This study examined the factors affecting the preference for the elderly's mental health services utilization in rural areas. A behavior model developed by Andersen and Newman provided an analytical framework to determine the factors affecting service utilization preferences among 335 elderly people as research subjects. The authors found that the preferences for mental health service utilization were significantly related to the level of education, living alone, presence of grandchildren, participation in social activities, and recognition about the services. Based on the findings, this study suggests that more mental health services for the elderly in rural areas be further developed and strengthened. Also, the elderly who lives alone and lives with grandchildren should have a priority in policy consideration. Multiple approaches are suggested to increase the awareness of mental health services and participation social activities for those older people.

Due to the coronavirus pandemic, interest in outdoor leisure activities is growing. Among outdoor leisure activities, marine sports can be seen as having good conditions to enjoy in Korea. In the case of yachting among marine sports, a number of yacht experience programs have recently been operated centered on Gwanganli and Suyeong Bay in Busan. This yacht experience is an attractive tourism product that can be enjoyed casually, and can bring stress relief to many users. This study tried to verify the effect of the attractiveness of the yacht experience on the stress recovery based on the tourists' experiences using the yacht experience tour. In addition, we tried to verify the intention of revisiting the yacht experience or sharing it with others through SNS through this stress recovery. In addition, as a moderator variable, the difference between the MZ generation and other generations, which use SNS more actively than other generations, was presented and its significance was verified. The survey of this study was conducted online for tourists who experienced yacht experience in Busan. As a result of the analysis, among the attractive factors of the yacht experience, the program, landscape, facilities and service was found to have a significant influence on the users' stress recovery, and satisfaction through stress recovery had a significant effect on the intention to revisit and to share the SNS. In the verification of the moderating effect according to age, a generational difference in revisit intention between the MZ generation and other generations was confirmed. Through this study, it was suggested that various programs of yacht experience should be developed to induce users to revisit, and various marketing using SNS should be carried out.

The purpose of this study is to interpret how the long-term care evaluation system implements in the actual service settings with institutional isomorphism and decoupling based on new-institutional theory. This study conducted in-depth interview with employees engaged in 7 long term care service facilities. Directed qualitative content analysis was used to analyze the data. As a result, unlike the intention of the long-term care evaluation system to improve the efficiency of the organization by market competition, it found that organizations forcibly adapted a evaluation system to rely on government's resources and it results in isomorphism phenomena which is similar between organizations. This results confirmed that the evaluation system has implemented in the direction of enhancing the government's role to standardize and institutionalize the long-term care service rather than improving the efficiency of the organization by market competition. This study also partially found the phenomenon of decoupling between organizational formal structure accompanied by isomorphism and real behaviors. These results suggest that it is required to improve government's evaluation indicators on the issue of inefficiency caused by dual structure of organizations. In addition, this study proposes that government's evaluation index which is reflected the characteristics of care service is necessary for operating.

Nowadays, advanced countries and international community in which provide many services and profits due to rapid progress space science and technology whereas there is rising possibility of damage by collision of space object and increase of space debris. I will propose the concept and range of damage in the basis of review of space treaty and space liability convention as form of international order to fair and complete compensate to victim of accident and hazardous space activity. And, I will try to discuss possibility of compensation on personal damage and mental damage, scope of material damage, possibility of compensation about environmental contamination, issue of satellite data sending, place of damage, and so on. Also, I would like to propose establishment of space tribunal and regional cooperative agency.

The outcome of study has shown that team approach in case management in the community welfare center has shown a fair amount of effectiveness in increasing the quality of life for the elderly. 30 elderly people who had complex difficulties in life were selected and given case management for a 6 month period. The student volunteers supervised by a case manager visited the clients once a week and arranged a series of community resources following assessment of the clients' needs. A group of professionals active in the community was invited for supervision. Compared to the clients in the comparison group, those clients who case management showed the increase in the quality of life and life satisfaction scale. The results of the study suggest that face-to-face service for the elderly is one important factor for successful case management intervention. Also, a team approach in case management utilizing professionals and volunteers can be useful for the case manager in the community welfare center who is overwhelmed with too many case loads.

