-world environment. It compares migration time with Network File System, one of the shared storage methods, and analyzes network packets to verify safety.

As customers are becoming increasingly important in corporate management, there is a growing demand for migration to customer-focused organizational structures. Unlike the manufacturing industry, the construction industry is non-iterative and non-standardized. As a result, a wide variety of materials, human resources, technologies and equipment must be mobilized in complex work activities to complete a structure. Consequently, surprises are bound to occur as such work activities progress. This paper intends to study a strategy that is designed to improve customer services for apartment building units. It aims primarily to focus on cost control and brand management. Housing tenants and industry experts are surveyed to collect input for issue analysis. In addition, the external circumstances and internal capabilities of major builders in Korea are analyzed, and a SWOT analysis is performed regarding market conditions related to customer service. These analysis results are utilized to develop a strategy implementation plan over different time frames, and the operational resources available for such strategy implementation are analyzed in order to forecast its performance. This research will facilitate communication between construction companies in Korea and their customers by proposing a customer service improvement strategy for apartment building units, and is expected to provide resource material for a strategic analysis of efforts to fully incorporate customer requirements

This study considers inter-jurisdictional fiscal externalities between a central city and suburbs, rigorously examines. and empirically tests the suburban-exploitation-of-central-cities hypothesis. Using micro-migra4ion data, house-holds 'intra-metropolitan migration between 1985 and 1990 Is examined based on a random utility model. It is found that efficient population distribution between a central city and suburbs can be achieved when local government stake into account inter-jurisdictional externalities. External aids from the federal and state governments should be given to public services such as education, welfare, health, and employee retirement services, if they intend to arrest central city decline. Regional tax sharifs can be another way of dealing with these externalities.

최근 들어 통신 기술이 급속하게 발전해감에 따라 대규모 분산 시스템에 대한 요구가 증가하였다. 이런 시스템들은 구성 요소들이 이질적이고, 각 구성 요소들이 다양한 정보를 생성하기 때문에 이들의 관리에는 많은 양의 사건 전송량(event traffic)을 생성한다. 따라서 이러 시스템들을 효율적으로 관리하기 위해서는 발생한 사건들에 대한 여과()가 필요하다. 또한 관리 서비스를 동적으로 변경할 수 있고, 확장성을 제공할 수 있으며, 네트워크 부하를 줄일 수 있어야 한다. 이러한 목적으로 분산 시스템 관리에 이동 에이전트를 사용하는 방법이 연구되어 왔다. 그러나 관리해야할 관리 대상의 수가 많고 복잡하기 때문에 기존의 이동 에이전트 방법으로 효율적인 관리가 어렵다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 효율적인 이동 에이전트의 이동 모델을 설계하고, 기존의 이동 에이전트의 이동 방법과 제안한 방법을 응답시간 관점에서 비교한다.

In this paper, I propose a hybrid genetic algorithm(HGAM) incorporating a greedy interchange local optimization procedure for the multiobjective vehicle scheduling problems with service due times where three conflicting objectives of the minimization of total vehicle travel time, total weighted tardiness, and fleet size are explicitly treated. The vehicle is allowed to visit a node exceeding its due time with a penalty, but within the latest allowable time. The HGAM applies a mixed farming and migration strategy in the evolution process. The strategy splits the population into sub-populations, all of them evolving independently, and applys a local optimization procedure periodically to some best entities in sub-populations which are then substituted by the newly improved solutions. A solution of the HCAM is represented by a diploid structure. The HGAM uses a molified PMX operator for crossover and new types of mutation operator. The performance of the HGAM is extensively evaluated using the Solomons test problems. The results show that the HGAM attains better solutions than the BC-saving algorithm, but with a much longer computation time.

실시간 마이그레이션은 데이터 센터 내에서 자원을 효율적으로 관리할 수 있도록 하는 기술이다. 그러나 대부분의 연구는 마이그레이션 Metric간 Trade-off를 고려하고 있지 않아 Qos저하의 우려가 있기 때문에 서비스 목적에 따라 다수의 Metric을 고려해야한다. 마이그레이션 시 고려되는 요소들을 분류하고 이를 복합적으로 고려할 수 있는 퍼지이론 기반의 마이그레이션 기법을 제시하고자 한다. 또한 향후 연구에 대해서도 논의한다.

유비쿼터스 환경에서 이동 에이전트는 데이터 전송, 네트워크 지연 및 대역폭 오버헤드와 같은 네트워크 문제의 해결 대안으로 사용되어 왔으나 동적 환경변화 및 이주비용에 대한 특징을 고려하는 문제와 정적으로 결정된 순서로 노드를 이주하는 순차 구조로서 네트워크 부하, 노드 장애 및 서비스 부재와 같은 문제들은 여전히 이동 에이전트 성능에 관련된 밀접한 문제로 남아있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이러한 이동 에이전트의 성능에 주요한 영향을 미치는 문제를 하이브리드 이주 기법을 통해 해결하고자 하며 이를 위한 구조를 설계한다. 제안 기법은 순차와 병렬 이주 기법을 통합한 것이며 노드의 이주 스케줄 정보는 네이밍 에이전트의 메타데이터에 의해 결정된다. 이를 위해 이주 스케줄 정보의 생성 및 갱신에 대한 내용을 기술하며 이동 에이전트 복제를 통한 병렬 이주 기법과 선택적 이주 노드를 결정하는 이주 기법을 통합한 하이브리드 이주 기법을 제시한다.

Purpose: This study explored the health-related information of international students in Korea. Methods: Data were collected from 112 international students of 4 universities in P city regarding perceived health belief, health status, health habits, health management and medical costs. Results: International students in Korea perceived that their health belief was good and most of them belonged to healthy group. Also they reported good health habits and less severe physical complaints which can be easily treated. However, the portion of underweight or obese was large and physical complaints were frequent. Conclusion: To promote health of international students, nurses in university or community should develop appropriate programs to improve health habits and to access to health care services.
