A Proposal of Key Management Structure for Providing a Integrated Multicast Service ` (통합 멀티캐스트 서비스 지원을 위한 키 관리 구조 제안)

  • Through the increment of requirement for group oriented communication services, the multicast infrastructure based on a wire and wireless network has become a widely discussed researching topic. However the research of the security properties safety, efficiency and scaleability in a multicast structure, has not been enough. In this study, we propose a scalable secure multicast key management structure based on PKI(Public Key Infrastructure), IPSec, domain subgroup and structural two mode scheme to provide a integrated multicast service. Also we discuss and propose the digital nominative group signature a refreshing method for satisfying the security and trusty on the network. At the base of this work we certify to the usability of new proposed scheme from comparing it with conventional schemes in the part of safety, efficiency and scaleability.

A Study on the Effect of User Value on Smartwatch Digital HealthcareAcceptance Intention to Promote Digital Healthcare Venture Start Up (Digital Healthcare 벤처창업 촉진을 위한, 사용자 가치가 Smartwatch Digital Healthcare 수용의도에 미치는 영향 연구)

  • Recently, as the non-face-to-face environment has developed due to COVID-19 and environmental pollution, the importance of online digital healthcare is increasing, and venture start-ups and activities such as health care, telemedicine, and digital treatments are also actively underway. This study conducted the impact on the acceptability of digital healthcare smartwatches with an integrated approach of the expanded integrated technology acceptance model (UTAUT2) and the behavioral inference model (BRT). The most advanced integrated technology acceptance model for innovative technology acceptance research was used to identify major factors such as utility expectations, social effects, convenience, price barriers, lack of alternatives, and behavioral intentions. For the study, about 410 responses from ordinary people in their teens to 60s across the country were collected, and based on this, the hypothesis was verified using structural equations after testing reliability and validity of the data. SPSS 23 and AMOS 23 were used for research analysis. Studies have shown that personal innovation has a significant impact on the reasons for acceptance (use value, social impact, convenience of use), attitude, and non-use (price barriers, lack of alternatives, and barriers to use). These results are the same as the results of previous studies that confirmed the influence of the main value of innovative ICT on user acceptance intention. In addition, the reason for acceptance had a significant effect on attitude, but the effect of the reason for non-acceptance was not significant. It can be analyzed that consumers are interested in new ICT products and new services, but purchase them more carefully and selectively. This study has evolved from the acceptance analysis of general-purpose consumer innovation technology to the acceptance analysis of consumer value in smartwatch digital healthcare, which is a new and important area in the future. Industrially, it can contribute to the product's purchase and marketing. It is hoped that this study will contribute to increasing research in the digital healthcare sector, which will play an important role in our lives in the future, and that it will develop into in-depth factors that are more suitable for consumer value through integrated approach models and integrated analysis of consumer acceptance and non-acceptance.

  • As the aviation industry has rapidly been grown, there are more factors for customers to consider when choosing an airline. In response, airlines are trying to increase customer value by providing high-quality services and differentiated experiential value. While early customer value research centered on utilitarian value, which is the trade-off between cost and benefit in terms of utility for products and services, the importance of experiential value has recently been emphasized. However, experiential value needs to be studied in a specific context that fully represents customer preferences because what constitutes customer value changes depending on the product or service context. In addition, customer value has an important influence on customers' decision-making, so it is necessary for airlines to accurately understand what constitutes customer value. In this study, we collected customer reviews and ratings from Skytrax, a website specializing in airlines, and utilized the BERTopic technique to derive factors of customer value. The results revealed nine factors that constitute customer value in airlines, and six of them are related to customer satisfaction. This study proposes a new methodology that enables a granular understanding of customer value and provides airlines with specific directions for improving service quality.

  • Mobile information service aims to provide some degree of effective information for real life activities of mobile users. Due to the user mobility and actual realism, it becomes very important technical issue to support an adaptive information service methodology to current situations of the terminal and/or user. This paper deals with a prefetching scheme for location-aware, out of the various context-aware which can be considered in mobile information service. It makes use of the velocity-based mobility model to shape the terminal and/or user's mobility behavior. Based on the moving speed and direction, the prefetching zone is proposed to define the number of prefetched information, so as to limit effectively the prefetched information whilst to preserve the location-aware adaptability. Using a simulator, the proposed scheme has been evaluated in the effectiveness point of view. The idea in this paper is expected to be able to extended to the other mobile service contexts, such as service time, I/O types of mobile terminals, network bandwidth.

