The study on the social network service quality of companies in Mobile Environment -focusing on the difference of recognition depending on the level of commitment and loyalty- (모바일 환경에서 기업의 소셜네트워크 서비스 품질에 관한 연구 -몰입 및 충성도에 따른 집단간 인식차이를 중심으로-)

  • The purpose of this study is examining the differences of mobile SNS's service quality, which consists data quality and system quality, among the groups that are classified by commitment and customer loyalty. For the experimental analysis, the frequency analysis was performed for general characteristics of sample. The variables were selected by factor analysis that also prove the validity of variables. The value of Cronbach's alpha was calculated to check the reliability of variables. In addition, the group was determined by the both hierarchical and hierarchical cluster analysis, then ANOVA was performed to test the hypotheses that there are differences of mobile SNS's service quality, among the groups that are classified by commitment and customer loyalty. The results of this study support that there are differences among the groups toward mobile SNS's service quality and also shows the more commitment and loyalty group is the higher recognition of mobile SNS's service quality. Thus, the companies have to realize that mobile SNS is very important key factor to success in rapidly changing business environment. In conclusion, the companies implement different customized strategy for the different group and develop the contents and the applications to maximize the commitment and loyalty of for the mobile SNS users.

  • Mutual savings banks have today met many difficulties because of various reasons. To overcome these difficulties, they have to change to be more customer centric and to adopt customer satisfaction management so that they can satisfy customers asking for diversified and professional service. This study aims to investigate the relationship between various dimensions of service quality and service performance such as customer satisfaction, customer trust, and repurchase intension. This study categorized service quality as interaction quality, outcome quality, and physical environment quality. Moreover, this study examined whether interest sensitivity and bank reputation had the moderating effects between service quality and service performance. The study results may provide practitioners and researchers in financial industry with some implications and guidelines for mutual savings banks' competitiveness.

A Study on the Evaluation Factors on Korean University Education for Promoting Educational Service Export from the Perspective of Chinese Student in Korea (교육서비스수출 촉진을 위한 한국 대학교육 평가요인에 관한 연구: 중국인 유학생 관점에서)

  • The survey was conducted by Chinese students who currently attend universities for the purpose of evaluating factors that determine the quality of educational services of universities in Korea. Three public universities and five private universities in Kyungsang province were surveyed for the purpose of this study with standardized questionnaires. The study raised questions on four different fronts: 1) Is there a difference in the importance of evaluation factors by Chinese student's on the quality of educational services between public universities and private ones? 2) Is there a difference in the degree of satisfaction felt by Chinese students who attend public universities or private ones? 3) Are there any significant differences in the importance of evaluation factors and satisfaction with the quality of educational services? 4) How different the relative influence of evaluation factors has on satisfaction with the quality of educational services for overall Korean university system? The results of this study showed that there was no statistical difference in signification in the importance of evaluation factors on the quality of educational services between public universities and private universities. Only the relationship factor in criteria four had an effect on satisfaction with quality of educational services between public and private universities. There were significant differences in the importance of evaluation factors and satisfaction with the quality of educational services. Chinese students determined that professor's lectureship as the most important factor, and is the ultimate deciding factor whether they attend a public or private university. It should be noted that studying and knowledge are primary concerns to them. Improvements in the quality of educational services in area of lectureship, physical education facilities, relationship, and administrative services are essential and crucially important for Korean universities in order to attract foreign students and to enhance their competitiveness in the global setting.

  • 신규 서비스나 상품의 실패 분석에 대하여 현재까지 많은 연구가 진행되어 왔다. 그러나 지금까지의 연구에서는 서비스의 품질이나 특정 요소에 국한되어 왔다. 본 연구에서는 기존 연구와 다른, 신규 통신서비스 활성화를 저해하는 요인을 분석하기 위해 포지셔닝 연구를 통해서 기업과 소비자가 인식하고 있는 포지셔닝의 차이를 인지해 그 원인을 밝히고, 포지셔닝 갭을 발생시키는 포지셔닝 요인들을 추출함으로써, 통신 서비스 사업자에게 새로운 포지셔닝 전략을 제시하는데 의의가 있다 하겠다.

Analysis of the positive word-of-mouth, Quality of medical service and customer satisfaction of patients in dental clinics (치과의원 내원환자들의 긍정적 구전과 치과 의료서비스 품질 및 고객만족도 분석)

  • Dental health care in modern society has gradually been developing with patients'expectation, desire, and medical knowledge according to the changes in the medical industry. Dental marketing strategy is necessary to construct a better dental health environment in order to cope with customers' changes and desire. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the positive comments by word-of-mouth experience, quality of dental clinic service and customer satisfaction among dental patients. The study surveyed 5oo subjects being treated at 6 dental clinics in Seoul and Gyeonggi province. It was conducted from March 22 to April 9, 2010. The subject groups with a positive experience through word - of - mouth who had a perception about the quality of dental clinic service (p<.001) and customer satisfaction (p<.001) were higher than other groups who had no comments on their dental treatment and clinics. The results showed that there was a correlation(r=. 852, p<.001) between the positive comments by word-of- mouthabout the quality of dental clinics service and customer satisfaction. The perception of dental clinic service and patients' satisfaction with positive comments by word of mouth was highly recognized by older and more experienced patients of dental treatment. Therefore, the results suggest that empirical information on important factors about strategic marketing lead to positive comments by word of mouth experience for patients in dental clinics.

  • Various studies on Port and Terminal have been conducted to gain the competitive advantage, but they are limited to the bulk terminal than container terminal. Therefore, the study is to analyze the service quality of bulk terminal. The study first finds attributes of bulk terminals through professional groups and brainstorm. This study analyzes the difference between the perception of the actors such as carriers, forwarders and shippers, using a bulk terminal. The result shows that all service quality factors have a significant effect on the satisfaction.

  • The purpose of this paper is to study the influence of new service methods of "artificial intelligence (AI) + medical cosmetology", a new service means, on customers' purchase intentions. To AI medical beauty APP sales as an empirical study. This paper designed Likert seven scale to investigate, using SPSS 24.0 statistical analysis software and AMOS24.0 structural equation software to analyze the survey data. The analysis method uses reliability analysis, validity analysis, and construct equation model analysis. Through empirical research, the following results can be found, 1. The system quality of AI medical beauty app will have a positive impact on perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. 2. The information quality of AI medical beauty app will have a positive impact on perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness. 3. The service quality of AI medical beauty app will have a positive impact on perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness 4. Consumers' perceived ease of use has a positive impact on perceived usefulness and purchase intention. 5. The usefulness of consumers' notification has a positive effect on purchase intention.