Hotel employees' emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and decreased sense of accomplishment lead to the Hotel Employees' Burnout Phenomenon(HEBP). Specifically, a higher stress level leads to an increased incidence of burnout among employees. This high level of burnout results in a decreased desire to work, and ultimately results in decreased service provision levels. In order to resolve the phenomenon, a healing program linked to psychotherapy may be introduced. This program would serve at the company level. In addition, encouragement and advice from seniors and colleagues are also needed. The psychological burden should be minimized by encouragement and compliments, rather than by the pressure for service quality improvement. Further, the employees' personal will to overcome the problem must be present.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the usability of the mobile app 'Allive' to improve accessibility to resources and mental health services among sexual violence survivors. Participants include survivors of sexual violence as well as service providers at sexual violence crisis intervention centers. The usability test was conducted as a quantitative and qualitative evaluation after study participants used the app in a real-life environment. The results of usability testing highlighted the positive and beneficial impact on mental health function as well as accessibility to essential resources for those who have experienced sexual violence.

최근 들어 인터넷사업자들이 웹상에서 제공하는 새로운 서비스가 각국의 개인정보보호 법제에 저촉되는 사례가 늘고 있다 인터넷사업자들이 국경을 넘어 정보를 수집하고 이를 가공처리, 저장하는 과정에서 본인의 동의를 얻지 않거나 개인정보를 익명처리하지 않은 것이 주로 문제가 되고 있다. 본고는 국제적으로 서비스를 하고 있는 대형 인터넷사업자가 프라이버시 침해 혐의를 받고 있는 사례를 알아보고, 무엇이 문제가 되는지 쟁점을 검토하였다. 특히 현지 감독당국이 글로벌 인터넷사업자의 위법사실을 적발하였더라도 해당 사업자가 대리인이나 분신 도구를 통하여 행동한 사실이 없으면 본사에 제게를 가할 수 없는 실정이다. 사이버공간에서는 실제 위반행위자가 없더라도 중대한 개인정보를 침해하는 결과를 가져온다면 영화 <아바타>에서와 같은 해결방법을 모색해볼 수 있다. 아바타는 독자적인 사고나 판단능력이 전혀 없지만, 나비족이 사는 낙원이 지구인에 의하여 파괴될 수 있는 상황에서 아바타와 이를 조종하는 사람들이 한 몸이 되어 나비족과 힘을 합쳐 아름다운 낙원을 지켜낸다. 즉, 인터넷사업자가 국내 실재하지 않더라도 그의 활동결과로 볼 수 있는 침해행위가 발생하고, 그 결과 회복할 수 없는 피해가 발생할 우려가 있으며, 본인과 아바타를 한 몸으로 볼 수 있다면 아바타를 통해 위법행위를 저지른 본사의 책임자를 처벌할 수 있어야 한다. 만일 그 책임자를 특정할 수 없더라도 그의 감독책임이 있는 본사 법인에 책임을 물을 수 있다고 본다. 만일 법원에서 이러한 '아바타 이론'을 수용한다면 국내에서도 외국 본사에 벌금을 과하는 등 처벌이 가능할 것이다. 다만, 해당 인터넷사업자의 반발도 만만치 않을 것이므로 주요국 개인정보 감독기구는 수사정보를 교환하는 등 국제적으로 긴밀한 협조체제를 갖출 필요가 있다.

This paper analyzed factors to affect needs for personal assistance service in the workplace for people with disabilities. The statistical analyses adapted in this study were the Frequency Analysis, Ordered Logit Analysis, Multiple Regression Analysis. The results of analysis are summarized as follows. First, through the Frequency Analysis many people with severe disabilities in the workplace found to have a high desire of the personal assistance service in the workplace, and factors like types of disability, the degree of disability, income basis found to include in the selection criteria of personal assistance service in the workplace. Second, through Ordered Logit Analysis and Multiple Regression Analysis factors to affect needs for personal assistance service in the workplace for people with disabilities found to include factors like residential district, age, level of education, assistance activities of family. By the results of analysis, it is suggested practical implications and policy implications.

The purpose of this study is to explore the experiences and challenges of public guardianship services project for the mental disabled as a system of supporting the decision-making and the rights advocacy. For this purpose, interviews with 11 social workers who act as public guardians were conducted and a model of practice was suggested through analysis using the grounded theory of Strauss and Corbin(1998). As a results, the possibility of rights advocacy through public guardian services for the mentally disabled, the positive change of attitude of the facilities and the establishment of direction for the restoration of rights for the mentally disabled were derived. Public guardians experienced excessive empowerment of their guardians or difficulties in the process of their duties, but were also able to defend the rights of the mental disabled and support self-determination right. Through this study, expansion of budgets and expansion of beneficiaries for public guardianship services, establishment of infrastructure for integration in the community, set-up a support organization for public guardian services and Raising awareness of the mental disabled and public guardian services were suggested.