  • Patent information has a great value of industrial information as well as technical information. However, Korean patent information loses the effectiveness by the lack of description rule and requires much additional efforts to use them in variety. In this paper, some examples of the studies on the problems in databases were introduced and patent application(from Jan. 2008 to Oct. 2008) data retrieved from information service system of KISTI(Korea Institute of Science and Technology Information) and KIPI(Korea Institute of Patent Information) was surveyed.

  • 4차산업 혁명의 여파로 국내에서는 다양한 분야에 인공지능과 빅데이터 기술을 활용하여 이전에 시행 중인 다양한 서비스 분야에 기술적 접목과 보완을 시도하고 있다. 특히 금융권에서 자금을 빌린 기업들을 대상으로 여신 안정성을 확보하고 선제적인 대응을 위해 온라인 뉴스기사들과 SNS 데이터 등을 이용하여 부실가능성을 예측하고 실제 업무에 도입하려는 시도들이 국내 주요 은행들을 중심으로 활발히 진행 중이다. 우리는 국내의 국책은행에서 수행한 비정형 데이터 기반의 기업의 부실징후 예측 시스템 개발 과정에서 시도된 다양한 분석 방법과 결과 그리고 과정 중에 발생한 문제점들에 관해 기술하고 관련 이슈들에 관하여 다룬다. 결과적으로 본 논문은 레이블이 없는 대량의 기사들에 레이블을 달기 위한 자동 태거(tagger) 개발과 뉴스 기사 예측 결과로부터 부실 가능성을 예측하기 위한 모델 및 성능 면에서 기사 예측 정확도 92%(AUC 0.96) 및 부실 가능성 기업 예측에서도 정형 데이터 분석결과에 견줄만한 성과를 이루었고 이에 관해 보고한다.

  • This paper estimates theoretically optimal sizes of urban population for major metropolitan areas using an urban economy system with utility maximizing household, profit maximizing producer and government providing public goods. This finds that the optimal size of urban population is determined by technological levels and public services. The population sizes of Seoul, Busan, Daegu and Incheon are higher than their optimal levels, while Gwangju, Daejeon and Ulsan need to increase the population for production efficiency.

  • The purpose of this paper is to test empirically whether the sunk cost fallacy occurres or not under the two-part tarriff and to give the desirable rate-making for minimizing sunk cost fallacy. According to the results of analysis highly paid monthly fee makes more traffics over the level of optimal consumption because of sunk cost fallacy. Therefore monthly fee reduction will cause the optimal consumption that is near the solution of their own utility function.

An Analysis of Price Competition between Two Ports using Game Model (게임모형을 이용한 두 항만간 가격경쟁에 관한 연구)

  • This study analyzes price competition between two ports theoretically using a game model. We considered two cases: in Case I, consignors are located in a given position, and in Case II, consignors are distributed uniformally between two ports. The results are as follows. In Case I, the higher consignors' preferences for quality are, the more two ports' prices increase. As the locations of consignors are closer to Port H, the price of Port H increases and that of the low quality port(Port L) decreases. In addition, when transportation cost increases, the price of Port L decreases and the price of Port H tends to increase. If the quality of Port H improves, the price of the port H increases but the price of Port L is not clearly determined. In Case II, the higher consignors' preferences for quality are, the more two ports' prices increase. As transportation cost increases, the prices of both ports decrease but the price of Port L decreases twice as fast as that of Port H. In addition, if the quality of Port H improves, the price of Port H increases but the price of Port L decreases when transportation cost is high.

  • Generally, people act to use Information Technology on the premise of their experience in using various Information Technology. Namely, users perceive Information Technology through their User Experience, and these User Experiences can be said to impact Continuous Use Intention of the Information Technology. Based on this condition, the present study was proceeded to investigate the User Satisfaction's Mediating effect in the relationship between User Experience and Continuous Use Intention of the OTT services. For this purpose, 195 male and female college students' survey data were used for analysis, verified through the SPSS Process Macro. As a result of the analysis, not only the Reliability experience for the OTT services but also the Usability, Convenience, and Pleasurable experiences' User Experiences were verified that Use Satisfaction was Fully Mediating in relation to Continuous Use Intention. This result gives an implication that the importance of User Experience and Use Satisfaction in maintaining customers through continuous use of OTT services are worth noting. Overall, the present study increased the customer utility for OTT services and confirmed the importance of User Experience and Use Satisfaction in order to increase the competitiveness of the company. Also, it proposed a direction for an in-depth future research to develop this study.
