Assessment and Enhancement of Ecosystem Service on Hasidong Anin Coastal Sand Dune of Ecological and Landscape Conservation Area (하시동·안인사구 생태경관보전지역의 생태계서비스 평가와 증진 방안)

  • This study aimed to evaluate the ecosystem services and environmental sustainability index(ESI) of the Hasidong-Anin coastal sand dune ecological and landscapes conservation area using rapid assessment tools. As a result, the analysis of the environmental sustainability index, derived from the evaluation of ecosystem services in the Hasidong-Anin coastal sand dune ecological and landscapes conservation area, revealed that regulating services, cultural services, and supporting services were all rated below 50%. Especially, cultural and supporting services were identified as lacking. With these results, a SWOT analysis was conducted to develop strategies for enhancing ecosystem services in the Hasidong-Anin coastal sand dune ecological and landscapes conservation area. Six approaches were formulated, involving leveraging strengths as opportunities (SO strategy), minimizing threats using strengths (ST strategy), utilizing opportunities to address weaknesses (WO strategy), and mitigating weaknesses and threats (WT strategy). In the future, when promoting projects to enhance ecosystem services in the Hasidong-Anin coastal sand dune ecological and landscapes conservation area, it will be essential to address issues such as the restoration of currently damaged areas and prevention of future erosion-related damages. This will lead to an elevation of the value of the Hasidong-Anin coastal sand dune ecological and landscape conservation area.

  • It is very important to IT users that the Cloud service provides dynamic extension of IT resources and cost-saving. However, the reliability for Cloud service hinders utilizing Cloud service actively. Existing studies on assessment program for Cloud Service are executed by extracting information security assessment articles and adding features of cloud services by referencing ISO/IEC 27001:2005. This paper will review the recently released ISO/IEC 27001:2013 for the addition, reduction, and changing of articles for Controls and Control objectives. Comparative analysis for the Controls of ISO/IEC 27001:2013 with those of CSA CCMv.3, FedRAMP which is an assessment program for Cloud service will suggest Control Objects of Information Security Management System for related Cloud service. The suggestion of Controls will be an important reference index for the security policy of companies which manage the information security management system based on Cloud service.

  • The C-ARS(Cooperative Automated Roadway System) refers to a road infrastructure system that links automated vehicles with road infrastructure and communicates with each other via V2X communication to support automated vehicles. The purpose of this study is to suggest a performance evaluation method of C-ARS service. This study exemplifies the 'Work zone information service' among I2V service that provide information to automated vehicles in road infrastructure. First, we define the requirements and service scope needed to check the use case analysis and service performance of the service, and propose an evaluation system for performance evaluation of these services. In addition, the evaluation system was used to verify the feasibility of evaluation through the field test of 'Work zone information service'.

  • Automatic service identification and quality evaluation is one of key characteristics for a Service-Oriented Computing, being receiving a lot of attention from researchers in recent years. However, most researchers focus on identifying and evaluating application services and do not present methods for automatically identifying and evaluating business services from business processes. In general, the manual business service identification process by a human expert is a highly expensive and ambiguous task and may result in the service design with bad quality because of errors and misconception. We propose an automatic business service identification and quality evaluation method using Enterprise Architecture as a machine understandable knowledge-base. We verify the effectiveness of the proposed method through a case study on Department of Defense Enterprise Architecture.

  • 본 연구는 말콤볼드리지 의료서비스 분야 평가기준을 기반으로한 한국형 의료서비스 분야 국가품질상 평가도구의 타당성을 검증 하고자 한다. 이를 위해 미국의 말콤볼드리지 국가품질상(The Malcolm Bladrige National Quality Award)의 평가기준인 리더십, 전략계획, 환자 ${\cdot}$ 고객 ${\cdot}$ 시장 중시, 측정 ${\cdot}$ 분석 ${\cdot}$ 지식관리, 인적자원 중시, 프로세스 관리, 사업성과의 7 개 항목과 21 개의 세부항목을 토대로 국내 산업에 맞는 측정항목을 개발하였고, 이러한 평가항목들을 이용해 한국 의료서비스 기업들이 국가품질상에 대한 자체평가를 위해 활용할 수 있는 한국형 경영품질지수를 개발하고, 실제로 한국의 병원들의 사례를 통해 한국 의료서비스 산업 품질경영상태를 파악하고자 한다.

  • World aviation market has been expanded every year caused by improvement of economic level quality of individual life, increase of the development of tourist industry. Aviation companies have compete to develpe the service program for the maintaining of sustainable choice by customer and develop the market share. This study aims to suggest customer service strategy which is based on the relations between satisfaction by providing a differentiated service quality. This paper is focusing on the investigation with the mediating role of commitments on customer satisfaction in Aviation company. For this purpose, we do literature reviews, develop research model and conduct an empirical research. The literature review covers theoretical discussion on customer satisfaction and core variables for hypothesis setting. This analysis shows the airline service factors have a positive effect on the customers' satisfaction and re-choice intention. And it is necessary to improve airlines' systematic management and strategic development on airline service factors for better airlines' customer service.

  • 전자정부를 중심으로 해외 공공서비스 시장의 지속적 확대에 따라, 국내 공공서비스 제공 기업들의 해외 시장 진출이 증가하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 국내 공공서비스 보유 기업의 해외 진출을 지원하기 위한 의사결정지원도구를 개발하고자 하며, 크게 기업역량측면과 국가환경측면 두 가지로 구분하였다. 개발을 위해 전문가 대상의 중요도 평가를 통한 공공서비스 수출의 핵심요인을 도출하였다. 기업역량평가를 위한 요인은 수출관련 인적자원, 수출관련 조직자원, 수출관련 조직기능, 수출 마케팅 전략, 수출경쟁우위 등 5개 요인이 도출되었으며, 국가환경평가를 위한 요인은 제도적 요인, 인프라, 거시경제여건, 시장 운영 효율성, 기술혁신 및 성숙도, 상품시장 효율성 등 6개 요인이 도출되었다. 수출의사결정 지원에 대한 탐색적 연구로 공공서비스 수출 활성화의 토대를 마련하고자 한다.

  • 한국형 e-Navigation 서비스 개발 중 최적 안전항로 지원서비스는 육상에서 연안여객선과 같은 사고취약 선박이나 서비스 요청 선박에 한해 실시간 선박 교통, 해역 환경, 기상 정보 등 해사 안전정보를 활용한 최적의 안전항로를 지원하는 서비스이다. 본 발표에서 현재 개발 중인 최적 안전항로 지원서비스의 개발 내용을 소개하고, 서비스의 기능시험 결과와 효용성 평가를 위한 성과지표 및 평가 방법을 소개하고자 한다.

  • This study aims to evaluate the usability of XML-based Chungnam National University Digital Library Website. Usability testing are used three method, that is Log File Analysis, Online Questionnaire and Heuristic Evaluation. Log files are analyzed in using WiseLog Enterprise and Hit Analyzer for Enterprise jx 1.5 Beta Version and total 21 items are analyzed and evaluated in using online questionnaire method and heuristic evaluation is inquired by experts of web and information retrieval fields. Finally this paper was suggested some problems and improvements to advance quality of user services in university digital library website in korea.

  • 도서관 품질 평가를 위한 척도로 개발된 라이브퀼 플러스(LibQUAL+)를 국내 대학도서관에 적용하여 분석을 시도하였다. 이용자 집단별(신분, 연령, 성별, 전공, 도서관 방문횟수, 도서관 홈페이지 접속 횟수) 사전 기대와 실제 인식 사이의 갭을 평가하고 그 원인을 분석하였다. 평가 후 실제 도서관 경영에 필요한 서비스 개선방안을 마련하고 이용자의 인식 향상 및 요구사항에 대처하기 위한 활동과 책무를 밝힘으로써 도서관 서비스 품질 평가를 수행하고, 그 방안을 마련하였다.
